Claims (13)
- Wärmetauscher (1) umfassend ein Mikrokanalrohr (2), welches Kanäle (3) aufweist, wodurch das Kühlmittel durchgeführt wird und die tandem und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und• ein Halteteil (5), das in seinem Zentrum durch Biegen eines rechteckigen Bleches ausgebildet ist, und auf das Rohr (2) das obere Ende, den Boden und eine Seite des Rohres (2) umlaufend montiert wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass• ein Körper (4), der eine Platte (6), die aus einem anderen rechteckigen Blech ausgebildet ist und die in der Mitte durch das Halteteil (5) das Halteteil (5) umlaufend gebogen ist und die im Zentrum an das Halteteil (5) befestigt wird, aufweist, wobei sie auf der Oberfläche des Rohres (2) durch Anheben mindestens eines Endes, das zwischen der Oberfläche des Rohres (2) und sich selbst einen Winkel einschliesst, einen Vorsprung ausbildet.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch einen Körper (4), der in Form einer Zange konfiguriert ist.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch ein Halteteil (5) und eine Platte (6), die aus Aluminiummaterial gefertigt sind.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch eine Platte (6), die aus einem Blech gefertigt ist, dessen Länge gleich der Länge des Bleches, woraus das Halteteil (5) gefertigt ist.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch zwei Arme (9) die an das obere Ende und an den Boden des Rohres (2) berühren, und ein Halteteil (5), das eine Biegung (7), die diese beiden Arme (9) verbinden, umfasst.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 5 gekennzeichnet durch ein Aufnahmeteil (8), das zwischen der Biegung (7) und einer Seite des Rohres (2) angeordnet ist.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 5 gekennzeichnet durch eine Platte (6), die frei Ende aufweist, die in der Mitte auf die Biegung (7) befestigt werden und die die Arme (9) umlaufend gebogen sind.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gekennzeichnet durch eine Platte (6), die senkrecht zu der Oberfläche des Rohres (2) angehoben wird.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7 gekennzeichnet durch eine Platte (6), die geneigt zu der Oberfläche des Rohres (2) angehoben wird.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gekennzeichnet durch einen Verdampfer.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9 gekennzeichnet durch einen Kondensator.
- Ein Kühlschrank, der einen Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Ein Fertigungsverfahren für einen Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst folgende Schritte; Befestigen der zwei rechteckigen Bleche in ihren Mitten zusammen, Montieren der zwei rechteckigen Bleche, die zueinander befestigt sind, auf einen Mikrokanalrohr (2), dessen mittlere Abschnitte derart gebogen werden, dass sie das obere Ende, den Boden und eine Seite des Rohres (2) umgeben können, und Anheben des äußeren Bleches an den Enden, in dem hier zwischen der Oberfläche des Mikrokanalrohres (2) und des Bleches ein Winkel ensteht, während das innere Blech das Mikrokanalrohr (2) klammert.
