Definitions
- the invention relates to a laundry hanger made of plastic, with two on each side of a suspension hook extending bracket parts, wherein on the back of each bracket part a resilient tongue is formed, which forms a nip between itself and the back of the bracket part and the free end with the opposite surface the back of the temple part forms a narrowing mouth into which the wearer of a piece of laundry is insertable.
- the resilient tongue is integrally formed on a bow-like connecting part on the back of the bracket part, which extends at an angle of approximately 90 ° along a circular path.
- the resilient tongue extends into the immediate vicinity of the surface of the back of the temple part and extends here with a small gap over a distance of about 1 cm parallel to the horizontal surface of the back.
- the end of the tongue protrudes upwards from the surface of the back. In this way, an opening forms in the insertion direction, that is tapered from the free end of the tongue to the connecting part.
- straps of brassieres, bikini tops or other outer garments are usually pinched.
- the tongue is elastic only to a small extent. It has a T-shaped profile, so that they can be bent only within narrow limits is.
- On the tongue or on the surface of the back protruding rib-like projections are mounted in the gap between tongue and back, which extend transversely to the extension of the gap. These ribs are designed to prevent the wearers of brassieres, bikini tops or similar outer garments from escaping from the gap between the tongue and the surface of the back.
- the object of the invention is to develop such a laundry hanger so that clothes of different sizes can be attached to the bracket in a simple manner.
- the nip has substantially a constant width between the tongue and the opposite surface of the back and stepped.
- the constant width ensures that the carrier of the laundry item is not excessively squeezed during insertion and withdrawal and can not be damaged.
- the graduation of the gap progression leads to two discrete and different clamping regions, whereby due to the step, a displacement of a carrier from the first clamping region into the second clamping region is made more difficult.
- the nip between the tongue and the bridge back has at least one step. Unlike the projections of the prior art, however, it is not significantly narrower in the range of gradations, but has a substantially constant width. In a practical embodiment, the nip extends at two different levels, between which there is a step.
- the clamping gap may have an upwardly directed step in its central region, the step passing upwards from a gap section adjoining the mouth into a gap section remote from the mouth.
- a straight gap section behind the mouth thus merges into a short, sloping step section, wherein the step section extends substantially upwards when the bar is suspended. Behind this, a substantially grader second gap section follows again.
- the tongue can be integrally formed with one end at the outer end of the bracket part.
- the free end of the tongue extends obliquely away from the surface of the strap back, so that there is a narrowing in the insertion direction muzzle.
- the mouth is therefore the suspension hook the bracket towards open and the insertion direction points from the suspension hook to the outside.
- the mouth-near section of the nip is closer to the suspension hook than the muzzle remote section.
- the mouth-near portion of the nip is provided for small items of laundry, for example brassieres A to C size.
- the muzzle-remote portion of the nip is intended for large garments, such as size D and E bras.
- the fixed end of the tongue can in practice pass over a bow-like connecting part in the back of the bracket part.
- a connection between the back of the bracket member and tongue allows elastic bending of the tongue.
- a hook can protrude, which fixes a carrier of a laundry item in the nip.
- the resilient tongue can be arranged opposite at least one integrally formed on the back of the bracket part abutment tongue.
- the abutment tongue can be designed to be elastically pivotable. The elastic design of the tongue and the abutment tongue ensure that no excessively high forces act on the wearer of the item of laundry in the nip. As a result, thin carriers are reliably held while avoiding damage to thick straps or even cancel the resilient tongue on the connecting part 8 avoided.
- a first abutment tongue may be arranged in the gap section adjoining the mouth, and a second abutment tongue may be arranged in the gap section remote from the mouth. Consequently, separate abutment tongues are available for each gap section.
- the second abutment tongue can be integrally formed on the back of the bracket part via an arcuate plastic section, wherein the curved plastic section is the step for the clamping gap forms.
- the flexible, free end of the abutment-near abutment tongue is followed by the rigid, integrally formed section of the abutment-distal abutment tongue, which forms an increased resistance to the insertion of the carriers.
- the insertion of a carrier is thus initially by the funnel-like narrowing mouth relatively smooth and then due to the increasing elastic with the insertion of the first abutment tongue until the carrier abuts the plastic portion with which the second abutment tongue is formed on the temple back.
- an increased resistance to overcome the insertion is in turn increasingly easier up to the end of the nip. In this way, the risk of erroneously wrong operation of the clothes hanger is reduced.
- the arcuate plastic portion forming the step may, in practice, be a short distance from the free end of the first abutment tongue. This eliminates the risk that the carrier is pushed under the first abutment tongue.
- the second abutment tongue In the area of the second section of the clamping gap is the second abutment tongue.
- the free end is preferably located at a small distance from the hook within the arcuate connection part of the elastic tongue. This also serves to avoid that the wearer of a piece of laundry accidentally gets under the second abutment tongue.
- two fixing tongues may be formed on the underside of the bracket part via a connecting web, wherein the connecting web has approximately the same distance to the middle of the clothes hanger as the step.
- Each bracket part also called arm, consists of an I-shaped profile.
- a top chord and a bottom chord are connected by a central bridge.
- a resilient tongue is arranged at the end of each strap part or bail arm.
- the binding bar is laterally substantially as far away from the hanger hook of the bow or the middle of the bow as the step. In this way, the two fixing tongues can be used on the one hand for fastening small pieces of clothing (internal fixing tongue) and on the other hand for fastening larger pieces of clothing.
- FIG. 1 illustrated laundry hanger 1 is designed such that he can wear different items of laundry such as bras, petticoats, pants, undershirts and tops and the like.
- the laundry hanger 1 is made of plastic by injection molding. He has a suspension hook 2, which is integrally connected to two bracket parts 3, 3 '. On the back 4 of each bracket part 3,3 ', that is, on the upper surface of the upper belt of the profile of the bracket parts 3, 3' is at the outer end of a bracket part 3, 3 ', a resilient tongue 5 is formed.
- each strap part 3, 3 ' has a substantially I-shaped profile with upper flange 14 and lower flange 15 and central web 16 (also Called flange).
- the tongues 5 described below essentially have the width of the upper belt 14 or lower belt 15. They thus form a relatively large area, on which the surface pressure is evenly distributed when attaching the laundry items. In this way, damage to the laundry is avoided.
- a connecting part 8 is formed, which extends substantially arcuately.
- the connecting part 8 merges into a resilient tongue 5.
- the connecting part 8 is formed substantially elastically resilient.
- the tongue 5 has a stiffening web 17, which takes the tongue 5, the elastic properties.
- two abutment tongues 10, 11 are arranged below the resilient tongue 5, two abutment tongues 10, 11 are arranged.
- the outer abutment tongue 11 is integrally formed on an arcuate plastic portion 13 on the top flange 14 of the bracket part 3.
- the arcuate plastic portion 13 forms a step in the resilient tongue 5 opposite surface of the bracket part 3. Accordingly, the clamping gap 9 limiting underside of the resilient tongue 5 is stepped.
- the nip 9 between the tongue 5 and the opposite wall has a step 12, wherein the nip 9 maintains a substantially constant width.
- the free end 18 of the resilient tongue 5 is bent upwards.
- the opposite surface of the bracket part 3 extends downwards, so that in the insertion direction, that is in FIG. 3 From right to left narrowing mouth 7 is formed.
- the carrier of a garment slides substantially uniformly in the region of the clamping gap 9 between the elastic tongue 5 and the first abutment tongue 10 until it reaches the region of the step 12 of the clamping gap 9.
- the carrier of the laundry item abuts against the curved plastic section 13.
- the gap between the curved plastic section 13 and the opposite wall of the tongue 5 points in the step 12 in FIG Essentially the same width as in the other areas of the clamping gap 9, but changes one direction. In this way, it forms a resistance to the further insertion of the wearer of the laundry article without exerting additional forces on the carrier and thereby risking damage to the wearer.
- the free end of the first abutment tongue 10 substantially extends as far as the curved plastic section 13.
- the free end of the second abutment tongue 11 substantially extends as far as the hook 6. In this way it is avoided that the carrier passes under the abutment tongues 10, 11.
- each bracket part 3 3 'downwardly projecting terminals 19 are arranged, for example, from the EP 0 945 094 B1 are known.
- a connecting web 20 is formed, from which two fixing tongues 21, 22 extend.
- the first fixing tongue 21 extends toward the suspension hook 2.
- the second fixing tongue 22 extends substantially downwards from the suspension hook 2.
- the connecting web 20 has substantially the same distance to the center of the laundry hanger 1, as the step 12 of the clamping gap 9.
- the inner fixing tongue 21 is consequently assigned to the lying in the region of the first abutment tongue 10 inner portion of the clamping gap 9.
- the outer fixing tongue 22 is assigned to the outer region of the clamping gap 9, as seen from the step 12, which is bounded below by the outer abutment tongue 11.

Description
The invention relates to a laundry hanger made of plastic, with two on each side of a suspension hook extending bracket parts, wherein on the back of each bracket part a resilient tongue is formed, which forms a nip between itself and the back of the bracket part and the free end with the opposite surface the back of the temple part forms a narrowing mouth into which the wearer of a piece of laundry is insertable.

In the area in which the gap between the surface of the back and tongue has the smallest width, straps of brassieres, bikini tops or other outer garments are usually pinched.

The object of the invention is to develop such a laundry hanger so that clothes of different sizes can be attached to the bracket in a simple manner.
This object is achieved in that the nip has substantially a constant width between the tongue and the opposite surface of the back and stepped.
The constant width ensures that the carrier of the laundry item is not excessively squeezed during insertion and withdrawal and can not be damaged. By contrast, the graduation of the gap progression leads to two discrete and different clamping regions, whereby due to the step, a displacement of a carrier from the first clamping region into the second clamping region is made more difficult.
In other words, the nip between the tongue and the bridge back has at least one step. Unlike the projections of the prior art, however, it is not significantly narrower in the range of gradations, but has a substantially constant width. In a practical embodiment, the nip extends at two different levels, between which there is a step.
In particular, in practice, the clamping gap may have an upwardly directed step in its central region, the step passing upwards from a gap section adjoining the mouth into a gap section remote from the mouth. A straight gap section behind the mouth thus merges into a short, sloping step section, wherein the step section extends substantially upwards when the bar is suspended. Behind this, a substantially grader second gap section follows again.
In practice, the tongue can be integrally formed with one end at the outer end of the bracket part. The free end of the tongue extends obliquely away from the surface of the strap back, so that there is a narrowing in the insertion direction muzzle. The mouth is therefore the suspension hook the bracket towards open and the insertion direction points from the suspension hook to the outside.
The mouth-near section of the nip is closer to the suspension hook than the muzzle remote section. The mouth-near portion of the nip is provided for small items of laundry, for example brassieres A to C size. The muzzle-remote portion of the nip is intended for large garments, such as size D and E bras.
The fixed end of the tongue can in practice pass over a bow-like connecting part in the back of the bracket part. Such a connection between the back of the bracket member and tongue allows elastic bending of the tongue. In the interior of the arcuate connecting part, a hook can protrude, which fixes a carrier of a laundry item in the nip.
In practice, the resilient tongue can be arranged opposite at least one integrally formed on the back of the bracket part abutment tongue. Also, the abutment tongue can be designed to be elastically pivotable. The elastic design of the tongue and the abutment tongue ensure that no excessively high forces act on the wearer of the item of laundry in the nip. As a result, thin carriers are reliably held while avoiding damage to thick straps or even cancel the resilient tongue on the connecting
Furthermore, in practice, a first abutment tongue may be arranged in the gap section adjoining the mouth, and a second abutment tongue may be arranged in the gap section remote from the mouth. Consequently, separate abutment tongues are available for each gap section. The second abutment tongue can be integrally formed on the back of the bracket part via an arcuate plastic section, wherein the curved plastic section is the step for the clamping gap forms. As a result, the flexible, free end of the abutment-near abutment tongue is followed by the rigid, integrally formed section of the abutment-distal abutment tongue, which forms an increased resistance to the insertion of the carriers. The insertion of a carrier is thus initially by the funnel-like narrowing mouth relatively smooth and then due to the increasing elastic with the insertion of the first abutment tongue until the carrier abuts the plastic portion with which the second abutment tongue is formed on the temple back. Here, an increased resistance to overcome, the insertion is in turn increasingly easier up to the end of the nip. In this way, the risk of erroneously wrong operation of the clothes hanger is reduced.
The arcuate plastic portion forming the step may, in practice, be a short distance from the free end of the first abutment tongue. This eliminates the risk that the carrier is pushed under the first abutment tongue. In the area of the second section of the clamping gap is the second abutment tongue. The free end is preferably located at a small distance from the hook within the arcuate connection part of the elastic tongue. This also serves to avoid that the wearer of a piece of laundry accidentally gets under the second abutment tongue.
In addition, in practice, two fixing tongues may be formed on the underside of the bracket part via a connecting web, wherein the connecting web has approximately the same distance to the middle of the clothes hanger as the step.
Each bracket part, also called arm, consists of an I-shaped profile. A top chord and a bottom chord are connected by a central bridge. In the area of the upper belt, a resilient tongue is arranged at the end of each strap part or bail arm. In the region of the lower chord at the same distance to the bow center, as the springy tongue, is an arrangement consisting of two fixing tongues formed. From the lower chord, a connecting web extends downwards, which merges into two tongue sections running parallel to the lower chord. The binding bar is laterally substantially as far away from the hanger hook of the bow or the middle of the bow as the step. In this way, the two fixing tongues can be used on the one hand for fastening small pieces of clothing (internal fixing tongue) and on the other hand for fastening larger pieces of clothing.
