Der in den Figuren dargestellte Folienbeutel weist eine Frontwand 1, eine Rückwand 2, zwischen der Frontwand 1 und der Rückwand 2 eingelegte Seitenfalten 3, 3' sowie einen aus einem Wiederverschlussstreifen 4 bestehenden Wiederverschluss 5 an der Beutelinnenseite auf. Der Wiederverschlussstreifen 4 ist an der Innenfläche einer Seitenfalte 3 sowie daran anschließend an den Innenflächen der Frontwand 1 und der Rückwand 2 angeordnet und erstreckt sich bis in einen von der Frontwand 1 und der Rückwand 2 gebildeten zweilagigen Beutelabschnitt A. Der Folienbeutel wird vorgefertigt und als flachgelegter Folienbeutel einer automatischen Abfüllanlage zugeführt, in der er geöffnet, mit Produkt befüllt und anschließend durch Anbringen mindestens einer Kopfsiegelnaht verschlossen wird. Das Öffnen des flachliegenden Folienbeutels erfolgt unter Verwendung von Saugwerkzeugen, die an die Frontwand und die Rückwand angelegt werden und mittels Stellbewegungen die Frontwand und die Rückwand auseinanderziehen. Der Folienbeutel wird als flachgelegter Folienbeutel vorgefertigt. Dabei ist der Wiederverschluss 5 im Bereich des vierlagigen Beutelabschnittes B verschlossen und im zweilagigen Beutelabschnitt A nicht verrastet. Durch eine partielle Voröffnung des Wiederverschlusses 5, das heißt durch eine Öffnung des Wiederverschlusses 5 im zweilagigen Beutelabschnitt A, kann die Kraft, die zum Öffnen benötigt wird, deutlich reduziert werden. Beim Öffnen des Folienbeutels in einer automatischen Abfüllanlage beginnt der Öffnungsvorgang des Wiederverschlusses 5 im Bereich des zweilagigen Beutelabschnittes A, das heißt dort, wo die einander gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte des Wiederverschlussstreifens nicht miteinander verrastet sind. Claims (8)

  1. Use of a flat-laid film bag in an automated filling system, in which the film bag is opened, wherein the film bag is formed with
    a front wall (1),
    a rear wall (2),
    side folds (3, 3') laid between the front wall (1) and the rear wall (2) and
    a reclosure (5) consisting of a reclosure strip (4) on the inside of the bag,
    wherein the reclosure strip (4) is disposed on the inner surface of a side fold (3) and adjoining this on the inner surfaces of the front wall (1) and the rear wall (2) and extends into a two-ply bag section (A) formed by the front wall (1) and the rear wall (2), characterized in that the front wall (1), the rear wall (2) and the side fold (3) provided with the reclosure (5) form a four-ply bag section (B) in the delivery state, whose plies are releasably connected by the reclosure strip (4) and that the sections of the reclosure strip (4) arranged on the front wall (1) and the rear wall (2) are not connected in the region of the two-ply bag section (A) in the delivery state.
