Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Einspritzen eines unter Druck stehenden Brennstofffluids in einen Brennraum mit einem Druckerzeuger, wenigstens einem Injektor mit Einspritzöffnung und einer Brennstoffleitung zwischen dem Druckerzeuger und dem Injektor, wobei wenigstens ein Dämpfungselement zwischen dem Druckerzeuger und der Einspritzöffnung des Injektors vorgesehen ist, wobei das Dämpfungselement wenigstens einen Strömungsweg mit frei durchströmbarer, einen Querschnittsdurchmesser aufweisende Querschnittsfläche und/oder mit frei durchströmbaren, einen Porendurchmesser aufweisende Poren umfasst, vorgeschlagen. Diese zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine in Strömungsrichtung des Brennstofffluids ausgerichtete Länge des Dämpfungselementes im Wesentlichen zwischen 1 und 100 Millimetern groß ist und/oder dass der Querschnittsdurchmesser der Querschnittsfläche und/oder der Porendurchmesser der Poren im Wesentlichen zwischen 5 und 200 Mikrometern groß ist.
