Claims (13)
- Zeitmessgerät, umfassend eine Positionierungsvorrichtung (1) zwischen einer Brücke (2) und einer Platine (3), die das Zeitmessgerät aufweist, die einen rotationssymmetrischen, demontierbaren Zentrierstift (6) umfasst, wobei die Platine (3) für die Zentrierung der Brücke (2) auf der Platine (3) eine Buchsenzentrierungsanordnung (4) aufweist, die sich in einer Einführungsrichtung (Δ1) erstreckt und Facetten (5) in einem polygonförmigen oder sternförmigen Querschnitt senkrecht zu der Einführungsrichtung (Δ1) aufweist, wobei die Buchsenanordnung (4) dafür ausgelegt ist, einen an der Brücke (2) befestigten rotationssymmetrischen Zentrierstift (6) an mindestens drei der Facetten (5) abstützend aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrierstift (6) eine Aufnahme zum Aufnehmen einer Schraube umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, mit einem Innengewinde zusammenzuwirken, das die Platine (3) aufweist, um die Brücke (2) an der Platine (3) zu befestigen.
- Zeitmessgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polygonförmige Querschnitt einen einbeschriebenen Kreis (C1) mit Durchmesser (D1) umschreibt, der kleiner als der Durchmesser (D7) eines zylindrischen Zentrierungsbereichs (7) ist, den der Zentrierstift (6) aufweist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Differenz zwischen den Durchmessern (D7; D1) im Bereich von 2 bis 15 µm liegt.
- Zeitmessgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrierstift (6) ein gestuftes Profil hat und außer einem zylindrischen Zentrierungsbereich (7) mit Durchmesser (D7) mindestens einen Einführungsabschnitt mit Durchmesser (D8) umfasst, der kleiner oder gleich dem Durchmesser (D1) des in den polygonförmigen Querschnitt einbeschriebenen Kreises ist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchsenanordnung (4) in einen umschreibenden Kreis (C2) einbeschrieben ist und der Maximalwert der Durchbiegung (F) zwischen dem den polygonförmigen Querschnitt definierenden Polygon und dem Kreis (C2), der die Buchsenanordnung (4) umschreibt, derart ist, dass:
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilung der Kontaktpunkte zwischen der Buchsenanordnung (4) und dem Stift (6) in Bezug auf den Umfang dieses Letzteren regelmäßig ist, um die Gegenkräfte in Bezug auf die Hauptachse dieses Letzteren auszugleichen, denen er von Seiten der Buchsenanordnung unterworfen ist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polygonförmige Querschnitt um eine geradlinige Achse regelmäßig ist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polygonförmige Querschnitt dreieckig ist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platine (3) für die Ausrichtung der Brücke (2) in Bezug auf die Platine (3) einen geradlinigen Buchsen-Ausrichtaufnahmeraum (8) mit parallelen Flächen (9, 10) umfasst, die nach einer Ausrichtrichtung (Δ2) in einer Symmetrieebene (P) ausgerichtet sind, die die Buchsenanordnung (4) parallel zu der Einführungsrichtung (Δ1) aufweist, wobei die Brücke (2) einen Ausrichtstift (11) umfasst, der mindestens zwei in Bezug auf eine Hauptachse (Δ3) symmetrische zylindrische Bereiche (12, 13) aufweist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den parallelen Flächen (9, 10) des Ausrichtaufnahmeraums (8) kleiner als der Durchmesser (D11) ist, der durch die beiden zylindrischen Bereiche (12, 13) definiert ist, wobei die Differenz zwischen dem Abstand und dem Durchmesser (D11) im Bereich von 2 bis 15 µm liegt.
- Zeitmessgerät nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausrichtstift (11) einen länglichen Aufnahmeraum für die Aufnahme einer Schraube umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, mit einem Innengewinde zusammenzuwirken, das die Platine (3) aufweist, um die Brücke (2) an der Platine (3) zu befestigen.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brücke (2) um den Zentrierstift (6) eine Aussparung (14) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Verdrängung von Material der Platine (3) bei einer Montage mit Pressung des Zentrierstifts (6) in die Zentrierungs-Buchsenanordnung (4) zuzulassen.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zeitmessgerät mindestens eine Hülse (15) enthält, die dafür ausgelegt ist, auf einer Platine befestigt zu werden, und für die Zentrierung eines Stifts auf der Platine eine Zentrierungs-Buchsenanordnung (4) aufweist.
