Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Trocknungsvorrichtung (1) zur schonenden Trocknung eines insbesondere empfindlichen Trocknungsgutes, wobei die Trocknungsvorrichtung (1) wenigstens eine Druckänderungseinrichtung (2) und wenigstens ein Transportmittel (4) aufweist, mittels dessen das Trocknungsgut in mindestens eine Heizzone (5) eines Prozessraums (3) der Trocknungsvorrichtung (1) gefördert wird, in welcher wenigstens eine Temperiereinrichtung (6) den Feuchtegehalt des Trocknungsguts ändert. Um für unterschiedlich, empfindliche Trocknungsgüter produktschonende, optimierte, quasi-kontinuierliche Vakuumtrocknung erreichen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, bestimmte Prozessparameter in jeder Phase der Trocknung kontinuierlich automatisch anzupassen. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
