Die Erfindung wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren beispielhaft näher erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Figur 1 eine perspektivische Sicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Präsentationssäule,
  • Figuren 2 a, b perspektivische Ansichten des im Säuleninneren angebrachten Arretierungselementes und
  • Figuren 3 a, b und c die Teile des erfindungsgemäßen Zuschnittes.
  • Figur 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Säule 1 im aufgerichteten Zustand. Die Seitenwände 2 a, 2 b und 2 c sind über die Säulenkanten 6 miteinander verbunden. Wie anhand der Seiten 2 a und 2 b gut zu erkennen ist, sind die Seitenwände nach innen eingezogen und bilden eine konkave Fläche. Die dritte Seitenwand 2 c wird durch eine Längsrille 5 mittig in zwei große Flächen aufgeteilt.
  • Figur 2 a zeigt einen Blick von oben in die Säule mit einer perspektivischen Ansicht des im Inneren der Säule befestigten Arretierungselementes 4. Dabei wird ein Zustand während des Aufrichtens der Säule dargestellt. Erkennbar ist Seitenwand 2 c entlang der Längsrille 5 gefaltet. Das Arretierungselement 3 ist bereits teilweise aufgerichtet und liegt mit der vorderen Spitze der Stützflächen 7 am Gegenelement 4 an. Die Kerbe 8 verläuft auf der Innenseite der Längsrille 5.
  • Figur 2 b zeigt dasselbe Arretierungselement 3 im aufgerichteten Zustand. Die von beiden Stützflächen 7 gebildete Spitze liegt dabei in der Kerbe 8 die von den beiden Seiten des Gegenelementes 4 gebildet werden. Das Arretierungselement 3 ist dabei mit seinen Befestigungslaschen 9 jeweils an den Seitenwänden 2 a, 2 b befestigt. Das Arretierungselement 3 ist W-förmig aufgerichtet. Die Kerbe 8 ist auf Höhe der Längsrille 5 angeordnet.
  • Figur 3 a zeigt den ersten Teil des erfindungsgemäßen Zuschnittes, aus dem die Seitenwände 2 a, 2 b und 2 c der Säule 1 gebildet werden. Die erste Seitenwand 2 a ist dabei über eine Faltkante 10 a mit der faltbaren Seitenwand 2 c verbunden. Die faltbare Seitenwand 2 c weist eine Längsrille 5 auf, entlang derer sie gefaltet werden kann. An die Seitenwand 2 c schließt sich über die Faltkante 10 b die weitere Seitenwand 2 b an. Bei der Fertigstellung der Säule 1 für den späteren Versand werden die Seiten 2 a und 2 b miteinander verbunden. Diese Verbindung kann durch zusätzliche Laschen auf übliche Weise erfolgen.
  • Figur 3 b zeigt den Zuschnitt zur Herstellung des Arretierungselementes 3 . Eine erste Befestigungslasche 9 ist an die Stützfläche 7 angelenkt Diese wiederum ist über eine weitere Seite an die zweite Stützfläche 7 angelenkt. Diese schließt sich schließlich an eine weitere Befestigungslasche 9 an. Zur Materialeinsparung und besseren Stabilität weist das Arretierungselement 3 mittig eine Öffnung 11 auf. Durch die Materialaussparung werden die Rückstellkräfte des Wellpappen-Arretierungselementes gemindert und erleichtern somit die Funktionalität.
  • Figur 3 c zeigt den Zuschnitt zur Herstellung des Gegenelementes 4. Der Zuschnitt wird mittig entlang einer Schnittkante geschnitten, so dass die Kerbe 8 entsteht. Auch das Gegenelement 4 weist mittig eine Öffnung auf.

The first side wall 2 a is connected via a folding edge 10 a with the foldable side wall 2 c. The foldable side wall 2 c has a longitudinal groove 5, along which it can be folded.
