Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Druckträgerverbundmaterial (1;1') zur Verwendung als Schicht in einem Kartenkörper (2), insbesondere einer Mehrfarbendruckkarte, das eine Druckträgerschicht (3; 3') aus einem ersten Kunststoffmaterial, eine Designdruckschicht (5; 5') auf einer Oberfläche der Druckträgerschicht, und eine Druckschutzschicht (4; 4') aus einem zweiten Kunststoffmaterial aufweist, wobei die Druckträgerschicht (3; 3') und die Druckschutzschicht (4; 4') so miteinander verbunden sind, dass die Designdruckschicht (5; 5') zwischen der Druckträgerschicht (3; 3') und der Druckschutzschicht (4; 4') eingeschlossen ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Druckträgerverbundmaterials (1; 1'), einen Kartenkörper (2), insbesondere einen Kartenkörper einer Mehrfarbendruckkarte, und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Kartenkörpers.
