Description
The present invention relates to a door seal system according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Door seals are used in areas where soundproofing and draft protection are desired. Likewise, they should conclude light-tight. Simple door seals are so-called sliding seals whose sealing lip or brush projects beyond a lower end face of the door downwards.
However, these seals can not be used in Minergie ® houses with controlled ventilation. In such buildings, a ventilation system is present, which blows air into some of the rooms via ventilation slots in the wall, in the floor or in the ceiling and sucks them in other rooms via also arranged in the wall, in the ceiling or in the bottom drain holes. The aim of ventilation is to heat fresh air drawn in from outside by means of the exhausted air flowing outwards in order to minimize the energy required to heat the rooms. The air exchange between the rooms takes place over the doors, so that they may not close very tightly. Usually, a relatively large gap is left between the lower edge of the door and the floor. However, there is no sound insulation and light shimmers from one room to the other.
In
In
However, it has now been found that this seal seals against light and ensures a sufficient exchange of air between the rooms. However, the sound insulation can not meet high standards.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a door seal system which ensures optimal sound insulation despite good ventilation.
This object is achieved by a door sealing system having the features of patent claim 1.
The inventive door seal system for attachment to a door has a door seal with a guide rail and a sealing element. The guide rail extends approximately over the entire width of the door. The guide rail has a substantially U-shaped cross-section. The sealing element is held in the guide rail and seals with the door closed a gap between the door and a floor or a ceiling. The guide rail has an outer side which is essentially formed by two approximately mutually parallel side walls and a connecting these two side walls together web. Furthermore, the door sealing system has an air duct, which ensures air circulation from a first side of the door to a second side of the door. The air duct runs along said outer side of the guide rail. According to the invention, a sound-absorbing resonator is present in the air duct.
The resonator is preferably formed by the door seal itself, for example, by the guide rail or an outer rail surrounding the guide rail.
This sound-absorbing resonator is formed in a preferred embodiment by holes in the guide rail and / or the outer rail. The holes can be present in each case in the web and / or in one of the side walls and / or in both side walls. The holes can all be the same size or they can be of different sizes. They may be evenly distributed over the entire surface of the web or sidewalls, or they may be arranged in one or more rectilinear rows or other patterns.
Preferably, the holes are covered with a non-woven or other sound-absorbing or sound-damping material. These sound-damping elements can be glued to the outer rail or on the guide rail, be positively slipped over this or otherwise held in position. They can be arranged on the side facing the air duct or facing away from the guide rail or outer rail.
In another preferred embodiment, the resonator is formed by a cavity, which is connected via a connection opening with the remaining air channel. The connection opening is many times smaller compared to the cavity.
Such sound-absorbing resonators in the form of cavities or perforated plates are known in the art under the name Helmholtz resonators.
According to the invention, it is also possible to combine several such resonators with one another in the air duct. Thus, both the outer rail as well as the guide rail can be provided with holes. Furthermore, in addition to these holes, one or more cavities with connecting holes may be provided on the outer rail and / or on the guide rail.
The inventive door seal may additionally be provided with at least one fire protection element. For example, a material may be arranged in the air duct and / or in the sealing strip and / or on at least one of the sound damping elements, which increases its volume in case of fire and thus closes the air duct and / or the slot between door and floor. It is also possible to manufacture the sound damping element wholly or partly from such a material.

The guide rail 1 preferably has a substantially U-shaped cross-section with two approximately parallel to each other extending
Between the
According to the invention, a sound-absorbing resonator is now arranged in this air duct L. In this example, the seal or the guide rail forms the resonator. This is achieved by providing the guide rail 1 with
Typische Durchmesser der Löcher 10 betragen 5 bis 10 mm.However, the
In order to achieve an optimal sound-absorbing effect, the resonator with a or a plurality of
Alternatively or additionally, a second sound-damping
In this example, the second
It is also possible to design both

The

Preferably, in turn, sound attenuation elements are present. Alternatively or additionally, a fire protection insert 9 is arranged in the
