Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Folienartikels (1), der einen Träger (40) aufweist, der aus einer Lage eines aktivierbaren Klebstoffes und einer Schicht eines Farbmaterials (20) besteht, die auf einer ersten Seite des Trägers (40) aufgetragen ist, wobei der Klebstoff vorübergehend inaktiv ist, und die zweite Seite des Trägers (40) frei ist, Verfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    (i) Zuführen eines formenden Trägers (10) in eine Maschine,
    (ii) Auftragen einer Schicht eines Farbmaterials (20) auf eine erste Seite des formenden Trägers (10),
    (iii) Trocknung der Farbmaterialschicht (20),
    (iv) Auftragen einer Schicht eines aktivierbaren Klebstoffes (40), und
    (v) Trocknung der Klebstoffschicht (40), ohne sie zu aktivieren, wobei der formende Träger eine Rauheit aufweist, die der angestrebten Beschaffenheit der Oberfläche des nach Abziehen des genannten formenden Trägers sichtbaren Artikels entspricht.
  2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, in dem die Klebstoffschicht (40) aus einem wärmeaktivierbaren Klebstoff besteht und/oder die Schritte (iv) und (v) bei einer Temperatur ausgeführt werden, die unter der Aktivierungstemperatur liegt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, in dem die Trocknung kalt und/oder durch Unterdruck erfolgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, in dem die Klebstoffschicht aus einem pulverförmigen und filmbildenden Klebstoff gebildet wird und die Auftrage- und Trocknungs-temperatur über der Filmbildungstemperatur liegt, aber unter der Aktivierungstemperatur.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, außerdem nach dem Schritt (v) die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    - Abtrennen des formenden Trägers vom Artikel, und
    - Bedrucken der freien Oberfläche des Artikels, die der Klebstoffschicht gegenüberliegt, in einer Druckmaschine.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, außerdem nach dem Schritt (v) die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    - Trennen des formenden Trägers vom Artikel, und
    - Aufbringen eines abziehbaren Trägers anstelle des formenden Trägers.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Folienartikels, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    Zuführen eines aus einer Folie aus aktivierbarem Klebstoff bestehenden Trägers in eine Maschine,
    Auftragen einer Schicht eines Farbmaterials auf eine erste Seite des Trägers,
    Auftragen eines formenden Trägers auf die freie, dem Träger abgewandte Oberfläche der Farbmaterialschicht vor dem Trocknen der Farbmaterialschicht, um die Beschaffenheit der Oberfläche des Artikels, die nach dem Abziehen des genannten formenden Trägers sichtbar wird, auszubilden, der eine Rauheit aufweist, die der angestrebten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit entspricht, und
    Trocknung der Farbmaterialschicht.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines formenden Trägers für die Ausführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    (i) Festlegen eines ersten Materials für den formenden Träger,
    (ii) Festlegen einer angestrebten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit und Oberflächenenergie für eine Seite eines formenden Trägers, auf der der Artikel geformt werden soll, entsprechend einer angestrebten Reliefwirkung des Artikels und der Beschaffenheit eines zweiten Materials, das als Erstes auf den formenden Träger aufgetragen werden soll, um insbesondere eine Anfeuchtbarkeit durch das genannte Material und eine Ausformbarkeit des Artikels nach Trocknung zu erzielen, und
    (iii) Behandlung einer Seite einer aus dem genannten ersten Material hergestellten Folie, um die angestrebte Oberflächen-beschaffenheit und Oberflächenenergie zu erzielen, um so den formenden Träger zu fertigen.
  9. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 8, in dem das erste Material Polyethylenterephthalat in einer Dicke ist, die zwischen ungefähr 5 µm und 100 µm liegt und insbesondere zwischen ungefähr 36 und 50 µm.
  10. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 9, in dem der Schritt (iii) zur Erzielung der angestrebten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit durch ein Abrasionsverfahren erfolgt, ausgewählt aus einer Gruppe, bestehend aus mechanischer Abrasion durch Sandstrahlen und einer Abrasion, die chemische Bearbeitung und das Aufbringen eines Teilchenmaterials kombiniert.
  11. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 9, in dem der Schritt (iii) zur Erzielung der angestrebten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit durch Ausbildung von Vertiefungen und/oder Erhöhungen mit einer Technik erfolgt, die unter Warmformung und Gravieren ausgewählt wurde.
  12. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 11, in dem die Vertiefungen und/oder Erhöhungen eine mittlere räumliche Periode von 5 bis 200 µm aufweisen.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 10 bis 12, in dem der Schritt (iii) zur Erzielung der angestrebten Oberflächenenergie eine Behandlung umfasst, ausgewählt unter Koronabehandlung und einem Plasmabrenner Aussetzen.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 10 bis 13, in dem der Schritt (iii) zur Erzielung der angestrebten Oberflächenenergie das Auftragen einer die Oberflächenenergie modifizierenden Substanz umfasst.
