The EP 1 700 978 A2 concerns a mobile building for use as a military command post, military hospital or field camp, intended to be airborne in military operations. The mobile building should be better transportable than for this purpose already known ISO standard container with rigid surface elements.

For this purpose, a building is provided whose lower part has a stable rigid basic structure and whose upper part can be created by unfolding solid walls and inflating other walls. The equipment parts are laboratory cabinets, namely those with a height of more than 75 cm and preferably 80 to 100 cm.

The document DE 19 32 852 U underlying the preamble of claim 1 and shows a beach cabin with folding tables, which are positioned with parallel to the side walls seat direction. Each side of the seating and along the side walls each floor space is released.

The GB 1 096 227 A also deals with a beach hut, as a plastic molded product. From a seating is no question.

Die EP 0 565 497 A1 wiederum bezeichnet eine Strand-, Schwimmbad- oder Garderobenhütte. Diese Hütte soll als Toilettenraum dienen. Von Sitzgelegenheiten ist keine Rede. The EP 0 565 497 A1 again denotes a beach, swimming pool or cloakroom hut. This hut is to serve as a toilet room. There is no question of seating.

The Indian DE 19 33 758 U1 described beach chair is composed of a lower and a top, which are connected to a pole. The upper part is then pivotable about the axis of the rod relative to the lower part, wherein a lock in any position is possible, so the beach chair can be used for example as a lounge basket.

The EP 1 120 067 A1 shows a folding over a folding mechanism leisure chair, which is equipped by attached to support rods textile web material with a roof and bridge element and two side elements, so that like a beach chair hood-like protection of the leisure chair is given by wind and other weather conditions.

The invention has for its object to provide a particularly versatile embodiment of a beach basket.

According to the invention this object is achieved by a beach chair with a roof element, a back wall, two each adjacent to the back wall side walls, at least one seat and a footwell, the footwell is provided for Fußpositionierung below the seat given by the seating plane and the extension of the footwell in perpendicular direction to the rear wall of the beach basket at least 30% of the extent of a side wall in the same direction, based on the edge facing away from the roof element is, characterized in that the at least one seat is provided with perpendicular to the side walls seating direction.

In this case, the extent of the foot space in the vertical direction to the rear wall of the beach basket in this order is increasingly preferably at least 30%; 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% of the extent of a side wall in the same direction, based on their edge facing away from the roof element. For the less preferred case of asymmetric side walls, the extension of the foot space to the mean value refers to the extent of both side walls, relative to their edges facing away from the roof element.

With the footwell inside, the beach chair can be designed so that even sitting positions where the feet positioned below the level of the seat are, can be taken when sitting and looking not perpendicular to the back wall. So especially if the seating direction is oriented perpendicular to the side walls.

Thus, an embodiment of the beach basket on the inside of the side wall before a seat opportunity, two seats can then be oriented so that two or more people facing each other can sit in the beach chair. Since the extension of the footwell does not necessarily extend to the rear wall, seating may be provided not only on the side walls but also on the rear wall. In particular, therefore, a L or U-shaped arranged seating group is possible.

In a further embodiment, a table is provided in the beach chair. This is arranged so that from the vertical projection of the table in the plane of the footwell in this order increasingly preferably at least 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% are within the footwell.

Another embodiment of the beach cage provides that a seat is designed as a bench over the entire width of a side wall. The bench can be attached to the side and / or rear wall and can be additionally stabilized by legs or support elements or free-standing in the beach chair alone be worn by them.

Further embodiments additionally comprise windows which may be incorporated in the rear wall and in the side walls. In this case, windows made of plastic or preferably glass are provided, which are taken in a frame made of plastic, metal or preferably wood.

In a further embodiment, a sunshade for glare protection is provided adjacent to the roof element. This can be attached to the roof element, wherein possibly adjusted via a folding mechanism, the inclination of the sun visor and / or can be varied by a folding mechanism whose surface. However, the sunshade can also be designed so that they zoom over a pivoting mechanism to the roof element and possibly also beyond can be performed, in turn, a combination with folding or folding mechanism is possible.

The rear wall of the basket opposite the back wall can be open, but this is not necessarily.

An embodiment further provides on the inside of the roof element along the edge remote from the rear wall a rail for guiding a curtain element. This may consist of flexible material such as textile or web material or include solid surface elements, which are then connected for example via a folding mechanism. In this embodiment, then the rear wall opposite side of the beach basket can be partially or completely covered with one or more of these curtain elements.

In a further embodiment, it is further provided that rollers or wheels are fixed to the beach chair for transport purposes. These can be provided with a locking device or a countersink mechanism, so that a firm state of the beach basket is guaranteed.

Another embodiment of the beach basket provides that in the roof element an opening can be opened. In this opening can be provided in particular a covering of a flexible material, such as textile or web material. In a further embodiment, then at least one side of the fabric is fixed to a movable support, which is guided in guide rails parallel to the direction of movement between the open and closed positions.

In a further embodiment of the beach basket at least one lighting unit is mounted inside the beach basket, which may be provided on a side wall and / or the rear wall. Furthermore, in addition to or instead of the inside of the roof element, in particular in the rear wall facing away from half of the roof element, a lighting unit may be attached.

In a further embodiment of the beach basket, the wall and roof elements are designed as a braid, wherein for the braids materials such as plastic, natural or loom braid can be used. However, the wall and roof elements may also be additionally or alternatively covered with textile or web material.

In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment, wherein the features disclosed in this case can also be essential to the invention in other combinations.

In the two side walls 3, a glass window 11 is ever used, which is taken in a wooden frame. Also in the rear wall 2 is above the table 9 a captured in a wooden frame glass window 12 is inserted. At the rear wall 2 remote from the edge of the roof element 4, a sun visor 13 is attached, whose angle of inclination can be adjusted with a folding mechanism. Furthermore, a rail is mounted along this edge of the roof element 4, in which two flexible curtain elements 14 are guided. These can be pulled in front of the rear wall 2 opposite the front of the beach basket, which is otherwise made open, so that the inside of the beach basket is covered. Along the edge of the roof element 4 facing away from the rear wall 2, a billboard 15 is additionally provided on the outside of the roof element 4.

FIG. 2 shows one. Frontal view illustrating the arrangement of the footwell 1, the benches 6 and the table 9 to each other. The seat positions are provided such that the feet are positioned in the footwell 1 and thus below the plane of the seat and the seat direction is oriented parallel to the rear wall 2 and perpendicular to the side wall 3. In this way, in particular two or more people facing each other take place in the beach chair. The vertical projection of the table 9 in the plane of the footwell 1 extends between the two seats 6 and falls to 100% in the footwell 1, which in particular also in connection with the perspective view FIG. 1 becomes clear. FIG. 2 shows further that the bottom element 5 does not rest over the entire surface, so that the beach chair can be moved by means of rollers 16 mounted below the bottom element 5. These can then be locked or sunk if necessary.

FIG. 3 shows the rear view of the beach basket, in turn, the windows 11/12 in back and 2 side wall 3 and the billboard 15 are shown. Furthermore, it can be seen that in this embodiment, the upper basket 17 and the lower part 18 of the beach basket are taken in a frame 19 made of wood. The surface elements 20 are designed as a wicker.

FIG. 4 shows a side section through the roof element 4 of the embodiment, wherein the sun visor 13, the curtain element 14 and the lighting unit 21 are shown. One side of the sun visor 13 is mounted on the roof element 4 via hinges so that the sun visor 13 still remains movable about this axis and can be moved between the folded and unfolded state. By means of a linkage 22 with folding mechanism, the sun visor 13 can thereby in the unfolded state, which in the figure is shown to be stabilized. The curtain element 14 is guided in a rail 23 which runs parallel to the edge of the roof element 4 facing away from the rear wall 2. The lighting unit 21 is mounted on the inside of the roof element 4 in the rear wall 2 facing away from the half, so that the beam falls both inside the beach basket, as well as in an area in front of the beach chair. In the figure, the opening 24 is further shown in the roof element 4, which is provided with a variable covering 25. The rear wall 2 of the beach basket side facing away from the fabric 25 is fixed to a movable bar 26, whereby the fabric can be opened and closed. The bar 26 is guided over rollers 27 in lateral guide rails 28, and the direction of movement is parallel to the side walls third
