Brosse à dents fabriquée avec la méthode selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le faisceau de poils fini (22) présente des poils avec des extrémités de poils plus hautes par rapport aux autres poils et en ce que les extrémités de poils plus hautes du faisceau de poils fini (22) forment un contour continu, en forme de peigne continu arqué disposé centralement ou en forme de peigne continu avec des méandres, qui a été formé par plusieurs tiges profilées (66).
  7. Brosse à dents selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la distance des extrémités de poils plus hautes par rapport aux extrémités de poils plus basses est entre 0.5 mm et 5 mm, préférablement entre 2 mm et 3 mm.
  8. Brosse à dents selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que 5% à 25%, préférablement 10% à 15%, des extrémités de poils dans un faisceau de poils sont plus hautes que le reste des extrémités de poils du faisceau de poils.
  9. Brosse à dents selon l'une des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités de poils plus hautes sont entourées par les extrémités de poils plus basses.
  10. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de la méthode selon la revendication 1 pour la fabrication d'une brosse à dents selon la revendication 6, comprenant une matrice avec des tiges profilées guidées dedans, caractérisée en ce que les tiges profilées présentent une surface polie miroir ou rodée.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les transitions discontinues dans la surface sont formées de bords vifs.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que les transitions discontinues mènent à un creux.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le creux présente une profondeur entre 0.5 mm et 5 mm, préférablement entre 2 mm et 3 mm.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le creux présente un diamètre de 0.3 mm à 0.8 mm, préférablement 0.5 mm.
