Durch die konisch ausgebildeten Lagerflächen 19, 26 wird einerseits automatisch die Zentrierung des Drehknopfes 17 innerhalb der Öffnung 11 des Einfassringes 18 realisiert, wodurch ein einheitliches Spaltbild des in der Öffnung 11 der Bedienblende 5 gelagerten Drehknopfes 17 erreichbar ist. Andererseits bildet die konisch bzw. kegelförmig zulaufende Lagerfläche 19 des Einfassrings 18 die Endanschlagsposition für den sich in der Betätigungslage befindenden Drehknopf 17. Dadurch, dass die gleichermaßen konisch bzw. kegelförmig ausgebildete Lagerfläche 26 des zwischen Halter 25 und Drehknopf 17 eingeklemmten Ringelementes 16 mittels des Anpressdrucks des Federelementes 24 gegen die konisch bzw. kegelförmig ausgebildete Lagerfläche 19 des Einfassringes 18 gedrückt wird, können die am Drehknopf 17 auftretenden Radialkräfte und Kraftmomente aufgenommen werden, wodurch in der Betätigungslage der Drehknopf 17 nahezu spielfrei gelagert ist. In der Betätigungslage kann der Bediener in üblicher Weise durch das Drehen des Drehknopfes 17 der Bedienknebeleinheit 8 um die Längsachse der Wellenanordnung 15 vorher definierte Einstellungen an dem Haushaltgerät 2 vornehmen. Dabei wird das Drehmoment über den Drehknopf 17 und der Wellenanordnung 15 an den Betätigungszapfen 31 der Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung 20 übertragen.In FIG. 7 now the control knob unit 8 is shown with the knob 17 in the operating position. Claims (11)

  1. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) for adjusting a control and regulating apparatus (20) arranged behind a control panel (5), comprising a dial (17) which is mounted in an opening (11) in the control panel (5) and can be moved back and forth axially between a zero position, an intermediate position in the form of a retraction position, and an actuation position by means of a retraction mechanism,
    characterised in that,
    in the actuation position, a bearing surface (26) of the dial (17) is in contact with a bearing surface (19) of the control panel (5), the bearing surfaces (19, 26) being formed so as to correspond and to be equally conical or tapered, being pressed against one another by the force of a spring element (24) mounted in a shaft assembly (15) of the retraction mechanism, and being designed for centring the dial in the opening (11) and for absorbing radial forces and moments of force.
  2. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    a bordering ring (18) is mounted in the opening (11) in the control panel (5), and the bordering ring (18) comprises a conical or tapered bearing surface (19) which, in the actuation position, is in contact with a bearing surface (26) of the dial (17).
  3. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to claim 2,
    characterised in that
    the conical or tapered bearing surface (19) of the bordering ring (18) forms the end stop position of the dial (17) in the actuation position thereof.
  4. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to any of claims 1 to 3,
    characterised in that
    the dial (17) can be placed on a shaft assembly (15) which can be rotated about its longitudinal axis and is coupled by its other end to the control and regulating apparatus (20) in a force-transmitting manner, an annular element (16) that comprises a tapered bearing surface (26) being mounted between the dial (17) and the shaft assembly (15) so as to be clamped.
  5. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to any of claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that
    the shaft assembly (15) comprises a sleeve-like holder (25) that receives internally with respect to its longitudinal axis a rotor element (23) which, at its other end, is mounted in a force-transmitting manner in a sleeve-like bearing device (14) by means of a locking means (21) and a coupling means (22) connected thereto.
  6. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to claim 5,
    characterised in that
    the shaft assembly (15) comprises a retraction mechanism having a spring element (24), mounted between the rotor element (23) and the locking means (21), for automatically transferring the dial (17) from the zero position into the retracted position and from the zero position into the actuation position.
  7. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to any of claims 1 to 6,
    characterised in that
    the dial (17) is detachably connected to the holder (25) by means of a snap connection.
  8. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit according to any of claims 4 to 7,
    characterised in that
    the outer diameter of the annular element (16) is greater than the outer diameter of the dial (17) and the annular element (16) comprises a conical or tapered bearing surface (26) which, in the actuation position of the dial (17), is in contact with the bearing surface (19) of the control panel (5).
  9. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to any of claims 4 to 8,
    characterised in that
    the dial (17), the holder (25) and the annular element (16) are formed in one piece, preferably as a plastics injection-moulded part.
  10. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to any of claims 5 to 9,
    characterised in that
    the bearing device (14) is fastened to the control panel (5) by means of a bayonet fitting (13).
  11. Domestic appliance (2), in particular an oven (1), comprising at least one retractable operating-toggle unit (8) according to any of claims 5 to 10,
    characterised in that
    the shaft end of the shaft assembly (15) that receives the dial (17) and is mounted in the bearing device (14) is operatively connected to the control and regulating apparatus (20) by means of an actuating journal (31).
