Abstract

Scharnier (1) mit einem schwenkbaren (2) und einem feststehenden (3) Scharnierblatt,
mit einer beiden Scharnierblättern (2,3) gemeinsamen Hohlzylinder-ähnlichen körperlichen Scharnierachse (7) mit der mathematischen Achse (4).
Die Scharnierachse (7) ist fest mit dem schwenkbaren (2) Scharnierblatt verbunden und drehbar in einem Achslager (5-1, 5-2) gelagert, dessen Achslagerkörper starr mit dem feststehenden (3) Scharnierblatt verbunden ist. In der Scharnierachse (7) ist eine Torsions-Spiral-Feder (8) angeordnet, deren erstes (8-1) ihrer beiden Enden fest mit der Scharnierachse (7) und deren zweites (8-2) ihrer beiden Enden über ein aus Schneckenrad (9) und Schnecke (6) bestehendes Schneckengetriebe mit dem Achslagerkörper des Achslagers (5-1) verbunden ist.
Das Schneckenrad (9) ist im Achslager (5-1) um die Achse (4) der Scharnierachse (7) drehbar angeordnet und fest mit dem zweiten (8-2) der beiden Enden der Torsions-Spiralfeder (8) verbunden. Die Dreh-Verstellung des Schneckenrades (9) und damit die Einstellung der Spannung der Torsions-Spiral-Feder (8) erfolgt durch Verdrehung der Schnecke (6), welche im feststehenden Teil des Achslagerkörpers des Achslagers (5-1) angeordnet ist und in die Zähne (9-10) des Schneckenrades (9) eingreift.
