Claims (4)

  1. Unité de palette se composant au moins d'une palette (1), d'un plateau de palette agencé sur la palette (1), d'un matériau plat à une ou plusieurs couches et d'une pile de produits (3), le plateau de palette étant réalisé comme un suremballage (2) avec une enveloppe (6) entourant toute la hauteur ou sensiblement toute la hauteur de la pile de produits (3), et en ce que l'enveloppe (6) est formée par au moins un élément de paroi (13, 14, 15, 16) fabriqué indépendamment de la plaque de fond (5), lequel élément de paroi s'appuie sur la plaque de fond (5), caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (6) entoure un bord de plaque de fond (5.1) qui dépasse du côté éloigné de la palette (1) de la plaque de fond (5) et s'appuie avec un bord inférieur sur des languettes d'appui (12) fabriquées d'un seul tenant avec la plaque de fond (5) et dépassant de la surface extérieure du bord de plaque de fond.
  2. Unité de palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bord de plaque de fond (5.1) est formé par pliage de sections de bord (8.1-8.4) d'une découpe de plaque de fond (8) le long de lignes de pliage, par exemple le long de pliures (10) et en ce que des incisions (11) sont prévues pour la génération des languettes d'appui (12) dans la zone des lignes de pliage (10), lesquelles parviennent respectivement à partir d'une ligne de pliage (10) dans une section (8.1-8.4) contiguë, formant le bord de plaque de fond et se terminent sur la ligne de pliage (10) en étant ramenées sur ou dans celle-ci.
  3. Unité de palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe est formée par au moins un élément de paroi (13, 14, 15, 16, 17) fabriqué en matériau plat.
  4. Unité de palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (6) est formée par au moins deux éléments de paroi (13, 15, 16) reliés l'un à l'autre.
