Claims (13)

  1. Plaque de métal (1) pour fabriquer un châssis de patin à roulettes en ligne, ladite plaque de métal présentant essentiellement une forme de quadrilatère, comportant un côté avant (1a) et un côté arrière (1b), lesquels sont opposés et essentiellement parallèles l'un à l'autre, et une paire de côtés latéraux (1c, 1d), lesquels sont opposés et essentiellement parallèles l'un à l'autre et présentent une configuration symétrique par rapport à un axe longitudinal (L) qui est parallèle aux dits côtés latéraux (1c, 1d) et divise lesdits côtés avant et arrière (1a, 1b) en parties essentiellement égales, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une paire de fentes longitudinales (3c, 3d), démarrant à partir dudit côté avant (1a) et s'étendant jusqu'à proximité dudit côté arrière (1b), définissant ainsi une partie centrale (11) et une paire de parties latérales (13, 15).
  2. Plaque de métal (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdites fentes (3c, 3d) sont symétriques par rapport au dit axe longitudinal (L).
  3. Plaque de métal (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle lesdites fentes (3c, 3d) sont configurées de façon que ladite partie centrale (11) inclue une zone avant relativement large (11a), une zone intermédiaire relativement étroite (11b) et une zone arrière (11c) au-delà des extrémités desdites fentes (3c, 3d).
  4. Plaque de métal (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle des trous traversants (17) sont prévus au niveau des extrémités latérales (11a', 11a") de ladite zone avant (11a) de ladite partie centrale (11), lesdits trous traversants étant disposés symétriquement par rapport au dit axe longitudinal (L), et dans laquelle des trous traversants respectifs (19) sont prévus de façon correspondante dans lesdites parties latérales (13, 15).
  5. Plaque de métal (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle des trous traversants (7, 9), alignés le long dudit axe longitudinal (L) sont prévus dans ladite zone avant (11a) et dans ladite zone arrière (11c) de ladite partie centrale (11).
  6. Plaque de métal selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle plusieurs trous traversants (5c, 5d) sont prévus respectivement à proximité desdits côtés latéraux (1c, 1d), lesdits trous traversants étant disposés symétriquement par rapport au dit axe longitudinal (L) et, de préférence, équidistants les uns des autres.
  7. Plaque de métal (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, fabriquée en métal léger, de préférence en aluminium.
  8. Procédé pour fabriquer un châssis de patin à roulettes en ligne à partir d'une plaque de métal, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :
    - fournir une plaque de métal (1), présentant une forme essentiellement de quadrilatère, comportant un côté avant (1a) et un côté arrière (1b), opposés et essentiellement parallèles l'un à l'autre, et une paire de côtés latéraux (1c, 1d), lesquels sont opposés et essentiellement parallèles l'un à l'autre et présentent une configuration symétrique par rapport à un axe longitudinal (L) qui est parallèle aux dits côtés latéraux (1c, 1d) et divise lesdits côtés avant et arrière (1a, 1b) en des parties essentiellement égales ;
    - former dans ladite plaque de métal (1) une paire de fentes longitudinales (3c, 3d), partant dudit côté avant (1a) et s'étendant jusqu'à proximité dudit côté arrière (1b), définissant ainsi une partie centrale (11) et une paire de parties latérales (13, 15) ;
    - cintrer vers le bas une zone intermédiaire (11b) de ladite partie centrale (11), de sorte que la zone avant (11a) de ladite partie centrale (11) proche dudit côté avant (1a) se trouve à une moindre hauteur que la zone arrière (11c) de ladite partie centrale (11) proche dudit côté arrière (1b) ;
    - plier vers le bas les extrémités latérales (11a', 11a") de ladite zone avant (11a) de ladite partie centrale (11) de façon qu'elles soient essentiellement perpendiculaires à ladite partie centrale (11) ;
    - plier vers le bas lesdites parties latérales (13, 15) de façon qu'elles soient essentiellement perpendiculaires à ladite partie centrale (11) ;
    - fixer lesdites parties latérales (13, 15) aux dites extrémités latérales (11a', 11a") de ladite zone avant (11a) de ladite partie centrale (11).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel lesdites fentes (3c, 3d) sont configurées de façon à conférer une structure essentiellement en forme de « T » à ladite partie centrale (11), de sorte que ladite zone avant (11a) de ladite partie centrale est plus large que ladite zone intermédiaire (11b) de ladite partie centrale.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel des trous traversants (17) sont prévus dans lesdites extrémités latérales (11a', 11a") de ladite zone avant (11a) de ladite partie centrale (11) et dans lequel des trous traversants (19) sont prévus de façon correspondante dans lesdites parties latérales (13, 15), lesdits trous traversants (17, 19) étant alignés les uns avec les autres à la fin des étapes de pliage.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, comprenant, de plus, l'étape consistant à prévoir des trous traversants (7,9) alignés le long de l'axe longitudinal (L) dans ladite zone avant (11a) et dans ladite zone arrière (11c) de ladite partie centrale (11).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, comprenant, de plus, l'étape consistant à prévoir plusieurs trous traversants (5c, 5d), symétriques par rapport au dit axe longitudinal (L) et, de préférence, équidistants les uns des autres, dans lesdites parties latérales (13, 15), à proximité desdits côtés latéraux (1c, 1d) .
  13. Châssis de patin à roulettes en ligne, comportant un support central, conçu pour supporter la semelle du patin à roulettes et comprenant une plateforme pour le talon de ladite chaussure et une plateforme pour le bout de ladite chaussure, et des ailes latérales conçues pour supporter les essieux des roues dudit patin à roulettes, de façon qu'il soit fabriqué selon le procédé revendiqué selon la revendication 8, de sorte que ladite partie centrale (11) de ladite plaque de métal (1) forme ledit support central et que lesdites parties latérales (13, 15) de ladite plaque de métal (1) forment lesdites ailes latérales.
