Eine Handlungsanweisung enthält eine Folge von Handlungen, die durchzuführen sind, um den Sicherheitszustand zu verlassen. Dabei sind nun mehrere Möglichkeiten denkbar. Als Handlungsanweisung kann so beispielsweise das Eingeben einer Zeichenfolge, also beispielsweise eines Codes, vorgesehen sein, es kann jedoch auch vorgesehen sein, dass am Mensch-Maschine-Interface ein bestimmter Menüpunkt ausgewählt wird. Denkbar ist auch, dass die Betätigung wenigstens eines dritten Bedienelements in der Handlungsanweisung angegeben wird. Claims (16)

  1. Method for controlling a locking system of a motor vehicle (15), by an unlocked state, a locked state, from which switching can take place into the unlocked state via at least one first control element (21, 22, 23) within the motor vehicle (15), and a safe state, in which switching into the unlocked state cannot take place by merely actuating a first control element (21, 22, 23), being provided as states of the locking system,
    characterised in that
    - in the case of an alarm device, more particularly a passenger-compartment monitoring device (33), being deactivated in a user-initiated manner, switching can in principle only take place into the locked state, and/or
    - in that, in the case of a user-initiated transition from the unlocked state into the safe state,
    - either a signal indicating the presence or absence of a person inside the motor vehicle (15) is automatically detected for a predetermined time interval and switching into the unlocked state or the locked state takes place if the signal indicates the presence of a person inside the motor vehicle (15),
    - or switching into the locked state initially takes place for a predetermined time interval before switching into the safe state, and/or
    - in that when the locking system is in the safe state in the case of a signal indicating that a person inside the motor vehicle (15) wishes to exit the motor vehicle, more particularly when a first control element (21, 22, 23) is actuated, a signal indicating the presence or absence of a person inside the motor vehicle (15) is automatically detected and if the signal indicates that a person is present inside the motor vehicle (15), switching into the unlocked state or the locked state takes place, or when the locking system is in the safe state in the case of a signal indicating that a person inside the motor vehicle (15) wishes to exit the motor vehicle, an instruction is output inside the motor vehicle (15) via optical and/or acoustic output means, switching into the unlocked state or the locked state taking place when the instruction is executed.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that an optical and/or acoustic and/or haptic and/or olfactory warning message is output during at least part of the predetermined time interval.
  3. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that a text message regarding the activated or imminent safe state is output as a warning message.
  4. Method according to either claim 2 or claim 3, characterised in that when switching into the locked state initially takes place for the predetermined time interval, a signal indicating the presence or absence of a person inside the motor vehicle (15) is determined at a beginning of the predetermined time interval, and no warning message is output in the case of a signal which indicates the absence of persons inside the motor vehicle (15).
  5. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the initially occupied locked state is maintained by actuating at least one second control element during the predetermined time interval, and switching into the safe state does not take place.
  6. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the predetermined time interval lasts between 20 seconds and 2 minutes, more particularly 30 seconds.
  7. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a signal indicating the actuation of an interior handle for opening a door (16) of the motor vehicle (15) and/or indicating the release of a seat belt from the seat belt buckle is used as a signal indicating that a person inside the motor vehicle (15) wishes to exit the motor vehicle.
  8. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the signal indicating the presence or absence of a person inside the motor vehicle (15) is automatically detected by means of at least one sensor arranged inside the motor vehicle (15).
  9. Method according to claim 8, characterised in that at least one seat occupancy mat (27) and/or, if a signal indicating the release of a seat belt from the seat belt buckle is not used as a signal indicating that a person inside the motor vehicle (15) wishes to exit the motor vehicle, a sensor (29) indicating insertion of a seat belt into a seat belt buckle and/or a camera (28) and/or an ultrasonic sensor is used as a sensor.
  10. Method according to either claim 8 or claim 9, characterised in that if at least the sensor is deactivated during switching into the safe state, the sensor is reactivated when the signal indicating that a person inside the motor vehicle (15) wishes to exit the motor vehicle is present, and the signal indicating the presence or absence of a person inside the motor vehicle (15) is the result of a comparison of sensor data recorded when the sensor was deactivated with sensor data recorded upon activation.
  11. Method according to any of claims 8 to 10, characterised in that at least one sensor is associated with a passenger-compartment monitoring device (33).
  12. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the instruction is displayed on a display (24).
  13. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the instruction includes actuating at least one third, more particularly dedicated, control element (26).
  14. Method according to claim 13, characterised in that inputting a symbol sequence via the keyboard and/or selecting menu items on the or a display (24) is used as an instruction.
  15. Method according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the user-initiated deactivation of the alarm device, more particularly the passenger-compartment monitoring device (33), takes place via a fourth, more particularly dedicated, control element (32).
  16. Motor vehicle (15) comprising a locking system in which an unlocked state, a locked state, from which switching can take place into the unlocked state via at least one first control element (21, 22, 23) within the motor vehicle (15), and a safe state, in which switching into the unlocked state cannot take place by merely actuating a first control element (21, 22, 23), are provided, which locking system is configured to comprise means for performing a method according to any of claims 1 to 15.
