Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen gattungsgemässen Lötanschluss nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zum Anlöten an den Anschlüssen bei Glasscheiben zwecks Festlegen sowie zum elektrischen Anschluss.
  • Ein derartiges Lötanschluss ist aus EP 0 477 069 oder DE 90 13 380 U1 bekannt.
  • Solche gattungsgemässen Lötanschlüsse sind bekannt. Diese dienen dazu, an die Anschlüsse, z.B. für Heizung oder Antenne von vorzugsweise Autoglasscheiben elektrisch angeschlossen sowie zugleich mechanisch festgelegt zu werden. Dabei sind an diesen Lötanschlüssen feste Kabel angebracht, die diese einerseits zu starr macht, andererseits eine automatische und/oder maschinelle Anbringung derselben nicht zulässt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen gattungsgemässen Lötanschluss nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 vorzuschlagen, mit dem das verfahrenstechnisch automatisierte Anbringen möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem gattungsgemässen Folienanschluss nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 erfindungsgemäss durch dessen kennzeichnende Merkmale gelöst.
  • Nach Lehre der Erfindung wird also jeder Lötanschluss einerseits separat und massgenau mit dem Lötfuss andererseits gleichwohl für den Einsatz flexibel mit einer Steckverbindung hergestellt, an die z.B. eine Flachsteckhülse ansteckbar ist. Damit kann aber nach Lehre der Erfindung mit Vorteil sowohl eine meachanisch als auch elektrisch ausreichend zuverlässige Verbindung beim verfahrenstechnisch automatisierten Anbringen erreicht werden.
  • Zweckmässige Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahem auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt:

    den Lötanschluss nach der Erfindung, in schematischer Druntersicht und
    Figur 2
    eine Ansicht II_II gemäss Figur 1 und
    Figur 3
    eine Seitenansicht der Figur 1.
  • Der in Figur 1 dargestellte und mit 5 bezeichnete Lötanschluss dient zum Anlöten an die Anschlüsse bei Glasscheiben zum Zweck des Festlegens sowie zum elektrischen Anschluss. Er weist eine mit einem auf seiner Oberfläche mit einem elektrischen Leiter 6 versehene flexible, in Draufsicht rechteckförmige Leiterfolie 7 auf, der als auf die Leiterfolie mittels Siebdruck auf deren Oberfläche aufgebrachte zumindest eine Leiterbahn ausgebildet sein kann.
  • An dem einem Ende der Leiterfolie 7 ist ein Lötfuss 8 angebracht. Das andere -freie- Ende ist als zur Aufnahme einer in der Automobiltechnik an sich bekannte Flachsteckhülse ausgebildete Steckverbindung 9 mit einer Bohrung 10 ausgebildet.
  • Beim wiedergegebenen Ausführungsbeispiel ist der gesamte, auf der Oberfläche der Leiterfolie 7 vorgesehene elektrische Leiter 6 mit einem diesen abdeckenden Isolator 11 aus Polyimid versehen. Ausserdem ist die Schmalseite der Leiterfolie 7 ohne den elektrischen Leiter 6 ebenso von dem Isolator 11 abgedeckt.

Claims (3)

  1. Lötanschluss (5) zum Anlöten an den Anschlüssen bei Glasscheiben zwecks Festlegen sowie zum elektrischen Anschluss, wobei der Lötanschluss (5) mit einem flexiblen elektrischen Leiter (6) versehen ist, wobei dessen eines Ende zum Anlöten und dessen anderes freies Ende als Steckverbindung (9) zur Aufnahme einer Flachsteckhülse ausgebildet ist und wobei zumindest der elektrische Leiter (6) mit einem diesen abdeckenden Isolator (11) versehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Lötanschluss (5) eine flexible, mit dem elektrischen Leiter (6) versehene, vom Isolator (11) abgedeckte und in Draufsicht rechteckförmige Leiterfolie (7) aufweist, dass der elektrische Leiter (6) als auf die Leiterfolie (7) aufgebrachte Leiterbahn(en) ausgebildet ist, dass das eine Ende der Leiterfolie (7) zum Anlöten einen Lötfuß (8) aufweist und dass das andere freie Ende der Leiterfolie (7) die Steckverbindung (9) aufweist.
  2. Lötanschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolator (11) Polyimid aufweist.
  3. Lötanschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Leiterfolie (7) von dem Isolator (11) umgeben ist.
