Definitions
- the invention relates to a power plant with a reheat and a steam power plant with a double reheat.
- a cascading transfer system ie the steam is first passed from the live steam line via a high-pressure bypass station (HDU) to cold reheat (kZÜ), then through the steam generator for hot reheat (hZÜ) and from there to the condenser. Through this steam guide and the reheater is sufficiently flowed and thus cooled. If the system has a second reheat stage, the steam will flow from the h2Ü1 to the kZÜ2 and only from the hZÜ2 to the condenser.
- these bypass stations are designed in such a way that the nominal mass flow can be diverted at nominal pressure. In order to derive the pressure below the nominal pressure, a larger bypass station is required, which leads to corresponding additional costs. With this system is it is therefore not possible in bypass mode to lower the pressure of the reheater units below the sliding pressure line.
- the object of the invention is to provide an economically improved steam power plant.
- the invention is characterized by two basic ideas, which are described below.
- the distribution of the control tasks (mass flow and pressure control) to two parallel bypass stations allows a more flexible operation and a smaller version of the other bypass valves.
- By opening the additional bypass station outgoing before the turbine stage to the condenser it is possible to lower the pressure behind the turbine stage.
- By opening the MDU1a the pressure behind the first medium-pressure turbine section (during the second reheat) can be lowered.
- the MDU1b and MDU2 can be made significantly smaller, which is particularly interesting because the valves of the MDU2 become very large due to the low pressure in the second reheat.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a steam power plant 1 with a simple reheat 2.
- the steam power plant 1 comprises a high-pressure turbine part HP, a medium-pressure turbine section IP1 and a low-pressure turbine section LP1,2,3 and one to the low-pressure turbine section LP1,2,3 torque transmitting coupled generator G1.
- a steam generator 3 (also designated MS) passes under high pressure standing live steam via a main steam line 4 in the high-pressure turbine section HP. About two live steam valves 5, the live steam enters the high-pressure turbine section HP.
- the steam flowing out of the high-pressure turbine section HP flows via a cold reheater line kZÜ to the reheater 2, where it is reheated and passes over a hot reheater line hZÜ into the medium-pressure turbine section IP1.
- the steam flowing out of the medium-pressure turbine section IP1 passes via an MD line 6 to the low-pressure turbine section (s) LP1, 2, 3.
- the steam flowing out of the low-pressure turbine part LP1, 2, 3 finally reaches the condenser 7, where the steam condenses again to water.
- a bypass station 8 which may also be referred to as HDU1b, in which a diverter valve 9 is arranged, connects the main steam line 4 to the cold reheater line kZÜ. Furthermore, a second diversion station 12 (which can also be referred to as HDU1a) is arranged at a branch 10, which establishes a fluidic connection between the main steam line 4 and the condenser 7.
- the steam power plant 1 is operated such that a portion of the live steam via the bypass station 8 (which can also be designated HPB-1b), in the reheater 2 (which can also be referred to as reheater RH) and a portion of the steam in the condenser 7 flows.
- the bypass station 8 which can also be designated HPB-1b
- the reheater 2 which can also be referred to as reheater RH
- reheater RH a portion of the steam in the condenser 7 flows.
- HDU1a which can also be referred to as HPB-1a
- HDU1b which may also be referred to as a cascading transfer system
- MDU also referred to as medium-pressure bypass, not shown
- the mass flow in the reheater 2 is regulated, while the bypass station 8 (HDU1b or HPBP-1b) controls the pressure in the main steam line 4 and the medium-pressure bypass (MDU) regulates the pressure in the reheater 2.
- bypass station 8 HDU1b or HPBP-1b
- MDU medium pressure bypass
- FIGS. 2 and 3 1 schematically shows a steam power plant 1 with a double reheat (RH1 and RH2). Live steam is generated in the steam generator MS and passes through the valves 5 in the high-pressure turbine section HP.
- the steam flowing out of the high-pressure turbine HP flows via the cold reheater line kZÜ to the first reheater unit RH1, where the steam is reheated.
- the steam flowing out of the reheater unit RH1 passes via the hot reheater line hZÜ to the condenser 7.
- a portion of the reheated steam passes through a medium-pressure diverter station IPB1b (namely 50% of the steam, the remaining 50% flow to the condenser 7) to the output 13 of the first medium-pressure turbine section IP1 and from there to the second reheater RH2.
- the steam heated in the second reheater RH2 flows via a line IP2 to two second medium-pressure turbine sub-sections IP2a and IP2b.
- the steam flowing out of the second medium-pressure turbine sections IP2a and IP2b then flows to the low-pressure turbine section LP1,2,3 and then to the condenser 7.
- the two FIGS. 2 and 3 must be considered as a figure in itself.
- the connection lines like the IPPB1a and the IP2 are in both FIGS. 2 and 3 shown.
- the IP2 line has another bypass station IPB 2, which leads a portion of the vapor, which is at 20%, directly to the capacitor 7.
- the procedure is particularly interesting for systems with a double intermediate superheat RH1 and RH2, in which case the MDU1a (also referred to as IPB1a) (mass flow regulated) directly to the condenser 7 and the diverter station MDU1b (also referred to as IPB1b) (pressure regulated) directed to the second reheater RH2.
- MDU1a also referred to as IPB1a
- IPB1b diverter station MDU1b
- IPB1b pressure regulated

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a power plant with a reheat and a steam power plant with a double reheat.
In steam power plant processes in GUD or DKW power plants, it is advantageous to separate the operation of the steam generator from the operation of the steam turbine. For this purpose diverter stations are provided, which allow directing the steam generated by the steam generator around the steam turbine directly to the condenser. This makes it possible to operate the steam generator independently of the steam turbine. Of course, corresponding intermediates are possible, such. B. 50% of the steam generated via the Umleitstation and 50% of the steam generated to flow through the steam turbine. The problem with driving with the diverter station open is to control the pressure in the line before the diverter station. In addition, the reheater stages in the steam generator must be supplied with steam and thus cooled.
Usually, a cascading transfer system is used, ie the steam is first passed from the live steam line via a high-pressure bypass station (HDU) to cold reheat (kZÜ), then through the steam generator for hot reheat (hZÜ) and from there to the condenser. Through this steam guide and the reheater is sufficiently flowed and thus cooled. If the system has a second reheat stage, the steam will flow from the h2Ü1 to the kZÜ2 and only from the hZÜ2 to the condenser. As a rule, these bypass stations are designed in such a way that the nominal mass flow can be diverted at nominal pressure. In order to derive the pressure below the nominal pressure, a larger bypass station is required, which leads to corresponding additional costs. With this system is it is therefore not possible in bypass mode to lower the pressure of the reheater units below the sliding pressure line.
The object of the invention is to provide an economically improved steam power plant.
This problem is solved by the steam power plants according to the claims.
The invention is characterized by two basic ideas, which are described below.
- The basic idea of the invention is to divert a portion of the steam from the live steam line directly to the condenser via the diverter station HDU1a and only as much as is needed to cool the reheat over the cascading diverter system to the reheater and from there to the condenser. The HDU1a diverting station controls the mass flow in the reheat heating, while the HDU1b line regulates the pressure in the main steam line and the MDU line regulates the pressure in the reheater. The advantage is that the HDU1b and MDU can be made significantly smaller, since only a partial mass flow is passed through the reheater. The rest of the steam is sent directly to the condenser via the HDU1a. Since the pressure is significantly higher, the valve can be made significantly smaller and thus more cost-effective. It may thus be advantageous to provide an additional valve HDU1a than to make the MDU larger and the HDU1b larger.
- The procedure is particularly interesting in systems with a double reheat, in which case the MDU1a (mass flow controlled) directly to the condenser and the bypass station MDU1b (pressure regulated) is directed to the second reheat. This allows the MDU2 to be made significantly smaller after the second reheat.
The distribution of the control tasks (mass flow and pressure control) to two parallel bypass stations allows a more flexible operation and a smaller version of the other bypass valves. By opening the additional bypass station outgoing before the turbine stage to the condenser, it is possible to lower the pressure behind the turbine stage. In particular, in systems with dual reheat and two turbine trains, it is possible to operate the two turbine trains and the steam generator independent. Thus, it is possible to keep the mass flow in the
