Claims (9)

  1. Procédé servant à fabriquer une ligne de déchirement (1) dans la face arrière d'un matériau d'habillage intérieur pour véhicules (2), lequel matériau est constitué de manière préférée au moins par endroits de plastique, en utilisant un dispositif, qui comprend :
    un support (3), lequel permet de soutenir le matériau de recouvrement (1), et
    un outil pouvant effectuer des mouvements de va-et-vient de manière motorisée en direction du support (3), installé au-dessus de ce dernier à une certaine distance , lequel outil peut être déplacé en avant de manière à s'enfoncer dans la face arrière du matériau de recouvrement (2) et à suivre le tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1) souhaitée,
    le mouvement de va-et-vient de l'outil (4) étant effectué à une fréquence de 16 à 70 kHz, de manière préférée de 18 à 40 kHz,
    caractérisé en ce que l'outil est formé par un ciseau (4), lequel ciseau (4) observé parallèlement à la direction du mouvement de va-et-vient, présente un angle de pointe croissant en direction de la lame (6).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ciseau (4) est délimité au niveau de la pointe, mesuré en direction du tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1), par une lame (6) s'étendant au moins par endroits de manière convexe.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ciseau (4) présente un angle de pointe de 20 à 45°, mesuré par rapport au tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ciseau (4) est délimité au moins dans la zone de la ligne de déchirement (1) à produire, observée parallèlement à la direction du tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1), par des parois latérales bombées de manière convexe vers l'extérieur.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ciseau (4) présente, au niveau de la pointe, mesuré en direction du tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1), une longueur de 0,2 à 3 mm.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'amplitude du mouvement de va-et-vient du ciseau (4) est de 5 à 40 micromètres, de manière préférée de 20 à 30 micromètres.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement vers l'avant du ciseau peut être effectué le long du tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1) souhaitée à une vitesse de 5 à 50 mm/s.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ciseau (4) peut être déplacé vers l'avant par une commande programmée en suivant le tracé (5) de la ligne de déchirement (1) souhaitée.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de déchirement (1) est pourvue, sur son tracé (5), d'interruptions (a), dans lesquelles le ciseau (4) est déplacé vers l'avant sans toucher le matériau de recouvrement (2).
