Claims (6)

  1. Mechanical module, in particular for a key (1), comprising a body (2), the body (2) comprising a first body part (21) and a second body part (22), the first and second body parts (21, 22) being mechanically fixed with respect to one another using a positive fit, characterised in that the first body part (21) comprises a base element (21') and a complementary element (23), the complementary element (23) bringing about the positive fit with the second part (22), and the complementary element (23) as well as the base element (21') being linked using a glued or welded connection, and in that, on the one hand, the complementary element (23) of the first part (21) and, on the other hand, the second part (22) abut against one another along a contact face (25), the contact face (25) forming a right angle with respect to the assembly direction (20) between the first part (21) and the second part (22).
  2. Module according to claim 1, characterised in that the complementary element (23) is provided in a peripheral annular shape along the contact face (25).

  4. Vehicle key (1) comprising a mechanical module according to any of the preceding claims.
  5. Manufacturing process for a mechanical module, in particular for a key (1), according to any of claims 1 to 3, the manufacturing process comprising the following steps:
    - in a first step, the base element (21') is shaped by moulding,
    - in a second step, the complementary element (23) is shaped and linked to the base element (21') using a glued or welded connection,
    - in a third step, the first part (21) and the second part (22) are joined so as to be unreleasable.
  6. Manufacturing process according to claim 5, characterised in that the complementary element (23) is linked to the base element (21') by ultrasonic welding.
