Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollenwickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, auf mindestens einen Wickelkern, vorzugsweise eine Wickelhülse, zu einer Wickelrolle, an der beim Wickeln mindestens eine in einem Walzenlager gelagerte Walze anliegt, und mindestens ein bewegbares Walzenlager über ein Dämpfungsmittel, mit einer Abstützung verbunden ist, das einen Zylinder und einen darin bewegbar angeordneten Kolben umfasst.
Man möchte den Wickelaufbau verbessern und insbesondere die Verhältnisse im Aufwickelbereich stabilisieren.
Dazu ist es vorgesehen, dass zwischen Zylinder und Kolben eine reibungsfreie Dichtung vorgesehen ist.
Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein besonders vorteilhaftes Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn.
