  • L'invention concerne le domaine de la carterie.
  • Plus particulièrement, elle concerne les cartes de voeux que l'on offre par exemple à l'occasion d'un événement spécial (anniversaires, fêtes, naissances, etc.) ou encore pour déclarer des sentiments, transmettre un message de remerciements, etc.
    • ETAT DE L'ART
  • On connait classiquement les cartes ou chèques cadeaux, qui permettent aux personnes à qui on les offre ou qui en bénéficient d'avoir accès à des produits ou services de certaines grandes enseignes commerciales, dans la limite d'une valeur monétaire donnée dont ces cartes ou chèques cadeaux sont la contrepartie.
  • De telles cartes ou chèques cadeaux peuvent être personnalisés en fonction du type de cadeau vers lequel on souhaite orienter leur destinataire.
  • Les pochettes ou coffrets, dans lesquels ces cartes ou chèques sont le cas échéant offerts, sont quant à eux généralement personnalisés en fonction de l'événement que l'on souhaite marquer.
  • Il a par ailleurs déjà été proposé, notamment dans le brevet US 7.025.807 , d'associer à une carte de voeux classique à deux volets, une carte cadeau, qui est un support au format carte de crédit, rapportée de façon amovible sur un volet de la carte de voeux, à l'intérieur de celle-ci, et que le destinataire de la carte de voeux découvre lorsqu'il ouvre ladite carte.
  • Le support que constitue cette carte cadeau porte un code identifiant (code PIN) qui permet au destinataire de la carte d'avoir ensuite accès, par exemple à distance, aux produits et services que l'acquéreur de la carte lui destinait.
  • La présentation de la carte cadeau dans la carte de voeux, qui est proposée dans ce brevet US 7.025.807 n'est toutefois pas pleinement satisfaisante, notamment en termes de sécurité. Les cartes cadeaux et surtout les codes identifiants inscrits sur ces cartes cadeaux y sont en effet d'un accès relativement facile. Il suffit par exemple à une personne mal intentionnée d'ouvrir discrètement la carte de voeux avant qu'elle ne soit vendue, pour pouvoir lire le code inscrit sur la carte cadeau associée et ainsi avoir accès, le cas échéant une fois la carte cadeau activée, aux produits et services à la place du destinataire de la carte.
    • PRESENTATION DE L'INVENTION
  • Un but de l'invention est de proposer une solution de carte de voeux qui permette à celui à qui on l'offre d'avoir accès à des produits ou services qu'on lui destine en cadeau, mais qui présente moins de risque de fraude que dans le cas des associations cartes de voeux/cartes cadeaux de l'art antérieur et notamment que dans le cas de celle proposée dans US 7.025.807 .

  • Plus particulièrement, il est proposé une carte de voeux comprenant un volet avant et un volet arrière, ainsi que des moyens pour rapporter de façon amovible à l'intérieur de ladite carte de voeux un support qui permet l'accès à un cadeau, ce support étant du type présentant sur au moins l'une de ses faces un code cadeau lisible destiné à permettre au destinataire de la carte de voeux un accès à au moins un produit et/ou service.   • La carte de voeux 1 représentée sur les figures 1 à 3 est une carte cartonnée qui présente deux volets 2 et 3 (l'un avant, l'autre arrière) articulés autour d'une pliure 4.
  • Une enveloppe 5 de plus petit format que la carte de voeux 1 est fixée à l'intérieur de cette carte de voeux 1, en l'occurrence sur la face intérieure du volet avant 2.
  • Cette enveloppe 5 est destinée à recevoir un support 7 (par exemple une carte cadeau, imprimée ou magnétique, un ticket imprimé, etc....) qui comporte un code cadeau.
  • L'enveloppe 5 peut être fixée de manière amovible sur la carte de voeux 1, par exemple au moyen d'un point de colle ou de tout autre moyen adapté (notamment des fentes ménagées dans le volet 2 ou 3 qui reçoit l'enveloppe ou des coins photo). Elle comprend notamment un rabat 6 dans le prolongement d'une de ses faces, et venant se rabattre sur l'autre de ses faces de manière à fermer son embouchure. Dans le cas où l'enveloppe 5 est amovible et où la carte de voeux 1 est présentée à la vente avec le support 7 déjà en place à l'intérieur de ladite enveloppe 5, ladite enveloppe 5 peut être fixée à l'intérieur de la carte de voeux par la face opposée à celle qui se prolonge par le rabat, de sorte que l'embouchure de ladite enveloppe 5 soit adjacente à la partie intérieure du volet avant 2 et qu'elle ne soit pas facilement accessible, sauf à détacher celle-ci de la carte de voeux 1.
  • Dans le cas par contre où le support 7 n'est fourni à l'acquéreur qu'après passage en caisse, l'enveloppe 5 est fixée à l'intérieur de la carte de voeux par la face qui se prolonge par le rabat 6, de sorte que l'embouchure de l'enveloppe soit directement accessible à l'acquéreur et lui permette d'y glisser le support 7 qui lui est fourni, sans détacher ladite enveloppe 5.
  • Dans l'exemple représenté sur la figure 1, l'enveloppe 5 est fixée sur la face intérieure du volet avant 2 dans une zone 2a prévue à cet effet en partie inférieure dudit volet 2. Cette zone 2a s'étend par exemple sur environ un tiers de la hauteur du volet 2.
  • Cette face intérieure du volet avant 2 présente en outre, au dessus de la zone 2a, une zone 2b qui occupe également en l'occurrence environ un tiers de la hauteur du volet 2 et sur laquelle sont imprimées des indications (mode d'emploi) détaillant pour le destinataire de la carte de voeux 1 la façon dont il peut utiliser le support 7 et le code qu'il porte pour avoir accès aux produits et services correspondants.
  • Une zone 2c au dessus de cette zone 2b est quant à elle réservée pour une fenêtre 8 qui est découpée en partie haute du volet 2. Cette fenêtre 8 est en l'occurrence rectangulaire, mais toute autre forme pourrait bien entendu être envisagée.
  • La face intérieure du volet arrière 3 comporte quant à elle au droit de cette fenêtre 8 une zone 3c imprimée avec par exemple des motifs/représentations 9 relatifs au cadeau auquel la carte de voeux 1 et le support 7 permettent d'avoir accès. Ces motifs/représentations sont visibles à travers la fenêtre 8 lorsque la carte de voeux 1 est présentée fermée, les deux volets 2 et 3 rabattus l'un sur l'autre, ce qui est notamment normalement le cas lorsqu'elle est en place sur un présentoir de vente.
  • Par exemple, dans le cas d'une carte de voeux 1 permettant d'offrir un jeu vidéo pour mobile, les motifs 9 pourront consister en trois vignettes ; la vignette de gauche et celle de droite représentent des séquences du jeu vidéo, tandis que la vignette centrale représente un téléphone mobile avec un écran se rapportant au jeu vidéo ; dans le cas d'une carte de voeux 1 permettant d'offrir un album de musique, les motifs 9 pourront consister en une représentation de l'album en question.
  • En dessous de cette zone 3c, cette face intérieure du volet 3 présente une zone 3b, qui est elle-aussi réservée pour un message personnalisé. Bien entendu, la taille et la forme de la zone 3b réservée à l'écriture d'un message peuvent varier. Plusieurs emplacements différents peuvent également être prévus sur la carte pour permettre l'écriture d'un message ; par exemple, dans une variante, la zone 2b peut également être réservée à l'écriture d'un message, tandis que les indications détaillant pour le destinataire de la carte de voeux 1 la façon dont il peut utiliser le code porté par le support 7 sont imprimées en bas de la face intérieure du volet 3.
  • Bien entendu, la face avant du volet 2 (page de couverture de la carte de voeux 1) et la face arrière du volet 3 peuvent également être imprimées. Par exemple, la face avant du volet 2 est imprimée avec une composition graphique 2d (motifs fantaisistes, illustrations, photos, etc.) en rapport avec le thème du cadeau. La carte de voeux 1 peut ainsi être personnalisée non seulement par rapport à l'événement que l'on souhaite marquer, mais aussi par rapport à la thématique du cadeau que l'on souhaite faire au destinataire de la carte de voeux 1.
  • Egalement, il peut être prévu sur la partie basse du volet 3, sur la face intérieure de celui-ci, une reproduction (en noir & blanc, par exemple) du visuel de la face avant du volet 2 (cas d'un titre musical, par exemple). Cette zone en partie basse du volet 3 peut bien entendu également rester totalement vierge. La face arrière du volet 3 peut quant à elle être imprimée avec des indications 10 relatives à l'éditeur et comprendre un code barre 11 (du type Gencode par exemple).
  • Dans l'exemple illustré sur la figure 1 et sur la figure 4, l'enveloppe 5 est en l'occurrence une enveloppe classique à rabat 6 triangulaire, d'autres types d'enveloppes pouvant bien entendu également être utilisées. Ces enveloppes 5 sont opaques et peuvent par exemple être en papier coloré ou présenter des découpes, notamment au niveau de leur rabat, donnant à l'enveloppe un caractère fantaisiste. L'utilisation d'une enveloppe 5 contribue en tout état de cause à renvoyer le destinataire de la carte de voeux 1 à une notion de cadeau qu'il lui faut découvrir.
  • Ainsi que l'illustrent les figures 5 et 6, le support 7 peut être une carte cadeau, par exemple une carte rigide plastifiée, format « carte de crédit ». Les formats de la carte de voeux 1 et de la carte cadeau 7 peuvent bien évidemment varier ; il est possible par exemple de réaliser une carte de voeux 1 de format plus grand, dans laquelle est inséré un support 7 également d'un format plus grand ou plus petit.
  • Par ailleurs, d'autres types de support que des supports de type carte cadeau peuvent également être utilisés.
  • Notamment, le support 7 peut être un ticket délivré lors du passage en caisse, le code cadeau étant imprimé sur le support 7 lors de l'achat de la carte de voeux 1 et de la lecture du code barre 11 de la carte de voeux 1. Le support 7 est alors glissé ultérieurement dans l'enveloppe 5 par l'acheteur.
  • Sur les figures 5 et 6, la carte cadeau qui constitue le support 7 présente sur une de ses faces (figure 5) une zone 12 sur laquelle est imprimé un code cadeau destiné à permettre au destinataire de la carte de voeux 1 d'accéder à un produit ou service correspondant au cadeau qui lui est destiné. Ce code est de préférence imprimé sur une zone tramée noire afin d'éviter que le code soit lisible par transparence. Il peut prendre plusieurs formes, mais est de préférence sous la forme d'une suite de chiffres et/ou de lettres. D'autres modes de réalisation sont possibles, notamment un code barre. Le code peut ensuite être recouvert d'une couche de vernis standard tel qu'un vernis standard UV sérigraphique, sur lequel est superposée une couche d'une encre à gratter ou une pellicule pelable pour une sécurité supplémentaire.
  • En variante, le support 7 est une carte magnétique présentant un code cadeau recouvert d'une pellicule à gratter ou d'une pellicule pelable. Cette carte magnétique peut alors être glissée dans un contenant (non représenté) fixé, par exemple par collage, sur un emballage 15 (décrit plus en détails ci-après). Chaque carte magnétique est ici associée à un code cadeau, lui-même associé à un produit. Au moment du passage en caisse, la carte cadeau magnétique est extraite du contenant et lue par un lecteur approprié afin d'activer le code cadeau, puis replacée dans le contenant. L'information d'activation de la carte cadeau 7 est ensuite envoyée par un système informatique du magasin au système informatique gérant le produit.
  • Ce contenant peut par exemple être un étui, une pochette ou une enveloppe du même type que l'enveloppe 5 fixée sur l'une des faces intérieures de la carte de voeux 1.
  • Lors de l'envoi de la carte de voeux 1 à son destinataire, l'expéditeur, qui est par exemple l'acheteur de la carte de voeux 1, peut insérer le support 7 dans l'enveloppe 5. L'enveloppe 5 est alors fixée de préférence sur la face qui se prolonge par le rabat 6, afin que son embouchure soit accessible directement à l'acquéreur pour l'insertion du support 7.
  • Le type de cadeau qui peut être obtenu grâce au code peut être de toute sorte, mais est avantageusement un contenu téléchargeable, par exemple un contenu du type sonnerie, fond d'écran, jeu ou animation pour téléphones portables ou encore vidéo, clip ou musique téléchargeable sur un téléphone portable ou tout autre support.
  • Dans le cas de ces exemples, les motifs/représentations 9 destinés à être visibles à travers la fenêtre 8 peuvent comporter une succession de motifs qui évoquent d'une part pour les uns le type de contenu (sonnerie, etc.), et d'autre part, à la suite, pour les autres, le titre et/ou le ou les interprètes principaux auxquels correspond ce contenu.
  • Le mode d'emploi indiqué dans la zone 2b de la face intérieure du volet 3 peut alors être le suivant :
    • 1) Ouvrez l'enveloppe ci-dessous et découvrez votre code d'accès,
    • 2) Rendez-vous sur www.nomdusite.com (par exemple www.starbox.com) et entrez votre code dans l'espace dédié,
    • 3) Découvrez votre cadeau et téléchargez-le sans frais.
  • Bien entendu, ces instructions sont différentes dans le cas d'un contenu non téléchargeable. Par exemple, dans le cas d'un cadeau physique (CD, livre, etc.) ou encore d'un accès à des prestations de services particulières (hôtellerie, soins de beauté, etc.), l'étape 3) des instructions peut demander au destinataire de renseigner par exemple ses coordonnées sur le site internet.
  • Le support 7, qui est par exemple une carte cadeau, peut par ailleurs comporter également un numéro de série imprimé sur la même face (zone 13) ainsi que le code barre correspondant, ce numéro de série et ce code barre permettant son identification par le fabricant et ainsi sa traçabilité.
  • Une telle identification se fait au moyen d'un tableau de correspondance, qui permet de relier le numéro de série/code barre avec le support 7, le cadeau qui y est associé, et la distribution géographique du support 7, et permettant en outre d'améliorer la traçabilité du produit, puisqu'elle permet de connaître précisément le nombre de ventes correspondant à chacun des produits, et ce pour chaque magasin distribuant les cartes 1 selon l'invention. Ces informations permettent donc d'améliorer la réactivité dans la gestion des réapprovisionnements.
  • Une telle traçabilité présente des avantages en termes d'étude de marché, afin de déterminer quels sont les cadeaux les plus sollicités selon la zone géographique, mais également pour permettre par exemple de désactiver les codes correspondant à des cartes volées ou à des invendus qui seraient détruits ou recyclés.
  • Dans le cas où le support 7 est une carte cadeau, celle-ci peut également porter ou intégrer un dispositif antivol tel qu'un émetteur de type étiquette adhésive antivol 14 (EAS radio fréquence 8.2 MHz). Ce type de dispositif antivol est par exemple fixé sur la face de la carte cadeau ne comportant pas le code.
  • L'ensemble que constituent la carte de voeux 1, l'enveloppe 5 et le cas échéant le support 7, peut être conditionné dans un emballage en cellophane 15 (figure 7), par exemple avec de la matière OPP COEX d'épaisseur 50 µm.
  • Ce conditionnement en cellophane 15 recouvre par une de ses faces les faces internes des volets 2 et 3, et par une autre de ces faces les faces avant et arrière de ces deux volets 2 et 3.
  • Il comprend, sur le côté d'un des volets, par exemple du volet avant 2, une ouverture, qui est fermée au moyen d'une bande de colle 16, par exemple une bande de colle de 8mm de largeur avec un adhésif de très forte adhérence sur toute la longueur de l'ouverture, sur laquelle vient se rabattre un rabat 17 de l'emballage afin de fermer l'ouverture. La forte adhérence de l'adhésif permet de renforcer la sécurité, en rendant difficile une ouverture discrète de l'emballage en cellophane.
  • Une étiquette autocollante 18 - qui porte, à destination de l'acheteur, des informations synthétiques techniques sur le contenu de l'ensemble qui lui est proposé - peut être collée sur le conditionnement en cellophane 15, par exemple dans un coin de la carte de voeux 1, en haut à gauche du volet avant 2, au voisinage immédiat de la pliure 4.
  • Cette étiquette 18 ainsi collée sur l'emballage en cellophane 15 et non pas directement sur la carte de voeux 1 permet de conserver la carte de voeux 1 intacte, tandis que les informations contenues sur l'étiquette 18 seront ôtées en même temps que l'emballage 15.
  • Une enveloppe pour l'expédition de la carte de voeux 1 peut également être insérée avec la carte de voeux 1 dans le conditionnement en cellophane 15 ; par exemple contre la face arrière du volet 3, afin de ne pas masquer le contenu de la carte de voeux 1.
  • Par ailleurs, dans l'emballage cellophane 15, un feuillet expliquant notamment ce qu'est la carte de voeux 1 et reprenant les contraintes techniques liées au téléchargement du produit offert, telles que la nécessité d'avoir une connexion 3G ou WAP pour les jeux pour mobile, ainsi que les possibilités d'échange du produit offert, est inséré contre la face arrière de l'enveloppe d'expédition de la carte de voeux 1, visible par l'acheteur.
  • Lorsqu'elle est en rayonnage, la carte de voeux 1 est présentée fermée, de sorte qu'un acheteur potentiel puisse voir la page de couverture de ladite carte de voeux 1 et la composition graphique 2d qui est imprimée sur celle-ci et qui est en rapport avec le thème du cadeau. S'il décide de s'arrêter un peu sur cette carte de voeux 1, il comprend alors facilement, grâce à l'étiquette de coin 18, le contenu technique de l'ensemble qui lui est proposé (carte de voeux, support de code cadeau et type de contenu téléchargeable par exemple). Il accède enfin à des précisions plus détaillées en s'arrêtant sur les motifs/représentations 9 visibles à travers la fenêtre 8 et qui évoquent par exemple, dans le cas d'un contenu téléchargeable, le type de contenu, ainsi que le titre et/ou le ou les interprètes principaux auxquels correspond ce contenu.
  • S'il souhaite aller plus loin, il peut manipuler la carte de voeux 1 sous son emballage de cellophane 15 et vérifier notamment la façon dont les faces intérieures des volets 2 et 3 se présentent et sont organisées.
  • Cette manipulation pourrait aussi être faite par des personnes mal intentionnées qui voudraient avoir accès au code cadeau.
  • Lorsque la carte de voeux 1 est présentée à la vente avec le support 7 en place dans l'enveloppe 5, le fait que ledit support 7 soit disposé dans l'enveloppe 5 empêche un accès facile à celui-ci et donc au code cadeau. Outre le fait qu'elle devrait ouvrir l'emballage en cellophane 15, cette personne mal intentionnée devrait sortir le support 7 de ladite enveloppe 5, ce qui n'est pas une opération facile à réaliser discrètement.
  • Par ailleurs, dans le cas où l'enveloppe 5 est fixée à l'intérieur de la carte de voeux 1 par sa face opposée à celle qui se prolonge par le rabat 6 destiné à fermer l'embouchure de ladite enveloppe 5, elle doit également détacher ladite enveloppe 5 de la carte de voeux 1 pour pouvoir avoir accès au support 7.
  • En outre, lorsque le code est protégé par une protection à gratter, cette personne doit gratter la zone correspondante et détériorer le support 7.
  • Enfin, si le support 7 est une carte cadeau protégée par un antivol et notamment par une étiquette antivol 18, cette personne mal intentionnée fera sonner les portiques en sortie du magasin. On notera de ce point de vue que l'utilisation d'une enveloppe 5 dans laquelle est reçue la carte cadeau permet de libérer la face d'une carte cadeau qui est opposée à celle qui porte le code d'identification et qui dans l'art antérieur est généralement utilisée pour coller la carte cadeau à l'intérieur de la carte de voeux 1. Cette face peut ainsi être utilisée pour y coller une étiquette antivol.
  • Lorsque, après avoir examiné l'ensemble de la carte de voeux 1 qui lui est ainsi proposé, une personne souhaite l'acheter pour l'envoyer à une personne auprès de laquelle elle souhaite marquer un événement, cette personne passe en caisse où le support 7 est le cas échéant activé, par exemple à partir de la lecture d'un code barre sur une étiquette collée sur l'emballage 15 en cellophane ou encore du code barre 11 au dos du volet 3.
  • Dans le cas où le support 7 n'est pas déjà en place dans l'enveloppe 5, ce support 7 (format ticket) est imprimé lors du passage en caisse, lors de l'achat de la carte de voeux 1, lorsque le code-barre 11 (par exemple un Gencode) de la carte de voeux 1 est scanné.
  • En variante, le support 7 est une carte cadeau magnétique qui est lue par un lecteur approprié, puis insérée dans l'enveloppe 5.
  • Bien entendu, l'invention couvre également la forme de réalisation selon laquelle la lecture de la carte magnétique entraîne l'impression d'un ticket, qui sera ensuite placé dans l'enveloppe 5.
  • Pour envoyer la carte de voeux 1 et le support 7, l'acheteur n'a plus qu'à
    • enlever l'emballage en cellophane 15,
    • ajouter le cas échéant un message personnel en utilisant le (ou les) espace(s) prévu(s) à cet effet (espace 3b en l'occurrence),
    • le cas échéant glisser le support 7 dans l'enveloppe 5 fixée à la face interne du volet 2,
    • puis introduire l'ensemble dans l'enveloppe d'envoi qui lui est vendue avec la carte de voeux 1.
  • Lorsque le destinataire reçoit la carte de voeux 1, celle-ci est fermée et il ne voit pas initialement l'enveloppe 5, laquelle n'est pas apparente du fait des formats respectifs de la carte de voeux 1 et de l'enveloppe 5 fermée. Lorsqu'il ouvre la carte de voeux 1, il découvre l'enveloppe 5 qui symbolise son cadeau. Il peut ensuite accéder à celui-ci en suivant les instructions qui lui sont données dans la zone 2b.
  • Bien entendu, il peut être prévu que, si le cadeau ne lui convient pas, le code cadeau sur le support 7 lui permette d'accéder à d'autres types de cadeaux qu'il pourra choisir parmi toute gamme de produits ou services, dans la limite de la contrepartie monétaire à laquelle correspond la carte, les cadeaux étant a priori toujours échangeables.

Claims (15)

  1. Carte de voeux (1) comprenant un volet avant (2) et un volet arrière (3), ainsi que des moyens (5) pour rapporter de façon amovible à l'intérieur de ladite carte de voeux (1) un support (7) qui permet l'accès à un cadeau, ce support (7) étant du type présentant sur au moins l'une de ses faces un code cadeau lisible destiné à permettre au destinataire de la carte de voeux (1) un accès à au moins un produit et/ou service, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens (5) comprennent une enveloppe qui est fixée sur l'une des faces intérieures de la carte de voeux (1) et qui reçoit ou est destinée à recevoir le support (7) qui porte le code cadeau.
  2. Carte de voeux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite enveloppe est détachable de la carte de voeux.
  3. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une face intérieure du volet avant (2) présente une zone imprimée (2b) portant des indications sur la façon dont le destinataire de la carte (1) peut utiliser le code cadeau associé.
  4. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le volet avant (2) de la carte de voeux (1) comporte une fenêtre (8) au droit d'une zone imprimée (3c) correspondante sur une face intérieure du volet arrière (3) de ladite carte de voeux (1), cette zone imprimée (3c) portant des motifs ou représentations relatifs au cadeau auquel la carte de voeux (1) et le code cadeau associé permettent d'avoir accès, ces motifs ou représentations étant visibles à travers la fenêtre (8) du volet avant (2) lorsque la carte de voeux (1) est présentée fermée.
  5. Carte de voeux (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (5) est fixée sur une face intérieure du volet avant (2) dans une zone (2a) prévue à cet effet en partie inférieure dudit volet (2), la fenêtre (8) étant quant à elle en partie supérieure dudit volet (2).
  6. Carte de voeux (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que cette zone (2b) portant des indications sur la façon dont le destinataire de la carte de voeux (1) peut utiliser le code cadeau est imprimée sur la face intérieure du volet avant (2), entre la fenêtre (8) dudit volet (2) et la zone (2a) où est fixée l'enveloppe (5), une zone (3b) sur la face intérieure de l'autre volet (3) étant réservée pour permettre à celui qui achète la carte (1), d'écrire un message personnalisé pour la personne à laquelle il destine la carte de voeux (1).
  7. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite enveloppe (5) comprend un rabat (6) destiné à fermer l'embouchure de ladite enveloppe (5), et en ce que ladite enveloppe (5) est fixée à l'intérieur de la carte de voeux (1) par une face opposée à celle qui se prolonge par le rabat (6).
  8. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est présentée à la vente avec le support (7) qui porte le code cadeau en place dans ladite enveloppe (5), ledit support (7) étant une carte cadeau.
  9. Carte de voeux (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la carte cadeau (7) porte, sur sa face opposée à celle qui présente le code cadeau lisible, une étiquette antivol (14), et présente un numéro de série permettant sa traçabilité.
  10. Carte de voeux (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le code cadeau n'est fourni à un acheteur que lors de son passage en caisse ou est utilisable après activation de la carte magnétique après passage en caisse.
  11. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite enveloppe (5) est fixée au moyen d'un point de colle.
  12. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la page de couverture de la carte de voeux (1) est imprimée avec une composition graphique en rapport avec le thème du cadeau.
  13. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est conditionnée dans un emballage en cellophane (15), dont une des faces recouvre les faces intérieures des volets (2, 3) de la carte de voeux (1) et dont l'autre face recouvre les faces avant et arrière de ces volets (2, 3).
  14. Carte de voeux (1) selon les revendications 10 et 13 prises en combinaison, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un contenant fixé à l'extérieur dudit emballage en cellophane (15) de la carte de voeux (1), de manière accessible, ledit contenant étant adapté pour contenir ledit support (7) préalablement et suite à son activation.
  15. Carte de voeux (1) selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce qu'une étiquette autocollante qui porte, à destination de l'acheteur, des informations synthétiques techniques sur le contenu de l'ensemble qui lui est proposé, est collée sur l'emballage en cellophane (15), dans un coin de la carte de voeux (1), en haut à gauche du volet avant, au voisinage immédiat de la pliure (4) entre les deux volets (2, 3) de la carte de voeux (1).
