Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for surface functionalization of an adhesive closure part, which forms a repeatedly openable and closable adhesive closure with a correspondingly formed adhesive closure part, wherein at least one of the adhesive closure parts at least partially disposed on a support member, projecting stem parts, each on its side facing away from the carrier part Have head and form a closure element with this.
- a comparable adhesive closure part is known, in particular for foaming upholstery parts of vehicle seats in their manufacture, with adhesive elements on one side for connection to corresponding adhesive elements of another adhesive closure part to form an adhesive closure and with a connecting means in the form of an adhesive medium as a functional medium on the other side the adhesive closure member for bonding to the respective foam material, wherein the adhesive medium is incorporated in the adhesive closure material itself, and wherein the adhesive medium is fluorine.
- the fluorine is applied in gaseous form in a nitrogen atmosphere on the entire top of the fastener part with its components stem, head and support part after their complete production. In this way, a better connection of the adhesive closure part to the corresponding foam material can be achieved than by means of the adhesives otherwise commonly used in this field.
- a method for producing a fixing object preferably in the form of an adhesive closure part, comprising forming a support structure as a support part which is provided with handle-like fixing elements, which are connected together at least in pairs via an intermediate element to form a cramped, in particular U-shaped fixing part, wherein the handle-like fixing elements pass through the support structure and protrude beyond it and the intermediate element extending between these fixing elements is arranged on the support structure.
- the invention has for its object to provide a method together with a fastener part available, which does not have the disadvantages described, in particular low closing forces when closing the fastener allows yet high holding forces for the extent closed adhesive fastener.
- This object is achieved by a method having the features of patent claim 1 and an adhesive closure part having the features of patent claim 10.
- the marginal areas of the respective head parts which engage between the spacings forming spacings of adjacent stem parts of the other closure part, come into contact with the functional medium of the respectively adjacent stem part, which increases the extent to the extent to the disassembly of the To complicate corresponding closure elements, which leads to an increase in the holding forces in the desired frame until the opening operation of the closure.
- the aforementioned closing forces can be halved, whereas the holding forces can be increased by twice and more. In this way, it can be ensured that with the respective adhesive closure cooperating components, such as roof or wall panels, can not unintentionally detach from the basic structure, even if they are exposed to vibration or strong vibration. It is also much easier for the assembly staff to close the closure with its two corresponding adhesive closure parts, so that it is possible to efficiently fix built-in components to basic structures.
- halogens in the gas phase in the manner of a coating to at least part of the stem parts of an adhesive closure part as the functional medium.
- all the stem parts of each adhesive closure part, which form the adhesive closure in pairs belonging to one another, are provided with the functional medium in this way.
- the halogen used is preferably fluorine or one of its compounds, such as chlorofluoride (CIF) or chlorotrifluoride (CIF 3 ).
- both cast closures can be provided with the functional medium, as well as woven or knitted closures.
- the stem parts are first created together with the carrier part and then the fluorine functional medium is applied in the gas phase via a suitable device. Subsequently, the heated stem ends are brought into head shape, so that in any case the top of the closure heads is free of functional media, whereas the stem parts have the functional medium on the outer peripheral side.
- polypropylene is used as the thermoplastic material, the result is particularly favorable Abgleiteigenschaften for the extent not treated head top of the closure head.
- the woven-in or knitted protruding loops must be fluorinated accordingly, and after the respective loop has been severed, the free loop ends which form the end-pieces can be flamed or provided with a different heat input form the head part, in which the thermoplastic material converts due to its surface tension in a kind dome-shaped or hemispherical head part, which can also be supported by means of an additional head molding device.
- adhesive closure parts can be formed in this respect, which in addition to hook loops on the one upper side of the carrier part also have the closure heads together with associated handle parts as closure elements.
- the cut loops can be partially reshaped to hook-shaped closure elements, so that in addition to mushroom-shaped closure elements and hook-shaped closure members can protrude on top of a fastener part.
- the carrier part of the respective adhesive closure part is also surface-functionalized in the sense outlined, this allows an improved adhesion of a finishing agent due to the reactive functional groups of the fluorine medium. wherein depending on the selected finishing agent, the closure flame-resistant and heat-resistant can be interpreted and at the same time the adhesion of the woven fastener to the support member is improved in woven closures on the finish, so far as an accidental pulling out of the closure element during operation of the closure is avoided with certainty.
- the designated as a whole with 10, in the Fig.1 partially shown adhesive closure has an adhesive closure member 12 which forms the repeatedly openable and closable adhesive closure 10 with a correspondingly formed adhesive closure part 14.
- an adhesive closure member 12 which forms the repeatedly openable and closable adhesive closure 10 with a correspondingly formed adhesive closure part 14.
- constructed fasteners are known in their function in the professional and Endab restructuring Vietnameseen also under the brand name Kletten®-adhesive closure pertinent.
- Kletten®-adhesive closure pertinent.
- the in the Fig.1 propagated closure solution is also under the brand Microduotec ® on the market.
- each fastener part 12,14 on a support member 16 which extends band-like or planar like a three-dimensional object in and out of the drawing and at least on one side of the respective support member 16 are arranged stem parts 18, the their free end face and therefore facing away from the respective support member 16 are provided with a head part 20 in one piece.
- Each handle part 18 forms so far with its head part 20 from a cast closure element 22, which projects in the present case on the upper side of the support member 16 in rows in the transverse and longitudinal directions.
- the head parts 20 on the outer peripheral side have a correspondingly sharply formed Um chargedsrand 26, which may, however, be in some way as an obstacle, provided in view of the Fig.1 seen on the right half of the picture closing the closures are to bring into engagement with each other, which is inhibited by the so far sharp-edged head part course.
- the oppositely oriented closing and holding forces are in the Fig.1 reproduced with SK and HK as force arrows.
- the closure elements 22 are regularly formed from a thermoplastic material, which so far elastically yielding allows the interengaging of the head parts 20 of adjacent fastener parts and also supports the release process to open the closure.
- the closing forces SK can reduce the engagement of the corresponding closure elements 22 to form the closed adhesive closure 10 and increase the holding forces HK until the removal of the corresponding closure elements 22 to form the open adhesive closure 10 significantly.
- the head parts 20, which are not touched by the functional medium have a favorable sliding behavior on their upper side, so that they can slip past each other substantially without resistance into the intermediate spaces 24 formed by the handle parts 18 of the other closure part 12, so that in this respect the closing forces SK are reduced.
- the functional media freed head parts 20 have the plastic behavior of the favorable sliding properties, whereas the stem parts, where the functional medium remains, lead to an increase in friction and thus to an improved lasting abutment before a limit of the holding forces HK is exceeded, which inevitably Loosening of the closed adhesive closure 10 leads, which is also desirable for the realization of a repeatedly openable and closable Velcro ® -Zeilver gleiches.
- the closing forces can be significantly reduced, which helps the assembly work easier for a fitter and in return, the holding forces HK are significantly increased, ie once closed adhesive fastener 10 carries high loads or weights, which plays a role, for example in the automotive industry in the vehicle interior of the headliner is fixed to the other vehicle body basic construction against gravity. It has been found that even under ambient conditions with high temperatures and when driving in accordance with vibrations and vibrations occurring in any case remains fixed by means of modified adhesive fasteners 10 headliner in its mounting position.
- the in Fig.1 Shutter 10 shown can be obtained as a strip or flat goods by means of a G manform suitssvons, which is called technical language with chill-roll process.
- a pertinent shaping method is exemplary in the DE 10 2006 028 581 A1 the sole figure of this application shows parts of a manufacturing apparatus with an extruder head as a feeder for in plastic or liquid state, in particular thermoplastic material such as polypropylene (PP), which corresponds to a band whose width of that of the adhesive closure member 12 or 14 to be produced , is supplied to a gap between a pressure tool and a mold, which are formed as rollers formed in the manner of a roller stalls cooperate with each other.
- the forming roller has on the circumference a shaping screen with individual mold cavities which generate the individual closure elements 22, ie in each case handle part 18 with head part 20, on a carrier part 16.
- the support member 16 is obtained with the integrally cast handle parts 18, without forming the respective head part 20.
- the support member 16 in a conventional fluorination, as exemplified in the single FIG EP 1 082 032 B1 is shown, wherein preferably an entry of the functional medium in the form of fluorine gas to 3 to 10% at room temperature and a reduced pressure of about 650 millibar is carried out in a closed application chamber.
- the fluorination can be operated continuously so far, preferably in a selected temperature range of 40 ° C to 50 ° C under a nitrogen atmosphere and correspondingly pending negative pressure in said treatment chamber.
- the stem end is reshaped into the head part 20 in a subsequent known calender rolling process, which results in head geometries according to FIG Fig.1 with correspondingly flat end face, which can be reshaped by means of a separate head molding tool, for example, to polygonal in cross-section head shapes.
- Fig.2 In the direction of the Fig.2 is seen at the top represented the above-described starting material. If you do not need a closure part with loops, but with mushroom or hook-shaped character, along the parting line 30, the closure loop via a suitable cutting device (not shown), which is common in the art, cut open.
- the closure loop 32 formed from the functional thread 28, but initially maintained, and the extent modified Adhesive closure part 12 is previously supplied to a fluorination, as already described above.
- the fluorine function groups denoted by F so far regularly surround the entire outer surface of the closure loop 32 and regularly also the support member 16, in the present case consisting of warp and weft threads, fluorinated.
- the closure loop 32 as already shown, then cut along the dividing line 30 and the free loop ends, which jump away from each other due to the intrinsic elasticity of the woven material something, flaring end, so that due to the surface tension of the plastic material used head parts 20 arise , which are hemispherical or dome-shaped according to the direction of the Fig.2 seen lowest representation.
- the fluorine is also melted as functional medium with the extent, which leads to the fact that under fluorine influence the fluorine in the headers either volatilized or finely dispersed in the interior of the head part 20 is distributed statistically. Ultimately, however, this ensures that the statistical fluorine distribution pattern at least on the top of each head 20 hardly the functional medium is in the form of fluorine or only in very low concentration, whereas the outer periphery of the stem parts 18 still to a large extent the fluorine functional groups having.
- the outer peripheral side of the respective head portion 20 of the lubricious plastic material preferably in the form of polypropylene, formed, whereas the outer periphery of the stem parts 18, the fluorine functional medium, which increases the extent of the friction on the stem parts 18 so as to disengage the Corresponding adhesive closure parts 12,14 in the sense of a Haftkrafterhöhung HK to accomplish.
- the sliding plastic surface allows for the headboards, as described, a lowering of the closing forces SK, which is particularly easy to install.
- the support member 16 is to consist of a base fabric of warp and weft threads, by cutting the loop material in principle also given the possibility that the so far woven into the support member 16 loop material is pulled out under the action of force on the head parts 20.
- reactive fluorine groups are also available in the carrier part 16, which facilitate the adhesion of a so-called finishing agent, which regularly makes it considerably more difficult to pull out the closure elements 22 and, moreover, the finishing agent (not shown). be modified by its properties even as modified, for example flame retardant that the adhesive closure part thus produced proves to be particularly resistant to heat.
- fluorine it is also possible to use other functional media which prove to be suitable and which can preferably be applied in gaseous form, with halogens in principle having proven to be particularly suitable.
- good values can be achieved when using chlorofluoride or chlorotrifluoride as the functional medium, which, however, may be slightly more expensive than the gaseous fluorine material used in the present case.
- closure production is in the WO 2007/036252 shown, in which 16 can also shoot in a metal base body as a support member U-shaped closure elements cramp-shaped.
- the fixing parts which have been modified for the insertion process can in turn be provided in advance with the functional medium and subsequently the formation of the head part takes place again via a thermal medium Shaping processes, such as scarfing or by means of a roll calendering process known in the art.

Description
The invention relates to a method for surface functionalization of an adhesive closure part, which forms a repeatedly openable and closable adhesive closure with a correspondingly formed adhesive closure part, wherein at least one of the adhesive closure parts at least partially disposed on a support member, projecting stem parts, each on its side facing away from the carrier part Have head and form a closure element with this.

Within the scope of current practice, it has been found in the case of such closures that, when an adhesive closure part with a correspondingly designed, in particular identically formed adhesive fastener part forms a repeatedly openable and closable closure mechanism, very high closing forces occur when the adjacent closure elements are engaged in order to close the closure. so that by hand very high assembly forces are applied, whereas to be realized in the opposite direction holding forces to prevent unintentional disassembly or loosening of the closure elements, the achievable adhesive force levels of height still leave something to be desired. In particular, when vibrations and other shocks occur, it is possible, at least for some of the closure systems available on the market, that it may unintentionally come to a release of the fastener parts, for example, with the result that even heavy wall panels (headliner) of associated vehicle Frame parts can solve unintentionally, which is associated with a certain hazard potential.
Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a method together with a fastener part available, which does not have the disadvantages described, in particular low closing forces when closing the fastener allows yet high holding forces for the extent closed adhesive fastener. This object is achieved by a method having the features of patent claim 1 and an adhesive closure part having the features of
Characterized in that according to the characterizing part of claim 1 at least a part of the handle parts of a fastener part provided with a functional medium and the attributable head parts thereof are largely or completely kept free, the closing forces for engaging the corresponding closure elements to form the closed adhesive closure are reduced and the holding forces to increased to bring apart the corresponding closure elements for opening the closed adhesive closure. The head parts, which are not touched by the functional medium, have a favorable sliding behavior insofar as they engage one another substantially without resistance when they are engaged can pass past the intermediate spaces formed by the stem parts of the other closure part, so that in this respect the closing forces are reduced. If the closure is closed, the marginal areas of the respective head parts, which engage between the spacings forming spacings of adjacent stem parts of the other closure part, come into contact with the functional medium of the respectively adjacent stem part, which increases the extent to the extent to the disassembly of the To complicate corresponding closure elements, which leads to an increase in the holding forces in the desired frame until the opening operation of the closure. Depending on the suitable functional medium and plastic material used for the closure elements, the aforementioned closing forces can be halved, whereas the holding forces can be increased by twice and more.
It has proven to be particularly preferable to apply halogens in the gas phase in the manner of a coating to at least part of the stem parts of an adhesive closure part as the functional medium. Preferably, however, all the stem parts of each adhesive closure part, which form the adhesive closure in pairs belonging to one another, are provided with the functional medium in this way. The halogen used is preferably fluorine or one of its compounds, such as chlorofluoride (CIF) or chlorotrifluoride (CIF 3 ).
With the method, both cast closures can be provided with the functional medium, as well as woven or knitted closures. In the cast closures, the stem parts are first created together with the carrier part and then the fluorine functional medium is applied in the gas phase via a suitable device. Subsequently, the heated stem ends are brought into head shape, so that in any case the top of the closure heads is free of functional media, whereas the stem parts have the functional medium on the outer peripheral side. If polypropylene is used as the thermoplastic material, the result is particularly favorable Abgleiteigenschaften for the extent not treated head top of the closure head.
If a weaving or a knitting method is used to obtain a single and / or multifilament fastener part, at least the woven-in or knitted protruding loops must be fluorinated accordingly, and after the respective loop has been severed, the free loop ends which form the end-pieces can be flamed or provided with a different heat input form the head part, in which the thermoplastic material converts due to its surface tension in a kind dome-shaped or hemispherical head part, which can also be supported by means of an additional head molding device. Unless all loops are modified in this way, adhesive closure parts can be formed in this respect, which in addition to hook loops on the one upper side of the carrier part also have the closure heads together with associated handle parts as closure elements. Also, the cut loops can be partially reshaped to hook-shaped closure elements, so that in addition to mushroom-shaped closure elements and hook-shaped closure members can protrude on top of a fastener part.
If the carrier part of the respective adhesive closure part is also surface-functionalized in the sense outlined, this allows an improved adhesion of a finishing agent due to the reactive functional groups of the fluorine medium. wherein depending on the selected finishing agent, the closure flame-resistant and heat-resistant can be interpreted and at the same time the adhesion of the woven fastener to the support member is improved in woven closures on the finish, so far as an accidental pulling out of the closure element during operation of the closure is avoided with certainty.

Characterized in that now at least in the sense of the method according to the invention, the
By targeted use of the functional medium, the closing forces can be significantly reduced, which helps the assembly work easier for a fitter and in return, the holding forces HK are significantly increased, ie once closed

Since more or less the respective half of the

Instead of fluorine, it is also possible to use other functional media which prove to be suitable and which can preferably be applied in gaseous form, with halogens in principle having proven to be particularly suitable. In particular, good values can be achieved when using chlorofluoride or chlorotrifluoride as the functional medium, which, however, may be slightly more expensive than the gaseous fluorine material used in the present case.

It is surprising for a person of ordinary skill in the field of adhesive fastener technology that he can optimize and adjust the functionality by selectively attaching functional groups, such as fluorine components, to geometrically or spatially distributed locations on the adhesive closure part in such a far drawn frame.
