WO 2007/009127A offenbart eine Blisterpackung gemäß den Öberbegriffender Ansprüche 1 und 6.Furthermore, the invention relates to a blister pack with a bottom foil and a cover foil for forming a plurality of separable by perforations foil container, each having a receiving chamber for a product, in particular a pharmaceutical drug formulation, the square-shaped foil containers are arranged in a matrix. WO 2007 / 009127A discloses a blister pack according to the preambles of claims 1 and 6.

Film containers are used, inter alia, to protect pharmaceutical active ingredient formulations from environmental influences from the outside, which under certain circumstances may influence the pharmaceutical quality of the active substance formulation, and generally consist of a cover foil and a bottom foil, wherein cavities for the filling material are formed in the bottom foil. The cover foil and the bottom foil can be made from one or multiple layers of different or the same materials. The cover sheet is sealed to the bottom sheet, for example by gluing, welding or sealing. The cover film and / or the bottom film are generally formed as metal and / or plastic and / or paper foil. These materials can be present in multiple layers. Typical metal foils include, for example, aluminum foils and aluminum composite foils made of aluminum and, for example, a plastic. As the material for the plastic films may polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cycloolefin copolymer (COC), polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCFE), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), polyester (UP), polyacrylate, polyamide (PA) or another plastic or a multilayer plastic composite film, for example consisting of a combination of polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE), which is known in particular under the trade name Aclar® protected for Honeywell International, Inc., with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC ) with polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC). Often there is a film container or blister of a cover foil made of aluminum, which closes the bottom foil for receiving the pharmaceutical product or active ingredient. This deep-drawn bottom sheet may also comprise an aluminum foil to prevent the entry of water into the cavity for receiving the pharmaceutical product. In order to create a further diffusion barrier or to increase the mechanical stability of the blister, optionally the aluminum foil of the bottom foil but also the cover foil can be covered on one or both sides with further plastic and / or paper foils.

In some countries, provisions for the child-resistant packaging of medical products are being considered or already in place, in particular to make medicines that have a toxic effect or, if used improperly, a relatively high risk to health, difficult to access for children.

It is an object of the invention to provide a film container of the type mentioned, in which the removal of a filling material is predetermined by the shape of the film container and has a high child safety.

According to the invention the object is achieved in that the center of the blister pack is formed by a detachable film section, after its removal, an opening area for opening the receiving chamber is present.

Because of these measures, it is necessary to first cut out the film section from the central region of the blister pack in order subsequently to be able to access the opening region of the individual film containers and to open the corresponding receiving chamber for the removal of the filling material. Due to the large number of handling steps, an additional child safety device for the blister pack is provided, because the type of opening of the receiving chamber is unusual and thus more difficult for a child. An adult, on the other hand, can easily grasp and accomplish the operations for opening the receiving chamber.

In the context of the invention, the term "perforation" is understood to mean both an actual punching through of a material or a plurality of material layers or layers of the blister package as well as a material thinning, crease line, fold line, embossing mark or the like. Such perforations may be machined in the manufacture of the blister package to permit tearing or severing of individual film containers.

In order to simplify the separation of the film section from the blister pack, the film section is expediently associated with a perforation running around it in a circular manner.

So that a user can also carry a part of the blister pack, the film containers can be separated segment by segment.

Umfang der Blisterverpackung her wirkungsvoll vermieden. Preferably, the perforation between the film containers does not extend to the outer periphery of the blister package. Thus, an unintentional tearing or separation of the film container along the perforations from the edge or periphery of the blister pack is effectively avoided. As a result, a user can separate the foil container only from the center in order to access the receiving chamber or to separate the foil container from the remaining blister pack.

In an embodiment, the film containers are arranged with the outer contour of a polygon, circle or oval to each other. The arrangement allows a plurality of film containers to be assembled into a blister pack, wherein each film container can only be opened from the center.

Alternatively, the object is achieved according to the invention in a blister pack with a bottom foil and a cover sheet to form a plurality separable by perforations foil container, each having a receiving chamber for a product, in particular a pharmaceutical active ingredient formulation, wherein the square-shaped film containers are arranged in a matrix, achieved that the Film containers are spirally separable, wherein between each two adjacent film containers partially the perforation and in the region of the perforation an opening area for removal of the filling material from the receiving chamber is present.

Due to the helical arrangement of the film containers and thus also of the receiving chambers, an order of the opening or the separation of the individual receiving chambers, which are each filled with a pharmaceutical drug formulation, given. The film containers must be separated according to a certain order, which results in a spiral, so that the user reaches the opening area. The spiral shape is ensured for example by corresponding non-perforated areas between the film containers. Of course, only one opening area is provided on each film container. Due to the unusual handling a parental control is realized, because the type of opening of the receiving chamber is unusual and thus difficult for a child. An adult, on the other hand, can easily grasp and accomplish the operations for opening the receiving chamber.

According to a development, the opening region is designed as a grip tab for removing the cover film. The cover film is not fully connected in the opening area with the bottom film or less firmly sealed. Thus, the cover sheet, which rests relatively loosely on the bottom sheet or is relatively easy to peel off the bottom sheet in the opening area for opening the receiving chamber and for removal of the contents can be easily lifted by a user from the bottom sheet and peeled off or torn to the To be able to access contents in the receiving chamber.

Alternatively, the opening region has a notch or a cut as weakening of the bottom foil and / or the cover foil. Expediently, the notch or the cut extends centrally from an edge region of the film container in the direction of the receiving chamber. Along the notch or the cut, the foil container to remove the contents is torn up to the receiving chamber.

Of course, the blister pack can be provided with appropriate labels or imprints consisting of digits, day of the week or the like to illustrate the correct order of removal of the contents of the receiving chambers.

The bottom foil preferably consists of plastic, aluminum or a composite of these materials. The shape, size and number of the respective cavities of the receiving chambers in the bottom foil is matched to the male contents, such as a tablet or the like. Of course, a single blister package may include a plurality of film containers with the corresponding number of receiving chambers. The bottom foil is, for example, on the side facing the product from an approximately 60 micron thick layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), followed by an approximately 45 microns thick aluminum foil, which in turn with an approximately 25 micron thick film of an oriented polyamide ( oPA) is made.

Advantageously, the cover film is an aluminum composite film, which, for example, on the side facing the contents consists of an approximately 20 microns thick aluminum foil and an associated about 23 micron thick film of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Of course, the bottom sheet and the cover sheet may also be identical or made of other materials.

It goes without saying that the features mentioned above and those yet to be explained below can be used not only in the respectively indicated combination but also in other combinations. The scope of the invention is defined only by the claims.

To Fig. 1 are in the blister pack 7, the individual film container 1 in the form of a polygon arranged to each other and the individual receiving chambers 2 are located on the peripheral periphery of the blister 7. In the center of the blister 7 a film section 4 is arranged, in which no receiving chamber 2 is formed and by a substantially circular perforation 3 is detachable from the blister pack 7. Defined opening regions 5 for opening the receiving chambers 2 of the segment-shaped film containers 1 adjoin the film section 4. The individual film containers 1 are separable from one another by perforations 10 which emerge from the perforation 3, wherein the perforations 10 do not extend between the film containers 1 to the periphery of the blister packaging 7, thus separating the film containers 1 from the outside difficult and easy to accomplish from the direction of the center after removing the film section 4.

To open the receiving chambers 2 of the film container 1, first the film section 4 in the center of the blister pack 7 along the perforation 3, which is formed continuously around its circumference, must be cut out. Subsequently, a user of the blister pack 7, the film container 1 separated by separating the star-shaped perforations 10 from each other, whereby the opening of the receiving chambers 2 is much easier. The opening region 5 is formed as a grip tab 9 for removing the cover film from the bottom film, the cover film in the opening region 5 is not connected to the bottom film over the entire surface or less firmly sealed.

In the alternative embodiment of the film container 1 is according to Fig. 2 in the opening portion 5, a cut 6 as weakening of the bottom film and the cover sheet and thus provided as Aufreißhilfe, which extends from a pointing into the center of the blister pack 7 edge region of the film container 1 centered in the direction of the receiving chamber 2. To remove the contents, the user tears the film container 1 up to the receiving chamber 2.

To Fig. 3 are in the alternative blister packaging 7 square-shaped film container 1 arranged in a matrix, which are spirally separable. Between each two adjacent film containers 1 is partially perforation 11 and in the region of the perforation 11 of the opening area 5 for removing the filling material from the receiving chamber 2 is present, wherein the opening portion 5, as explained above, may be formed. In some areas of the blister pack 7 there is no perforation 11 between the film containers 1 to ensure spiral separation. In the areas without perforation 11, a material weakening of the bottom foil and the cover foil may be formed in order to make the separation of the foil container 1 difficult, but nevertheless possible. To illustrate the order of removal of the individual film containers 1, the blister pack 7 is printed with digits 1 to 30 accordingly.
