Description

The invention relates to a mast for a stacker crane, wherein the mast comprises a support strut and a reinforcing structure connected to the support strut, wherein the support strut has at least one guide rail for the stacker crane, wherein the support strut is formed as a plastic, fiber composite or sandwich component and wherein the Support strut in the areas that form tracks for roles of the storage and retrieval device, is reinforced.

Storage and Retrieval Systems are used in high-bay warehouses and can be moved in the vertical direction on a mast in order to access stored goods, which is stored at different heights of the high-bay warehouse. The mast itself can be moved within a warehouse lane. The problem with very high masts or high accelerations of the masts is that the masts nachpendeln after accelerating or decelerating, with a decay of the pendulum motion must be awaited before a secure access to the high-bay warehouse. In addition to this pendulum movement is also for the operation of the high-bay warehouse required energy expenditure of importance. The easier a mast can be built, the lower the mass to be accelerated and decelerated, and the lower the energy required for this purpose.

From the Japanese Patent Abstract JP 2009 109 855 a mast for a storage and retrieval device is known, in which a support strut and a reinforcing structure connected to the support strut are provided. The support strut forms a guide rail and raceways for roles of a stacker crane. The support strut is designed as a plastic part and can be reinforced by integrating reinforcing strips in the region of the raceways.

From the German patent application DE 102 34 036 A1 a mast for a storage and retrieval unit is known, which is composed of corner profiles made of fiber-reinforced plastic and glued in these sandwich panels. The corner profiles form tracks for rollers of the stacker crane. The mast is tapered from bottom to top.

From the Japanese Patent Abstract JP 2009 120298 a mast for a storage and retrieval device is known, which is tubular and formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. Rolling the mast has areas that serve as raceways for roles of a stacker crane.

From the German patent application DE 198 04 854 A1 is known a mast for a storage and retrieval unit, which is composed of two extruded light metal profiles.

With the invention, an improved mast for a stacker crane is to be provided.

According to the invention for this purpose, a mast for a stacker crane is provided, in which the support strut in the areas that form tracks for roles of the stacker crane, by means of plugged profiles of pressure-resistant material is reinforced and in which the profiles are formed as sheet metal parts or metal cast extrusions.

According to the invention a division of the mast is thus provided in a support strut and a reinforcing structure. By providing at least one guide rail, the support strut forms a functionally extended tension / compression strut. From the storage and retrieval unit thereby forces are transmitted only in the area of the support strut on the mast. By contrast, the reinforcing structure merely serves to reinforce the mast and can be adapted to the boundary conditions to be met. The invention provides a modular mast available that can be created, for example, adapted to the requirements in modular way. The support strut serves as a tension / compression strut and at the same time as a runway for rollers of the stacker crane. The design of the reinforcing structure is largely free and can be carried out, for example, as a lattice structure, in composite plastic construction, made of aluminum or the like. Depending on the boundary conditions to be met, for example the height of the mast, payloads, access times and thus accelerations of the mast, an identical support strut can be combined with different reinforcement structures in order to optimally fulfill the respective boundary conditions.

By the support strut is formed as a plastic, fiber composite or sandwich component, can be high-strength and at the same time lightweight support struts form, especially when using fiber-reinforced plastic components.

By the support strut is reinforced in the region of the raceways with attached profiles of pressure-resistant material, for example, a relatively pressure-sensitive profile can be used as a support strut and reinforced only in the areas of the raceways by means of attached profiles. For the construction of the mast according to the invention thereby pressure-sensitive materials such as plastic sandwich components can be used for the first time.

The profiles are designed as sheet-metal bent parts or metal continuous cast profiles. The profiles are attached, for example by means of clips, barbs, screws and / or adhesive to the support strut.

In this way, the support strut can be constructively simple form and the strength requirements of the support strut in their function as a tension / compression strut and on the raceways in terms of pressure resistance and wear resistance can be optimally met.

In a further development of the invention, the support strut is formed as formed in an extrusion, Strangzieh-, winding or Pultrusionsverfahren plastic profile.

For example, fiber-reinforced plastic components can be used, in particular pultrusion profiles. The support strut is advantageously designed as consisting of a fiber composite material existing plastic profile.

In a development of the invention, the reinforcing structure has at least one plastic profile formed in an extrusion, pultrusion, winding or pultrusion process.

For example, the mast can consist of a support strut on the front, which is designed as a pultrusion profile, and a reinforcing structure, which likewise has a pultrusion profile arranged on the rear side of the mast. The two pultrusion profiles, which do not necessarily have to be identically constructed, can then be connected to one another, for example, by means of plates or a truss structure. The reinforcing structure advantageously has a plastic profile consisting of a fiber composite material.

In a further development of the invention, the reinforcing structure consists of a plurality of interconnected profiles that extend as far as seen in the longitudinal direction of the mast.

In this way, a tapered structure of the mast can be made in a particularly simple manner. Required for this are no tapered special profiles, as used for example in sailboats as masts, but there are low-cost standard profiles with a constant cross-section used for the construction of the mast.

In a further development of the invention, the reinforcing structure consists of a plurality of substantially similar profiles.

Several similar profiles then extend differently far in the longitudinal direction of the mast. In the lower area, for example, three profiles glued together or connected in any other suitable manner are provided, while at the top of the mast, for example, only one profile is provided. The mast is thereby at its foot end particularly stable, in order to be able to absorb the high forces occurring there. In contrast, in the area of the mast top, the mast is made particularly light, so that a pendulum movement and also the total weight of the mast are kept low.

In a development of the invention, the support strut consists of at least one first profile extending over an entire travel range of the stacker crane with a guide rail arranged on the profile.

In this way, the support strut can be made in a particularly simple manner by a profile is provided with guide rails, for example strips with rectangular cross-section, which are glued to a pipe profile or connected to the profile by means of screws.

In a further development of the invention, the support strut consists of at least two juxtaposed profiles with substantially the same cross section, which extend over the entire travel range of the stacker crane.

In this way, a particularly stable support strut can be provided and it is also possible, the support strut itself, depending on the set boundary conditions, form different. For example, for high maximum loads on the storage and retrieval unit several similar profiles are connected to each other, each extending over the entire range of movement of the storage and retrieval device to form a very stable support strut. With only small maximum loads on the storage and retrieval unit, it may then be sufficient to provide only one of the profiles on the support strut.

In a further development of the invention, the support strut and the reinforcing structure are formed from profiles with substantially the same cross-section.

In this way one and the same profile cross-section can be used for the construction of the mast. In the area of the support strut, the profile which then extends over the entire travel range of the storage and retrieval unit is provided with additional guide rails, whereas in the area of the reinforcing structure of the mast not necessarily all profiles must extend over the entire mast length. It is of course also possible to use a profile which is already provided with guide rails, for the reinforcing structure. The guide rails are then also present in the area of the reinforcing structure, but are not used as such and contribute, for example, only to a further stiffening of the reinforcing structure.

In a further development of the invention, the reinforcing structure is formed by means of a truss structure.

By means of a framework construction, high-strength and thereby lightweight reinforcement structures can be formed. Since the support strut according to the invention serves as a tension / compression strut and at the same time as a runway for roles of the stacker crane, the design of the reinforcing structure is largely free. The truss structure can be designed differently to build masts for different boundary conditions with identical support struts.

The presentation of the Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a mast 10 according to the invention. The mast 10 has a support strut 12 and a Reinforcement structure 14 on. The support strut 12 is generally plate-shaped and provided at its, the reinforcing structure 14 facing away from the front side with a guide rail 16. An unillustrated storage and retrieval unit can be supported with suitable rollers on the guide rail 16 and in addition to the front and / or back of the free ends 18 of the support strut 12.

On its, the guide rail 16 facing away from the support strut 12 is provided with Einsteckrinnen 20, which extend over the entire length of the support strut 12. The grooves 20 are indented with respect to the free ends 18 of the support strut 12 so that a stacker crane may include the support strut 12 at the free ends 18 thereof. In the grooves 20, the cross-sectionally U-shaped reinforcing structure 14 is inserted and secured in a suitable manner. The support strut 12 may be formed, for example, as an aluminum extruded profile or as a fiber-reinforced plastic Pultrusionsprofil. The reinforcing structure 14 may be constructed as a sandwich component. In this way, a very stable and thereby lightweight mast is obtained.

The division of the mast 10 according to the invention into a support strut 12 and a reinforcing structure 14 makes it possible to match the structure of the mast 10 to the respective boundary conditions. The support strut 12 is used for example for different loads to be lifted and different lengths of the mast. At high loads to be supported but the reinforcing structure 14 is made stiffer and more sustainable. It is also possible, for example, masts with which no high accelerations must be driven to provide a heavier but less expensive reinforcing structure 14. Conversely, the reinforcing structure 14 is made very stiff and lightweight at high expected accelerations.

The mast 10 according to the invention is thus constructed modularly and in the manner of a modular system, the structure of the mast 10 can be adapted to different boundary conditions to be met.

The presentation of the Fig. 2 shows the cross section of another mast 22 according to the invention. A support strut 24 is provided in the region of its free ends 26 with reinforcing profiles 28. The support strut 24 is plate-shaped and an unillustrated storage and retrieval unit rolls only in the region of the reinforcement profiles 28 on the support strut 24 from. The reinforcing profiles 28 on the free ends 26 form guide rails for a storage and retrieval unit. A reinforcing structure 30 is U-shaped and connected to the back of the support strut 24.

As in Fig. 3 can be seen, the reinforcing profiles 28 are U-shaped and pushed onto the free ends 26 of the support strut 24. The reinforcing profiles 28 are formed for example as sheet metal bent parts.

On the inner sides of the free ends of the two legs of the U-shaped reinforcing profiles 28 a plurality of projecting in the direction of the support strut 24 wedge-shaped projections 32 are respectively provided. These wedge-shaped projections 32 have the function of barbs and ensure a secure hold of the reinforcing profiles 28 in the pushed state.

By providing the reinforcing profiles 28, it is possible to use for the support strut 24, although a well suited for the absorption of tensile and compressive forces within the cross section of the support strut 24 well suited material, such as a plastic sandwich material, but with respect to compressive forces Its surface is sensitive and on the surface of the roles of a stacker crane not directly could roll without causing permanent damage there. The roles of the stacker crane now run exclusively on the reinforcing profiles 28, which consist of very pressure-resistant material. This results in the possibility of performing the support strut 24 very easily and yet to prevent damage from the continuous operation of a stacker crane.

The presentation of the Fig. 4 shows a cross section through a further embodiment of a mast 34 according to the invention. The mast 34 has a support strut 36 which has two profiles 38, 40 glued together with identical cross-section. To the in Fig. 4 Right and left arranged side surfaces of the profiles 38, 40, respectively, a guide rail 42 is glued.

The profiles 38, 40 have different wall thicknesses in the region of their side walls. Thus, the lateral outer walls of the profiles 38, 40 and the front surfaces are made with double wall thickness, the inner side surfaces and the rear surfaces are each designed with a simple wall thickness. As Fig. 4 can be seen, lie the profiles 38, 40 with their inner side surfaces to each other and are glued together in this area, so that there is an inner strut 44 with double wall thickness.

A reinforcing structure 46 also consists of two profiles 48, 50 with identical cross section, the cross section of all profiles 38, 40, 48, 50 being identical. The profiles 38, 40, 48, 50 are arranged so that the respective outer walls have twice the wall thickness and the inner walls of the simple wall thickness. As Fig. 4 can be seen, lie the profiles 38, 40, 48, 50 with the walls, which have only the simple wall thickness, always on an adjacent profile, so that in the interior of the mast 34 a total of four reinforcing struts 44, 52, 54 and 56 are formed, each having twice the wall thickness.

The profiles 48, 50 in the reinforcing structure 46 do not extend over the entire length of the mast. In the lower part of the mast, in Fig. 4 is shown cut, thereby standing the four profiles 38, 40, 48, 50 for receiving forces available. In an upper region of the mast 34 then only the profiles 36, 40 are present. Since the forces occurring in the upper region on the mast 34 but are less than in the lower region of the mast 34, thereby material and weight can be saved in the construction of the mast 34.

The presentation of the Fig. 5 shows a side view of another preferred embodiment of a mast 60. The mast 60 consists in its lower part of three consecutively arranged tubular profiles 62, 64 and 66, each extending differently far in the longitudinal direction of the mast 60. The profile 66 extends only to about one third of the total length of the mast 60, the middle profile 64 extends to a height of about two-thirds of the length of the mast 60 and the profile 62 extends over the entire length of the mast 60th The profile 62 is laterally provided with glued guide rails 68 on which rollers of a stacker crane can roll and which, like the profile 62, extend over the entire length of the mast and thus over the entire travel range of a stacker crane on the mast 60. If the storage and retrieval unit is arranged at the top end of the mast 62, then the greatest forces occur in the foot area of the mast. In the foot of the mast this consists of the three adjacent profiles 62, 64, 66 and can thereby absorb the forces occurring. In the upper region of the mast and in the middle region of the mast, lower forces occur, so that there the profile 62 or the profile 64 suffices for the reliable absorption of the occurring forces. Opposite a mast with over his Length constant cross-section of the mast 60 according to the invention can be constructed thereby saving material and lightweight.

The presentation of the Fig. 6 shows a view on the section plane VI-VI of the Fig. 5 , It can be seen that the profiles 62, 64, 66 have an identical, rectangular tubular cross-section with constant wall thickness on all sides. The profile 62 is provided on its lateral outer walls with the guide rails 68. The profiles 62, 64, 66 are made of plastic material, such as fiber-reinforced pultrusion or composite profiles, and are glued together at the contact surfaces.

Another embodiment of a mast 70 according to the invention is shown in FIG Fig. 7 shown in cross section. The mast 70 consists of three profiles 72, 74, 76, each with a different cross section. The profile 72 has a rectangular tube-shaped cross-section and is additionally provided with integrally connected guide rails 78. The profile 74 has an I-shaped cross-section. The profile 76 has a rectangular tube-shaped cross section with smooth outer walls. The profiles 72, 74, 76 are glued together at their respective contact surfaces and, for example, each formed as a fiber-reinforced pultrusion or composite profiles.

Another embodiment of a mast 80 according to the invention is shown in FIG Fig. 8 shown in cross section. The mast 80 has a support strut 82, which consists of a plastic Pultrusionsprofil 84. A reinforcing structure 86 also has, opposite the support strut 82, a plastic pultrusion profile 88, which is constructed identically to the profile 84. The two profiles 84, 88 are interconnected by means of plates 90, 92, which can be constructed as sandwich components. In the illustrated embodiment, the profiles 84 and 88 are identical. This is not mandatory, but on the support strut 82 remote from the back of the mast can also be used to profile 84 different Pultrusionsprofil.

Another embodiment of a mast 100 according to the invention is shown in FIG Fig. 9 shown in cross section. The mast 100 has a mast 80 of the Fig. 8 identically formed support strut 82. However, a reinforcing structure 102 of the mast 100 is constructed differently from the mast 80.

The reinforcement structure 102 has, on the rear side of the mast 100 opposite the support strut 82, the profile 88 which is identical to the profile 84 of the support strut 82 and is produced as a plastic pultrusion profile. However, the two profiles 84, 88 are connected together in the mast 100 by means of a truss structure, which consists in the illustrated embodiment of a plurality of truss-like interconnected plastic pipes 104, 106. The plastic tubes 104 connect the profiles 84, 88 and are aligned perpendicular to the front sides of these profiles 84, 88. The plastic tubes 106 are each arranged diagonally. By providing a truss structure very lightweight and yet stable masts can be built. Depending on the expected load case, the truss structure can then be formed differently.

Alternatively, the entire reinforcing structure 14, 86, 102 may be implemented as a truss structure. A mast could then, for example, from the profile 84, see Fig. 9 and a truss structure attached to this profile 84. The individual tubes of the truss structure are advantageously made of fiber-reinforced plastics or aluminum.
