Claims (9)

  1. Fermeture de regard de chaussée comprenant un couvercle (50) et un encadrement correspondant (100) pour recevoir ledit couvercle (50), où un joint d'étanchéité (10) est placé entre le couvercle (50) et l'encadrement (100) le long d'au moins une partie de la zone de contact entre le couvercle (50) et l'encadrement (100), par quoi le joint d'étanchéité (10) excède les dimensions de l'espace entre le couvercle (50) et l'encadrement (100), caractérisée en ce que ledit joint d'étanchéité (10) est attaché audit couvercle (50) par moulage.
  2. Fermeture de regard de chaussée selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit joint d'étanchéité (10) comprend une matière non-élastique dure.
  3. Fermeture de regard de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans laquelle ledit joint d'étanchéité (10) comprend une lèvre élargie (18) excédant les dimensions de l'espace entre le couvercle (50) et l'encadrement (100).
  4. Fermeture de regard de chaussée selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ledit espace entre ledit couvercle (50) et ledit encadrement (100) comprend un agrandissement (110) à une position correspondante à ladite lèvre élargie (18) dudit joint d'étanchéité (10).
  5. Fermeture de regard de chaussée selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit encadrement (100) a reçu ledit couvercle (50), ladite lèvre élargie (18) est positionnée audit agrandissement (110) dudit espace entre ledit couvercle (50) et ledit encadrement (100).
  6. Fermeture de regard de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans laquelle ledit joint d'étanchéité comprend un premier côté (12) fixé audit couvercle (50), un deuxième côté (14) pour engrener ledit encadrement (100), un bord rabattu (16) raccordé audits premier (12) et deuxième (14) côtés, ledit bord rabattu (16) comprenant un côté supérieur (22) pour fournir un scellement contre ledit couvercle (50), et un côté inférieur (24) pour fournir un scellement contre ledit encadrement (100), et une lèvre élargie (18) fournie sur ledit deuxième côté (14) à l'opposé dudit bord rabattu (16), pour être positionné à un agrandissement (110) à l'intérieur dudit espace entre ledit couvercle (50) et ledit encadrement (100).
  7. Fermeture de regard de chaussée selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit joint d'étanchéité (10) comprend en outre une partie de contact (40') comprenant un côté encadrement (28') pour former contact audit encadrement (100), un côté couvercle (26') fixé audit couvercle (50) et un compartiment (34') ouvert vers la surface extérieure dudit élément de contact (40'), ledit compartiment (34') étant fourni entre ledit côté du regard de chaussée (28') et ledit côté couvercle (26), par quoi ledit élément de contact (40') s'étend dudit côté supérieur (22') dudit bord rabattu (16') et ladite lèvre élargie (18') s'étend dudit côté inférieur (24') dudit bord rabattu (16').
  8. Procédé pour fermer un regard de chaussée comprenant les étapes de fournir une fermeture de regard de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, en forçant ledit couvercle (50), sur lequel est fixé ledit joint d'étanchéité (10), dans ledit encadrement (100), par quoi ladite lèvre élargie (18) est initialement déformée et regagne un état non-déformé lorsqu'elle obtient une position auprès dudit agrandissement (110) dudit espace entre ledit couvercle (50) et ledit encadrement (100).
  9. Procédé pour ouvrir un regard de chaussée comprenant les étapes de fournir une fermeture de regard de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, en saisissant ledit couvercle (50), et soulevant ledit couvercle (50) en dehors dudit encadrement (100), par quoi ladite lèvre élargie (18) est déformée lorsqu'elle quitte une position auprès dudit agrandissement (110) dudit espace entre ledit couvercle (50) et ledit encadrement (100).
