Claims (10)

  1. Procédé destiné à plier des feuilles tubulaires planes ou à soufflets d'un matériau flexible, comprenant les étapes de :
    couper la feuille tubulaire (1) le long d'une ligne de découpe (2) essentiellement longitudinale, asymétrique de manière à définir des bords (3a, 3b) pour l'ouverture de ladite feuille tubulaire (1),
    aplatisser ladite feuille tubulaire (1),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :
    plier la feuille tubulaire (1) parallèlement à ladite ligne de découpe (2) au moins trois fois de suite de sorte qu'à la réalisation de chaque pli, lesdits bords d'ouverture (3a, 3b) se trouvent à l'extérieur, c'est-à-dire accessibles à un utilisateur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'étape d'aplatissage de ladite feuille tubulaire (1) consiste à presser ensemble une couche rectangulaire supérieure (4) et une couche rectangulaire inférieure (5) de ladite feuille tubulaire (1) de manière à les faire adhérer l'une à l'autre, ladite ligne de découpe (2) étant formée sur la couche supérieure (4) afin de la diviser en une première partie (4a) et une deuxième partie (4b) ayant une surface différente.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant également l'étape d'enrouler la feuille tubulaire (1) transversalement par rapport à ladite ligne de découpe (2), ladite étape d'enrouler étant réalisée après l'étape de plier le feuille tubulaire (1) parallèlement à la ligne de découpe (2).
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant également l'étape de plier la feuille tubulaire (1) transversalement par rapport à ladite ligne de découpe (2), ladite étape de plier transversalement étant réalisée après l'étape de plier le feuille tubulaire (1) parallèle à la ligne de découpe (2).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape de plier la feuille tubulaire (1) parallèlement à ladite ligne de découpe (2), consiste à plier ladite feuille tubulaire (1) parallèlement à la ligne de découpe (2) en deux trois fois de suite.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'étape de plier la feuille tubulaire (1) parallèlement à ladite ligne de découpe (2), consiste à effectuer, dans l'ordre, les opérations suivantes :
    plier la feuille tubulaire (1) en deux ;
    plier la feuille tubulaire (1) en deux fractions différentes ;
    plier de nouveau la feuille tubulaire (1) en deux.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel lesdites deux fractions de la feuille tubulaire (1) constituent respectivement un tiers et deux tiers de ladite feuille tubulaire (1).
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la feuille tubulaire (1) est réalisée en matière plastique.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la feuille tubulaire (1) présente des lignes d'affaiblissement transversales par rapport à la ligne de découpe (2), ladite feuille tubulaire (1) étant déchirable le long desdites lignes d'affaiblissement de manière à obtenir une pluralité de couvercles.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau qui constitue ladite feuille tubulaire (1) présente l'ajout d'essences parfumées artificielles ou naturelles.
