Definitions
- the invention relates to a toe board fitting of a bent steel sheet having a first end and a second end facing away therefrom, wherein the first end of the steel sheet or flat steel formed with or as a mounting leg for attachment of the toe board fitting to a board of a toe board is, and wherein the mounting leg is integrally connected to a Fixierschenkel extending in the direction of the width or in the transverse direction of the toe board fitting and open to a first longitudinal side of the toe board fitting, preferably elongated, in particular with at least partially parallel slot edges limited slot for the positive Compound and displacement protection of two assembled over their slots toe board fittings against each other, and wherein from the fixing leg a transition leg, preferably at an angle, in particular of 90 degrees, in a first direction ogen or beveled, of which in turn for fixing to and / or between another scaffolding component of a scaffold, in particular on a vertical scaffolding tube, in particular stem, a scaffold, and a connecting wedge of a connecting head of a,
- the invention also relates to a toe board with at least one such toe board fitting and also relates to a frame with at least one such toe board.
- Such a toe board fitting, such a toe board and such a framework are from the EP 1 950 360 A1 , of the EP 1 950 361 A1 and the WO 2008/089731 A1 known.
- On-board boards represent important scaffolding components in scaffolding, which are required in very large numbers. They are attached to the edges of scaffold planks or scaffold floors to prevent lateral slipping of persons and / or falling objects. According to the current safety regulations, openings in covering surfaces may not exceed 25 mm; in this connection the toe boards are to be assigned to the surface of the covering. For these reasons, it has gone over to equip the toe boards with bent toe board fittings. As a result, the toe boards can still be installed on the attachment points provided in the scaffolding system in accordance with the safety regulations such that the boards of the toe boards, usually designed as elongated board units, overlap the lateral edge of the respective scaffolding floor to which they are assigned, in particular resting there.
- Such gantries are used in large numbers for inspection work in industrial plants and shipyards, as mobile scaffolding supplemented by scaffolding rollers, as a basis for scaffolding or for the removal of heavy vertical loads as scaffolding, possibly supplemented by so-called head spindles.
- the bars which are horizontal Can act longitudinal and / or cross bar, have at their ends in each case designed as a wedge head connection head with an outwardly open slot, with its slot on a, in particular designed as a perforated disc, rosette a vertical scaffold tube, in particular stem, attached and there are wedged by means of a connecting wedge. It has now been shown that it can lead to obstructions in such module or gantry scaffolding when opening and closing the access door, to the problem that the access door can not open at all or can be closed as intended.
- the toe board fitting also consists of a bent sheet metal. The sheet is bent immediately after the board and has at its pointing away from the board end extending in the direction opposite the Abkröpfraum angle, which is more than 80% or more than 30 to 80%, preferably about 40 to 60 %, which extends the length of the end of the toe board fitting.
- This toe board fitting has between the angle and the bend an outwardly open slot which is dimensioned so that it can accommodate the angle of a correspondingly shaped toe fitting, so that two equipped with these toe board fittings toe boards can be connected together so that the angle of Bordbrettbeschlages a first board can be inserted into the slot of the toe board fitting a second board, then the two boards in the longitudinal direction one after the other with a thickness of one of the toe board fittings corresponding lateral offset are arranged. In this way, slippage of the two boards is prevented in the longitudinal direction to each other.
- two boards provided with such Bordbrettbehaven in the form of a longitudinal board and a board board can be arranged at right angles to each other over corner, that the slot of the fitting of the longitudinal board interacts with the slot of the fitting of the board board so that they are wedged together and can not move relative to each other.
- at least two toe boards has the disadvantage that the toe boards due to the construction of these toe board fittings as a unit relative to the scaffold floor in both longitudinal directions of the toe boards can slip, in such a strong that this no longer meets the current safety requirements.
- the end leg extends only over part of the width of the second end of the steel sheet or flat steel, so that extending in the direction of the width or in the transverse direction of the second end and is formed to the first longitudinal side of the toe board fitting open
- This can preferably be limited in the direction of the width or in the transverse direction of the toe board fitting of the end leg and in the direction of the length or in the longitudinal direction of the toe board fitting of the transition leg and / or from the fixing leg.
- the NASA- and / or sliding-free space allows proper installation and a safety requirements sufficient installation of an inventive toe board or with several, especially with two, to-board fittings according to the invention, equipped on-board board for lateral delimitation of a one with a hatch cover openable and closable access opening having scaffolding floor of a scaffold, in particular a modular scaffolding constructed as a scaffold, which is constructed with at least one, in particular horizontal, scaffolding tube with connection head and connecting wedge, in the region of the toe board fitting or the toe board fittings is arranged and / or allows shifting of a built according to the safety requirements and equipped with a toe board or with several, in particular with two, the toe board fittings invention equipped toe board for lateral delimitation of an openable with a hatch cover and closable access opening scaffold floor of a Scaffolding, in particular a modular scaffolding constructed as a scaffold, which is constructed with at least one scaffold tube with connection head and connecting wedge, which is arranged in the region of the toe

The invention also relates to a toe board with at least one such toe board fitting and also relates to a frame with at least one such toe board.
On-board boards represent important scaffolding components in scaffolding, which are required in very large numbers.
However, it has been shown that an installation according to the current safety requirements known from the prior art toe boards with bent toe board fittings in modular scaffoldings, especially those of the owner, known under the name Layher Allround or Layher Allround scaffold, then, although scaffolding floors or floor coverings referred to as walk-through scaffold floors with a through-opening and a lid also called cover for closing and opening the access opening are used, the access door can not or only with difficulty or increased effort and / or closed again. This applies in particular to so-called scaffold stands constructed with such access scaffold floors or floor coverings, in which horizontal slats are installed all around in the slab level. Such gantries are used in large numbers for inspection work in industrial plants and shipyards, as mobile scaffolding supplemented by scaffolding rollers, as a basis for scaffolding or for the removal of heavy vertical loads as scaffolding, possibly supplemented by so-called head spindles. The bars, which are horizontal Can act longitudinal and / or cross bar, have at their ends in each case designed as a wedge head connection head with an outwardly open slot, with its slot on a, in particular designed as a perforated disc, rosette a vertical scaffold tube, in particular stem, attached and there are wedged by means of a connecting wedge. It has now been shown that it can lead to obstructions in such module or gantry scaffolding when opening and closing the access door, to the problem that the access door can not open at all or can be closed as intended.

It is therefore an object of the invention, a toe board fitting for a toe board for lateral delimitation of a running and / or working surface of a lid for opening and closing a passage opening scaffold floor or -belages a scaffold, in particular a modular scaffolding constructed as a scaffold, available to provide that the current safety regulations sufficiently, in particular without a gap or with only a negligible gap between the toe board and the running and / or working surface of the scaffold floor or - belages, can be installed, and wherein in the installed state such a problem or Disability-free opening and closing of the access door is possible. It is also an object of the invention to provide a toe board with at least one, preferably with two such Bordbrettbeschlägen and to provide a framework with at least one such toe board.
This object is achieved in particular by the features of
Accordingly, it can be provided in a toe board fitting according to the invention of the type mentioned that the end leg extends only over part of the width of the second end of the steel sheet or flat steel, so that extending in the direction of the width or in the transverse direction of the second end and is formed to the first longitudinal side of the toe board fitting open Anschlusskeilaufnahme- and / or sliding free space. This can preferably be limited in the direction of the width or in the transverse direction of the toe board fitting of the end leg and in the direction of the length or in the longitudinal direction of the toe board fitting of the transition leg and / or from the fixing leg.
The Anschlusskeilaufnahme- and / or sliding-free space allows proper installation and a safety requirements sufficient installation of an inventive toe board or with several, especially with two, to-board fittings according to the invention, equipped on-board board for lateral delimitation of a one with a hatch cover openable and closable access opening having scaffolding floor of a scaffold, in particular a modular scaffolding constructed as a scaffold, which is constructed with at least one, in particular horizontal, scaffolding tube with connection head and connecting wedge, in the region of the toe board fitting or the toe board fittings is arranged and / or allows shifting of a built according to the safety requirements and equipped with a toe board or with several, in particular with two, the toe board fittings invention equipped toe board for lateral delimitation of an openable with a hatch cover and closable access opening scaffold floor of a Scaffolding, in particular a modular scaffolding constructed as a scaffold, which is constructed with at least one scaffold tube with connection head and connecting wedge, which is arranged in the region of the toe board fitting or the toe board fittings, in a horizontal direction transversely or perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the toe board within the by the play predetermined limits, to ensure in any case, a trouble-free or disability-free opening and closing the access door with security.
According to a preferred embodiment of the toe board fitting can be provided that the steel sheet or that of the flat steel adjoining the slot in the direction of the width or in the transverse direction of the toe board fitting or in the longitudinal direction of the slot and this bordering on its slot base Fixierschenkelteils of Fixing leg has a maximum leg thickness and that the slot, except in the region of its slot bottom, a minimum slot width, which is selected such that the ratio of slot width to leg thickness is greater than 1.9 mm, preferably between 2.0 and 2.7 mm is, in particular about 2.4 mm and / or which is greater than 10.5 mm, preferably between 11 and 15 mm, in particular about 13 mm.
As a result, an advantageous installation play can be realized, which is made possible for a possibly desired or required displacement of the toe board fitting or the board equipped therewith in a direction perpendicular to the plane defined by the mounting leg or from the board of the board and in the installed state vertical plane , Furthermore, such a building clearance allows easier insertion of the slot of a toe board fitting into a slot of another toe board fitting. In addition, can be met in the form of deformations or other tolerances as a result of occurring in scaffolding rough practice loads, so that always a trouble-free and safe installation and rebuilding of the fittings or the boarding boards equipped with it is possible. By such a fitting play so the assembly and disassembly is simplified.
In a further concretized embodiment, it can be provided as an alternative or in addition to the aforementioned measures that the difference between one or the minimum slot width of the slots and one or the maximum leg thickness is greater than 5.0 mm, preferably between 5.5 and 9, 5 mm, in particular about 7.5 mm. This makes it possible that when two inventively designed toe board fittings are inserted into each other via their slots perpendicular to each other, a difference corresponding displacement play of a toe board fitting is perpendicular to the other toe board fitting available.
According to a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the end leg of the Anschlusskeilaufnahme- and / or Moving free space bounded by a side edge or longitudinal end edge of the one arranged between the Anschlußkeilaufnahme- and / or sliding clearance and the slot and extending in the direction of length or in the longitudinal direction of the toe board fitting side edge or longitudinal end edge of the Fixierschenkels one of the width the wedge receiving and / or sliding clearance corresponding distance which is between 40 and 100 mm, preferably between 50 and 70 mm or between 70 and 90 mm, in particular about 60 mm or about 84 mm. As a result, a trouble-free or disability-free and the current safety requirements sufficient installation and advantageous assembly and / or disassembly conditions concerning the, in particular horizontal scaffolding tubes with connection heads and connecting wedges are possible.
It may preferably be provided that the slot is assigned to a first longitudinal side of the toe board fitting and that the end leg is arranged in the region of or on a second longitudinal side of the toe board fitting facing away from the first longitudinal side and / or directly adjacent to an end edge of the transition leg which is arranged away from the first longitudinal side facing away from the second longitudinal side of the toe board fitting.
The invention also relates to a toe board consisting of a board on which at its ends facing away from each other an inventive toe board fitting according to one of claims 1 to 5 with its respective mounting leg, preferably by or by means of rivets, preferably arranged symmetrically to the center transverse axis of the board , Is attached and / or arranged such that the Anschlusskeilaufnahme- and / or sliding-free space each toe board fitting is assigned to the same longitudinal side of the toe board, preferably so that the Anschlusskeilaufnahme- and / or sliding clearance of each board board fitting is open to the same longitudinal side of the toe board. This allows for particularly easy assembly and disassembly.
In an advantageous development of a toe board according to the invention, it can be provided that the end limb of the respective toe board fitting extends in a direction perpendicular to a plane spanned by the fastening leg, lateral distance to the longitudinal center axis of the board and / or that the mounting leg of the respective toe board fitting in a, seen in the direction perpendicular to a plane spanned by the mounting leg plane, lateral distance to the longitudinal center axis of the board is attached to the board. By such an asymmetrical arrangement or attachment of a board can in conjunction with the bend of the respective toe board fitting toe boards taking advantage of itself in a system framework, in particular a modular scaffold constructed as a scaffold, existing mounting options are optimally used and at the same time the toe boards can be installed in accordance with the current safety regulations so that even with the use of so-called scaffold floors, so scaffold floors with a through opening, which can be opened or closed by means of a lid, the lid can be opened or closed without difficulty or without hindrance.

After reclosing the
Consequently, therefore, in this way, the the
The said
