Claims (9)

  1. Gâche pour portes et fenêtres, les portes et fenêtres etant du type comprenant un cadre mobile (1) ayant un montant (2) comprenant une rainure (3) formant une première surface antérieure (4) enfermée entre deux collerettes d'encastrement longitudinales en forme de « L » en saillie et s'opposant (5, 6) pour former une seconde surface, et la première surface (4) possédant au moins une fente (7) pour le passage de moyens de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre ; la gâche (8) étant fixable au montant (2) et comprenant au moins :
    - un corps principal en forme de plaque (9) qui peut être placé en contact avec la seconde surface des collerettes d'encastrement (5, 6) ayant au moins un siège passant (10) pour le passage des moyens opérationnels, et une paire d'ouvertures (11) située aux extrémités respectives ;
    - une paire d'inserts d'occlusion et de calage (12), chacun des inserts d'occlusion et de calage (12) pouvant se mettre en prise avec une des ouvertures (11) lors de l'assemblage, et étant de taille plus grande que l'ouverture respective (11) et ayant une ouverture en forme de fente coulissante (13) se développant perpendiculairement au développement longitudinal du corps principal (9) et ayant aussi au moins deux portions (12a, 12b) se mettant contre les bords respectifs (11a, 11b) de l'ouverture correspondante (11) ;
    - deux appendices (14) ayant une première portion équipée de deux bras parallèles (15, 16), pour former un « U », positionnés pour couvrir les zones d'extrémité respectives du corps principal (9), au niveau des ouvertures (11) et des inserts respectifs (12), et pour maintenir le corps principal (9) en contact ferme, lors de l'utilisation, contre la seconde surface (5, 6), et une seconde portion (17) ayant un premier trou passant (18) mettant en prise les moyens (19) qui serrent les appendices (14) au montant (2) ; l'un des bras (16), celui situé à l'arrière, ayant un trou fileté (20), et le second bras (15), celui situé à l'avant, ayant un second trou passant (21) ;
    - des seconds moyens (22) pour serrer chaque appendice (14) au corps principal (9) et passant le long : du second trou passant (21) du bras antérieur (15) ; de l'ouverture crénelée (13) de l'insert (12) ; et du trou fileté (20) du bras postérieur (16) positionné, lors de l'utilisation, dans la rainure (3).
  2. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux côtés plus courts (12a, 12b) de chaque insert (12) sont des portions de butée, comportant une première section ascendante (12c), pour former une espèce de fraisure et une seconde surface rectiligne (12d) afin de permettre au corps principal (9) d'être au moins partiellement encastré dans l'ouverture correspondante (11).
  3. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bords de butée de chaque ouverture (11) sur le corps principal (9) sont représentés par ses côtés plus courts (11a, 11b), avec un biseau (11c) formant une espèce de fraisure antérieure ascendante vers l'intérieur du corps principal (9).
  4. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque insert (12) possède une surface arrière (23) équipée d'une partie des moyens (24) permettant d'aligner longitudinalement la position du corps principal (9).
  5. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque bras postérieur (16) des appendices (14) possède une surface intérieure (25) qui peut se retrouver face à l'ouverture correspondante (11), équipée d'une partie des moyens (24) permettant d'aligner longitudinalement la position du corps principal (9).
  6. Gâche selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque bras postérieur (16) possède le trou fileté (20) formé sur la surface intérieure (25) qui est équipée d'une partie des moyens d'alignement (24).
  7. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque seconde portion (17) des appendices (14) possède, à l'extrémité la plus éloignée, une languette en saillie (26) logée, lors de l'utilisation, à l'intérieur de la rainure formée par les collerettes d'encastrement (5, 6), pour fermer la zone de la rainure (3) pouvant se mettre en prise avec la gâche (8) .
  8. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les premiers moyens de fixation comprennent une vis (19) entrant dans le premier trou (18) réalisé dans la seconde portion (17) et vissée dans une plaque rhomboïdale à came (27) qui se met contre l'intérieur des collerettes d'encastrement (5, 6) formant la seconde surface.
  9. Gâche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le second trou passant (21) de chaque bras antérieur (15) a un diamètre (D21) supérieur au diamètre (D22) d'une tête (22t) d'une vis (22) formant les seconds moyens de fixation, afin de permettre le contact avec l'insert (12) et la pression correspondante, par vissage à l'intérieur du trou fileté (20) du bras postérieur (16) sur le corps principal (9) afin de permettre un contact ferme sur la seconde surface (5, 6), c'est-à-dire, sur les collerettes d'encastrement.
