- Set of blanks according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first blank (9) has eight sections, namely four main sections separated from one another by intermediate sections suitable to form cut corners of the box.
- Packing box with a polygonal section, formed from two blanks (9, 10) of corrugated cardboard sheet material, namely a first blank (9) comprising a series of at least four main sections (12-15) terminated by a fixing tab (16), connected to one another by first fold lines (17) parallel to one another, said series of sections (12-15) forming the walls of the base of the box and being connected on one side to a series of flaps (19) by second fold lines (20) perpendicular to said first fold lines (17), said series of flaps (19) forming the base of said box, and a second blank (10) comprising a second series of at least three panels (22-24) connected to one another by third parallel fold lines (25) and provided on the other side with a second series of flaps (27) connected to said second series of panels (22-24) by fourth fold lines (28), said second blank (10) forming the top of said box, the panels of the second blank (10) being partly superposed in relation to the first blank (9), characterised
in that the first series of sections (12-15) comprises
a first rectangular section (12) intended to form the back rear wall of the base, provided on the other side of the first series of flaps with a tear-off flap (30) connected to said section (12) by a perforated junction line (31),
two trapezoidal sections (13, 15) which are not adjacent and are designed to form the lateral walls (4) of the base comprising an inner edge (33, 34) running at least in part at an angle towards a central section (14) of reduced height intended to form the front facing wall of the base,
and said central section (14) of reduced height,
in that the second series of three panels (22-24) comprises a rectangular central panel (23) and two trapezoidal lateral panels (22, 24) comprising an outer edge (35, 36) running at least in part at an angle in the direction of the second series of flaps (27), in directions parallel to the facing inner edges of the first trapezoidal sections (13, 15) when the third fold lines (25) of the second blank (10) are aligned or substantially aligned with the first fold lines (17) of the first blank (9),
and in that the two blanks (9, 10) are glued one to the other at the facing inner and outer edges of the trapezoidal sections and panels (22, 24, 13, 15) when the perforated fold line (31) and the fourth fold lines (28) are aligned or substantially aligned. - Box according to claim 11, characterised in that the first blank (9) is fixed to the exterior of the second blank (10).
- Box according to claim 12, characterised in that the first blank (9) is fixed to the interior of the second blank (10).
- Box according to any one of claims 11 to 13, characterised
in that it is formed by winding said blanks (9, 10) around a volume of predetermined dimensions, and
in that the third fold lines (25) of the second blank (10) are substantially aligned with the first fold lines (17) of the first blank (9), said third fold lines (25) comprising in the base part a cut, crushed or pierced portion facing the corresponding first fold line. - Box according to claim 14, characterised in that it is formed by winding said blanks (9, 10) around a volume of predetermined dimensions,
the third fold lines (25) of the second blank (10) being aligned with the first fold lines of the facing first blank (9) and the panels being glued and the glued joints being arranged to allow the sliding of the panels over the corresponding sections. - Box according to claim 14, characterised in that it is formed by winding
said blanks (9, 10) around a volume of predetermined dimensions, the portion or portions of the third fold lines facing the first fold lines being crushed or cut. - Box according to claim 15, characterised in that it is formed folded/joined, the portion or portions of third fold lines (25) facing the first fold lines (17) being pierced.
- Box according to any one of claims 11 to 17, characterised in that the thickness of the cardboard of the base is different to that of the cardboard of the top.
- Box according to any one of claims 11 to 18, characterised in that the cut, pierced or crushed portions extend upwards over a length slightly greater than the height of the central section (14) of the first blank.
- Box according to any one of claims 11 to 19, characterised in that the first blank (9) has eight sections, namely four main sections separated from one another by intermediate sections suitable to form cut corners of the box.
- Method for production of a packing box with a polygonal section from two blanks of cardboard or corrugated cardboard sheet material according to any one of claims 11 to 20, characterised in that the two blanks (9, 10) are cut from a same workpiece, the two blanks are offset one in relation to the other to superpose them partly and they are glued one to the other at the facing inner and outer edges of the trapezoidal sections and panels when the perforated fold line (31) and the fourth fold lines (28) are aligned or substantially aligned.
- Method according to claim 21, characterised in that the tab (16) of the first blank (9) is folded and glued to the second blank.
- Method according to claim 21, characterised in that the set of blanks secured by gluing is wrapped around a mandrel.
