Claims (13)

  1. Machine de traitement de composants (2) réalisés en bois ou autres matériaux similaires, la machine comprenant une base allongée (3) qui s'étend dans une première direction (4) et comprend une cavité allongée (7), qui s'étend dans la première direction (4), s'ouvre longitudinalement dans la première direction (4) en correspondance au moins avec l'une de ses extrémités, et s'ouvre vers l'extérieur en correspondance avec une surface supérieure (5) de la base (3) ; un pont roulant (8) qui s'étend au-dessus de la base (3) dans une deuxième direction (11) transversale à la première direction (4), est muni d'au moins une première tête de travail (12), et est mobile le long de la base (3) dans la première direction (4) ; une pluralité de dispositifs de verrouillage (19) montés sur la surface supérieure (5) pour maintenir au moins un composant (2) à traiter ; et une deuxième tête de travail (30, 34) ; et étant caractérisée en ce que la cavité (7) est munie d'un guide (23), qui s'étend le long de la cavité (7) dans la première direction (4), et est engagée en coulissement par la deuxième tête de travail (30, 34).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le guide (23) fait saillie à l'extérieur de la base (3) dans la première direction (4).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la deuxième tête de travail (30, 34) comprend une unité d'usinage (30) et/ou une unité d'usinage/perçage (34).
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle l'unité d'usinage/perçage (34) comprend une pluralité de d'outils d'usinage/perçage (37) avec une distance centrale variable.
  5. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et comprenant en outre un dispositif d'alimentation (22) pour enlever chaque composant (2) des dispositifs de verrouillage relatifs (19) et/ou introduire chaque élément (2) aux dispositifs de verrouillage relatifs (19), le dispositif d'alimentation (22) étant mobile le long de la cavité (7) dans la première direction (4).
  6. Machine selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le guide (23) est engagé en coulissement par le dispositif d'alimentation (22), et fait saillie à l'extérieur des deux extrémités de la cavité (7) dans la première direction (4).
  7. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les dispositifs de verrouillage (19) comprennent au moins deux groupes (16a, 16b) d'étaux de serrage (19) montés sur la base (3) sur des côtés opposés de la cavité (7) dans la deuxième direction (11).
  8. Machine selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle les étaux de serrage (19) sont mobiles, par rapport à la base (3), dans la deuxième direction (11).
  9. Machine selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans laquelle la deuxième tête de travail (30, 34) comprend une unité d'usinage/perçage (34) comprenant à son tour un groupe d'outils d'usinage/perçage (37) faisant face à chaque groupe (16a, 16b) d'étaux de serrage (19).
  10. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la deuxième tête de travail (30, 34) est mobile dans une troisième direction (14) sensiblement orthogonale auxdites première et deuxième directions (4, 11).
  11. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre un pare-éclats (39) engagé en coulissement dans ledit guide (23).
  12. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 et comprenant en outre un pare-éclats (39) monté sur le pont roulant (8).
  13. Machine selon les revendications 11 ou 12, dans laquelle le pare-éclats (39) est mobile dans une troisième direction (14) sensiblement orthogonale auxdites première et deuxième directions (4, 11).
