The invention relates to a watercraft with a watercraft lift or a watercraft staircase according to the preamble of the first claim.

The invention is based on the object in a vessel equipped with a watercraft lift or watercraft stairs and a movable buoyancy body fuselage element to connect both so that on the one hand the hull of the vessel is extended, on the other hand, the buoyancy body hull element supports the watercraft lift or the watercraft stairs with its buoyancy. In addition, trim of the craft when loaded at the stern is also enhanced by the added static or dynamic buoyancy without compromising the path for lowering the watercraft lift or the watercraft stairway by folding the buoyant body hull member away.
Watercraft lifts are becoming more and more popular, as they allow dinghies and jet skis to be taken in elegantly and efficiently, or they can be launched simply and easily. In addition, such lifts or a corresponding lowerable stairs are also used for people like, especially in larger yachts, where the way from board to or from the water means appropriate distances.
The photographs of dinghies overhanging the stern of the vessel are a burden for the watercraft mirror and also leads to a whitewash of the entire vessel, as well as the parking position of a weighty dinghy outside the rear of an extremely unfavorable weight distribution for the entire vessel, especially during the acceleration until the sliding phase and at the same time a permanent load on the tail structure, especially in waves due to the fluctuating dynamic forces, which triggers such a dinghy and the lift itself at this exposed point.
The invention solves several points of conflict in that the watercraft lift below the platform has a corresponding rotatably mounted buoyancy body hull attached to the stern of the craft, which extends downstream and thus advantageously below the platform, with the platform and the buoyant body body connected together by a connecting means, thus the load on the transom is reduced or eliminated by the buoyancy of the buoyant body hull element. This additionally ensures that not the entire weight of the lift the Liftbefestigungsträgem the tail part loads, but a part of the load on the attachment to the trunk end, respectively. rotatably mounted on the lower rear part of the vessel buoyancy body hull element, this is additionally supported there. In particular, in swell or wave jumping forces occur at the rear of the vessel, which in addition by means of the buoyancy body hull element in the lower part of the rear, respectively. Fuselage are introduced and thus leads to a distribution of the forces acting.
If the lift can not be raised due to a technical defect, this is done elegantly by means of the buoyancy force previously set by the shipyard on the buoyant body hull element, which is advantageously higher than the weight of the lift or stairs, so that the lift platform or stairs lift over the waterline, until it can be locked up.
Due to the static and dynamic buoyancy of the buoyant body hull element, the watercraft with the stern does not hang so deep in the water, which otherwise leads to an unsightly trim position of the watercraft. By substitution of the connecting means by a working cylinder, the trim of the watercraft itself can be adjusted at any time and precisely with the buoyant body hull element while driving. Correct trimming is not only a visual concern, but also significantly improves the speed of the vessel, reduces fuel consumption and makes the hull of the vessel softer into the waves.
All these technical and hydrodynamic advantages due to the buoyant body hull element in no way limit the stroke of the watercraft lift or the watercraft stairs, as this is folded away as needed.
According to the invention, this is achieved by the features of the first claim.
The essence of the invention is to support a buoyancy body hull rotatably mounted at the stern of a craft and mechanically connected to a watercraft lift or watercraft stairway to support the watercraft lift or watercraft staircase at the tail end by a static and dynamic buoyancy, thereby enhancing the trim of the craft thereby restricting the stroke of the watercraft lift or watercraft stairs by the buoyancy body fuselage element is folded away when needed.

An der Plattform ist das Verbindungsmittel 8 angebracht, welches mit dem Rumpfelement 7 verbunden ist und beim Absenken der Plattform 3 das Rumpfelement 7 damit weg- resp. nach unten klappt und somit den Hubweg H für die Plattform 3 elegant freigibt.shows a schematic side view of a stern 1 of awatercraft 1 a with a mounted thereonwatercraft lift 2, consisting of aplatform 3 to which aSchwenkarmsatz 4, consisting of the 4a, 4b and mounted in the form of a parallelogram, which rotatably mounted on apivot arms bracket 5 is attached and theconsole 5 is fastened to the rear 1. Details such as bearings and the like are hidden as well as the active cylinder for the raising and lowering of theplatform 3. Thefuselage bottom 1b with the uprising is only hinted at here and the upclose of thefuselage element 7 is hidden. At the rear 1, the rotatably mounted, by means of a hinge means 6,hull element 7 is attached. Thewatercraft lift 2 and thefuselage element 7 are connected to a connectingmeans 8 rotatably connected to each other by means of thestorage 8a.
The rotatably mountedbody member 7 has a buoyancy body with a static buoyancy, as long as thewatercraft 1 a rests in the water and has a dynamic buoyancy, when thewatercraft 1a drives, respectively. up to a certain driving speed. Thehull element 7 can also be mounted in a version without buoyancy, so that it initially similar to a very large trim flap acts, ie no buoyancy generated at rest, but provides a dynamic buoyancy while driving and new, again generated at high speed no buoyancy, the latter For example, by means of a gradation 9 in thefuselage element 7 is achieved.
By pivoting theSchwenkarmsatzes 4 moves theplatform 3 upon actuation of a force downwards as indicated by arrow H. In order to secure sufficient space for thefuselage element 7 or other technical means at the rear of theplatform 1 runs onrails 10 according to arrow L, which positively controlled, eg by means of a push rod which is mounted betweenconsole 5 andplatform 3, or theplatform 3 shifts horizontally by activating a hydraulic or electric cylinder. On the platform, the connectingmeans 8 is attached, which is connected to thefuselage element 7 and when lowering theplatform 3, thefuselage element 7 weg- resp. works down and thus elegantly releases the stroke H for theplatform 3. - Fig. 2Fig. 2
-
Ist die Wasserfahrzeugtreppe 11 nicht über den Gesamtbereich des Wasserfahrzeuges 1a montiert, sondern nur in einem Teilbereich, so kann ein Wirkzylinder 7, welcher die Wasserfahrzeugtreppe 11 heben und senken lässt, gemäss Pfeil HT, direkt zwischen Wasserfahrzeugtreppe 11 und Heck befestigt werden.shows a schematic side view of a stern 1 with an attachedwatercraft staircase 11 which serves as aplatform 3 in the horizontal and can be pivoted downwards at the joint 12 and thus serves as a staircase by the footsteps are rotated horizontally, always in the horizontal position remain, which advantageously requires twojoints 12 at the rear 1. Otherwise, 3 recesses are mounted in the platform, which form fixedstairs 13. So that thestairs 13 are not exposed in the horizontal, they can be made accessible by asuitable cover 15. By means of acover hinge 14, the walk-in cover 15 according to arrow T manually or by means of active cylinder orspecific gas spring 14a, also blockable, by means of the 14b and 14c Unlock line be unfolded. Theunlock button cover 15 may, for example, haveinternal stairs 16 and when fully extended to position A, allow even more comfortable access to the water. Half unfolded, eg in position B, and locked with means such as by means of a blockable, ieunlockable gas spring 14a, and without or only partially formed with theinner stairs 16, the rest of it equipped with a flat, non-slip surface, forms the inside thecover 15 an additional platform under water. The cover hinge 14 can also be mounted laterally on thewatercraft stairs 11 and thus thecover 15 are folded laterally, so that theinner stairs 16 together with thestairs 13, a wider, but less long stairs forms, which also - especially against wave shock - can be locked ,
Under thewatercraft staircase 11 is thebody member 7, fixed by means of a hinge means 6 at the rear 1, which is forcibly folded by the connectingmeans 8 in the lowering of thewatercraft stairs 11 in lockstep and this is the stroke HT of thewatercraft staircase 11 thus not in the way. If thefuselage element 7 at the same time a static buoyancy means, this stabilizes thewatercraft 1a from excessive heeling when entering thewatercraft stairs 11, this should not be placed centrally on thetail 1.
Not shown is a cord, which allows the retrieval of thecover 15 to which a hinged rod is attached and thus additionally as a handrail can be used.
If thewatercraft staircase 11 is not mounted over the entire area of thewatercraft 1a, but only in a partial area, then aneffective cylinder 7, which can raise and lower thewatercraft staircase 11, can be fixed directly between thewatercraft staircase 11 and the rear, according to the arrow HT. - Fig.2a2a

unlock button 14 b, which has a time delay mechanism 35 for alockable gas spring 14 a, which can be unlocked when needed and automatically locked again after a desired time. The unlocking of alockable gas spring 14a is normally carried out via apusher 36 and therelease line 14c, which here triggers a valve, not shown, in the releasablegas pressure spring 14a. The time delay mechanism 35, which is attached to the unlock key 14b housing, not shown, and engages thetransmission lever 41, includes a liquid-filled, e.g. Oil or silicone or similar liquid, a rotatably mountedbrake cylinder 37 with apiston 38 and apressure spring 39 placed therein is now pulled on thelever button 40 according to arrow R, thepusher 36 is activated via thetransmission lever 41 andhinge pin 42. When releasing thelever button 40, this will not immediately fall back to its original position on thecompression spring 39, but is slowly returned, braked by thepiston 39 which has a recess or a hole pattern, so that the liquid trapped therein only slowly from one piston chamber into the other can flow. Thus, thepusher 36 is pressed over a certain time axis, whereby the releasablegas pressure spring 14a remains unlocked over this time. - Fig.3Figure 3

Das Hochklappen des Rumpfelementes 7 wird durch diese Drehbefestigungsart limitiert.shows a schematic side view of a stern 1 with an attached

The pivotal mounting means of the upstream hinge means 6a is used in the case of the platform 3 a very large stroke H moves or and thefuselage element 7 is designed such that it would come betweenbody element 7 and the lowering of theplatform 3 to collision. By the displacement of the hinge means 6 from the rear 1 further forward in the direction of travel of thewatercraft 1a under thewatercraft body 1b, is made room by the modified kinematics, so that by means of the connectingmeans 8 between theplatform 3 andfuselage element 7, the latter so folds down that the entire stroke H of theplatform 3 is ensured. The folding up of thefuselage element 7 is limited by this Drehbefestigungsart. - Fig. 4aFig. 4a

watercraft lift 2 and a rotatably mountedfuselage element 7, and a connectingmeans 8 betweenplatform 3 andfuselage element 7, and anactive cylinder 17a which acts on thepivot arm 4b and thereby supported on the rear 1. Theactive cylinder 17a thus also acts on thehull element 7 via the connectingmeans 8. Theactive cylinder 17a can be operated hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically. A special position is the application of agas spring 14a, in particular a lockable, which is activated by theunlock key 14b and the weight of a person needs to thewatercraft lift 2 or thewatercraft stairs 11 to move down. Conversely, no person on thewatercraft lift 2, resp.Watercraft stairs 11 are to raise them again, this is done solely by the retraction of the piston of the gas-filled cylinder of thegas spring 14a. Instead of having attached as usual a movable platform without solid ground on thetail 1, a buoyancy force F1 is generated by means of thefuselage element 7, which acts against the weight F2 of thewatercraft lift 2 and thus positively supports the trim of thewatercraft 1a. In addition, should z. For example, if the hydraulic system does not want to work and the platform has previously been driven downwards, theplatform 3 can be pushed upwards by means of the buoyancy of thefuselage element 7, transmitted through the connection means 8 until it automatically engages at its destination and locked, for which function theactive cylinder 17a, b must first be switched without pressure. If theplatform 3 occupied by a tender, so is a high load on theconsole 5, resp. to observe at the rear 1, wherein by means of thebody member 7, the load on theconsole 5 can be optimally reduced. Even with a permanently mountedplatform 3 directly on thevessel 1a, thetail 1 is relieved by means of thebuoyant body element 7 and can thus also be used only as a pure dynamic trim element or and assume a passive trim function in the rest position of thewatercraft 1a, especially if in this large engines are housed in the rear area. - Fig. 4bFig. 4b

Wenn der Wirkzylinder 17b ausfährt, wird das Rumpfelement 7 nach unten gedrückt und, mittels des Verbindungsmittels 8 zwischen Rumpfelement 7 und Plattform 3, wird letzteres nach unten gezogen und hat dieselbe Funktion wie ein üblicher Wasserfahrzeuglifts 2 mit seinem Hubweg H. Diese Konfiguration ist selbstverständlich auch für die Wasserfahrzeugtreppe 11 anwendbar.shows a schematic side view of a stern 1 with an attached

When theaction cylinder 17b extends, thebody member 7 is pushed down and, by means of the connection means 8 between thebody member 7 andplatform 3, the latter is pulled down and has the same function as aconventional watercraft lift 2 with its stroke H. zeigt eine schematische Seitenansicht eines Hecks 1 mit einem daran befestigten Wasserfahrzeuglift 2 und einem drehgelagerten Rumpfelement 7, sowie einem Verbindungsmittel 8 zwischen Plattform 3 und Rumpfelement 7, sowie einem Verbindungszylinder 18 welcher anstelle des Verbindungsmittel 8 eingebaut wird.
watercraft lift 2 and a rotatably mountedhull element 7, and a connectingmeans 8 betweenplatform 3 andfuselage element 7, and a connectingcylinder 18 which is installed instead of the connectingmeans 8. The function of the rotatably mounted connection betweenplatform 3 andfuselage element 7 remains, except that in this configuration, in which theactive cylinder 17a engages thepivot arm 4b and thus thewatercraft lift 2 is firmly clamped, the connectingcylinder 18 can be separately retracted and extended thehull element 7 exercise its own trim tab function. This covers all the advantages of a standard trim flap. If thewatercraft lift 2 to be driven down, is detected by means of position detection and control via anelectronic means 19 and asensor 20, the connectingcylinder 18 again moved to its predetermined starting position, eg halfway or between fully or half extended position, detected by theSensor 20a. Then, thewatercraft lift 2 can only come into action. Also, by means of theelectronic means 19, thehull element 7 at high speed, detected by thespeed sensor 21, such as GPS or dynamic pressure or engine speed and the like, completely, that is powered up, so that at the bottom of thehull element 7, the water flow no Coanda effect are generated can and therefore the Water flow is completely detached and the harmful frictional forces do not continue to occur. - Fig.6Figure 6

watercraft lift 2 and a rotatably mountedfuselage element 7, and a connectingmeans 8 betweenplatform 3 andfuselage element 7, and astroke stop 22a between thefuselage element 7 andplatform 3. This relieves the connectingmeans 8 or the connecting cylinder 18th In pressure surges which otherwise act permanently on the connectingelement 8 in the swell of thefuselage element 7 and ultimately on theplatform 3. In order to avoid these pressure surges, instead of theHubanschlages 22a or in addition, theHubanschlag 22b betweenhull element 7 and rear 1 are attached. Thestroke stop 22b may be designed to be fixed or variable, so that it does not restrict the connectingcylinder 18, this should raise thebody member 7 so that it completely frees itself from the damaging from a certain speed flow resistance. The strongest forces occurring in the swell are thus, apart from thehull element 7, received by thestroke stop 22b and rear 1, the connectingmeans 8, respectively. the connectingcylinder 18 are thus only a spacer between theplatform 3 and thefuselage element 7. - Fig. 7Fig. 7

Wird an der Plattform 3 keine Auslenklagerung 23 gewünscht, so kann der Versatz x am Rumpfelement 7 mittels eines hier nicht gezeigten Seitenschiebers oder ähnlichem kompensiert werden.shows a schematic rear view of a stern 1 with an attached
watercraft lift 2 and a rotatably mountedfuselage element 7 by means of the hinge means 6, and a connectingmeans 8, which has a Auslenklagerung 23 at both ends, e.g. by means of a universal joint or ball joint, so that when folding theinclined body element 7 relative to thehorizontal platform 3, this leads to a geometric offset x, but theAuslenklagerung 23 takes this fact into account and thus the resulting lateral deflection of the connecting means 8 tracks. If no deflection bearing 23 is desired on theplatform 3, then the offset x on thebody element 7 can be compensated by means of a lateral slide or the like, which is not shown here. - Fig. 8Fig. 8

The angle z should correspond approximately to the acceleration of thefuselage bottom 1b, which leads to a considerable reduction of the offset x on thefuselage element 7. Of course, thehinge angle element 24 may be an integrated molded part in thevessel 1a and would then be omitted as a separate part. - Fig. 9Fig. 9

Je nach Wasserfahrzeugtyp und Aufgabenstellung, kann die Stufung in einem rechten Winkel 9a zur Strömung ausgerichtet sein, oder in einem schrägen Winkel 9b, oder in einer nicht gradlinigen Form 9c.shows a) a schematic side view of a rotatably mountedfuselage element 7 with a gradation 9, so that at low to medium speed, the bottom 25a, b of thefuselage element 7 is flowed through by the water and thus generates a dynamic buoyancy. At higher speed, the flow travels at the step 9, the bottom 25a continues to provide buoyancy and thus supports via the connectingmeans 8 orstroke stop 22a theplatform 3, while the bottom 25 b is no longer flowed and thus generates no frictional resistance. By raising the height of thehull element 7 at the stern 1, thebottom 25a can be released from the flow at a predetermined speed by the flow already tearing off at the stern 1.Fig. 9b shows the different configurations of the bottom 25a, b. Depending on the type of vessel and the task, the grading may be oriented atright angles 9a to the flow, or at anoblique angle 9b, or in anon-straight shape 9c. - Fig. 10Fig. 10

fuselage element 7, which has an entangledbottom 25c, ie the Aufkimmung in the front part of thehull element 7 is approximately identical to the Aufkimmung thefuselage bottom 1b of thewatercraft 1a, the Aufklimmung is increasingly reduced downstream. In particular, in aheavy watercraft 1 a would be in the transition phase from the displacement into the sliding phase a flat trim as possible advantage, ie with the least possible uplift to generate as much buoyancy in the rear area. This is achieved by means of the entanglement of the bottom 25 c of thefuselage element 7 in an ideal manner. The entanglement can also be achieved in multiple horizontal or slightly inclined longitudinal stages and does not necessarily have to be fluid. - Fig. 11Fig. 11

fuselage element 7 with afloodable chamber 26, which by means of apump 27 and thepipe 28, water can be pumped into thefuselage element 7 or out. The flooding of thefuselage element 7 leads to a stabilization of the watercraft lying atanchor 1a, because it makes this altogether heavier and thus lowers the entire hull of thewatercraft 1a and this circumstance in turn leads to a further stabilization of the vehicle. Another means for stabilizing a vehicle can be effected by means of alateral stabilizing plate 29 which acts like a slosh plate and dampens the rolling of thewatercraft 1a, as soon as thefuselage element 7 is folded down and the stabilizingplate 29 is located under the waterline WL over a large area. - Fig. 12Fig. 12

fuselage element 7 with an integratedtransverse radiator 30. Due to the fixed connection between thefuselage element 7 and the rear 1 by means of the hinge means 6, a shear-strongtransverse radiator 30 can be used, such. a standard transverse radiator or a jet propulsion with a suitably directed jet jet, without thereby exposing the swivel arm set 4 to a lateral force. Furthermore, aseparate trim flap 31 can be integrated into thefuselage element 7, in the case no connectingcylinder 18 is provided. In addition, the buoyancy-effective body element 7 has enough space to install therein alighting fixture 43, instead of cutting a hole in the hull of thewatercraft 1a and constantly having to take care of the tightness of the element. Furthermore, the exhaust gases of the engines are always an issue and the farther away from thetail 1 these are omitted, the more pleasant it is for the passengers on board awatercraft 1a, which is best achieved with theengine exhaust passage 32 through thebody member 7. Due to the hingedfuselage element 7, theexhaust hose 33 is divided into two or telescoped or designed as a bellows or the like. The hydraulic orelectrical leads 34 have a corresponding shape wave to compensate for the distance shift when folding.
