Die erste Vergussmasse V1 wird in das Gehäuse eingefüllt, in dem das mit dem Deckelteil 4 versehene Zwischenteil 5 mit seinem Lichtaustrittsbereich 6 kopfüber auf eine Vergussunterlage gestellt wird. Die Vergussunterlage enthält eine Strukturierung, so dass der Lichtaustrittsbereich 6 auf seiner Außenfläche mit einer Lichtauskoppelstruktur versehen wird. Die zweite Vergussmasse V2 weist eine vergleichsweise geringe Härte auf und ist klar transparent. Die zweite Vergussmasse V2 umschließt die Leiterplatte 2 mit den darauf angeordneten Bauteilen, wie Leuchtmittel 1, Steuerungseinrichtung usw. vollkommen, so dass eine Entkopplung der Leiterplatte 2 gegenüber dem Auftreten von mechanischen Belastungen gewährleistet ist.
