- the friction forces which occur at the respective contact surfaces of these closure components relative to one another or to other elements of the closure device or the diverter can make it considerably more difficult to set the diverter.
- the DE-C-195 02 105 proposed to provide the sliding surfaces of a closure clip of a Steilzungen closure device with a coating of molybdenum.
- molybdenum coatings can generally be formed only very thin, for example, too tight a setting of the closure device lead to wear of the coating, whereby the actuating forces are increased due to increased frictional resistance and thus relubrication of the closure clip is required.
- the invention has for its object to provide a reliable and stable closure component for a positioning latches closure device for points that provides high wear resistance and good sliding properties to reduce the restoring forces. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a long-life and easy-maintenance lug closure device and a shunt with such a luer lock device.

- a material having high strength and material elasticity may be selected so as to reduce the vulnerability of the fastener component and to ensure a long life of the fastener device.
- a material having better sliding properties is used, so that the frictional forces generated at the sliding contact surfaces of the closure component can be kept low, resulting in reduced wear of the component and low required actuating forces when using the closure device. Since the need for regular lubrication of the closure component thus eliminated, also the maintenance is considerably simplified.
- the closure component may optionally be provided with the coating only at the portions where it is in sliding contact with at least one other element of the setting tongue closure device and / or the switch, or over its entire surface.

Since the use of the closure component only their sliding properties at the respective contact surfaces for the operation of the closure device of importance, both embodiments offer to the same extent the above-described advantageous effects of the invention.
- the coating is applied to the closure component core by build-up welding, a reliable and stable connection of these two elements is ensured even under increased requirements, such as large forces acting on the elements.
- build-up welding is a simple and reliable technique that requires virtually no dimensional or structural limitations of the coating and component core. For example, the thickness of the coating is freely selectable over a wide range.
- build-up welding enables fast, uncomplicated and cost-effective production of the closure component.
- the material of the job-welded coating is a plain bearing material, namely an aluminum bronze.
- Sliding bearing materials have good sliding properties and can be easily and reliably applied to a closure component core by build-up welding. Since according to the invention, only the coating of the closure component consists of a plain bearing material, the component can also be produced inexpensively.

- the slide rod is constructed as a closure component according to the invention and is slidably on a support with a flat support surface.
- Such a construction of the locking tab lock device allows the slide bar to be displaced relative to the low friction support.
- this configuration over embodiments of the closure device, which use rollers as a support for the slide bar, the advantage that the bearing surface between rod and support, since it is flat, is significantly increased. The support is thereby not in the closure of the locking tongues closure device in the Push rod support side pressed, as it may be the case with Rollenauflagern, which bear only a line contact on the slide rod.
- the support surface of the support may consist of a plain bearing material, which leads to a further reduction of the friction between the slide rod and the bearing surface.

- Fig. 1 shows a cross section through the Stellzonne-closure device according to the invention. As is clear from the position of the positioning tongue 12 to the adjacent stock rail 10, the closure device is in the locked, closed state.
- the control of the switch follows via the slide rod 14, which can be performed in a hollow sleeper (not shown).
- the slider rods 14 is guided between the forked ends of a forged tongue block 18 on the one hand and the forked ends of the locking clip 16.
- the slider bar 14 rolls on a guide roller 20 which is pushed onto a pin 24, or slides alternatively via a bearing bearing surface made of a plain bearing material.

Description
The invention relates to a closure component for a setting tongue closing device for switches, a positioning tongue closure device with such a closure component and a switch with such a locking device.
Post-closure devices typically include multiple closure components, such as, for example Closures, pusher bars, closure clips, tongue plungers, etc., which at least partially interact or cooperate with one another during operation of the closure device and move relative to one another. The friction forces which occur at the respective contact surfaces of these closure components relative to one another or to other elements of the closure device or the diverter can make it considerably more difficult to set the diverter. Furthermore, the occurrence of such a friction, in particular due to the high forces acting on the closure device when placing the switch, and the required frequency of actuation of the device, can lead to rapid wear of the closure components and thus to a possible malfunction of the closure device , In order to prevent such wear and reduce the required actuating forces, it is necessary to lubricate the corresponding contact surfaces of the closure components with suitable lubricants, but this requires a regular and expensive maintenance of the closure device required.
Furthermore, it is known in the art to make the moving closure components of a locking tab closure device entirely from a plain bearing material, such as aluminum bronze, for ease of sliding to improve the components. However, such an approach is very costly. In addition, aluminum bronze fasteners, in particular, are generally formed as castings having lower strength and material elasticity than, for example, forgings, which can lead to increased frequency of damage.
The invention has for its object to provide a reliable and stable closure component for a positioning latches closure device for points that provides high wear resistance and good sliding properties to reduce the restoring forces. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a long-life and easy-maintenance lug closure device and a shunt with such a luer lock device.
This object is achieved by a closure component having the features of claim 1, by a locking tongue closure device having the features of claim 5 and by a switch with the features of
The closure component for a turnout closing device for switches according to the invention comprises the features of claim 1. Of the The term "sliding properties" (sliding behavior, sliding friction) here denotes the suitability of the coating material to slide along a, for example metallic, material when it is in contact with it (pressure contact). A coating material with better sliding properties in such a sliding movement has a lower friction than a material with poorer sliding properties, so that less force is required to carry out the movement.
Since a different material is used for the closure component core than for the coating, the respective material properties can be adjusted independently of one another specifically to the requirements in the operation of the positioning tong closure device. For example, for the component core, a material having high strength and material elasticity may be selected so as to reduce the vulnerability of the fastener component and to ensure a long life of the fastener device. As the coating material, a material having better sliding properties is used, so that the frictional forces generated at the sliding contact surfaces of the closure component can be kept low, resulting in reduced wear of the component and low required actuating forces when using the closure device. Since the need for regular lubrication of the closure component thus eliminated, also the maintenance is considerably simplified.
For example, the closure component may optionally be provided with the coating only at the portions where it is in sliding contact with at least one other element of the setting tongue closure device and / or the switch, or over its entire surface. In the former case, a smaller amount of the coating material is needed, which may reduce the cost of the closure component, while in the latter case may simplify the manufacture of the component becomes. Since the use of the closure component only their sliding properties at the respective contact surfaces for the operation of the closure device of importance, both embodiments offer to the same extent the above-described advantageous effects of the invention.
Since the coating is applied to the closure component core by build-up welding, a reliable and stable connection of these two elements is ensured even under increased requirements, such as large forces acting on the elements. In addition, build-up welding is a simple and reliable technique that requires virtually no dimensional or structural limitations of the coating and component core. For example, the thickness of the coating is freely selectable over a wide range. In addition, build-up welding enables fast, uncomplicated and cost-effective production of the closure component.
The material of the job-welded coating is a plain bearing material, namely an aluminum bronze. Sliding bearing materials have good sliding properties and can be easily and reliably applied to a closure component core by build-up welding. Since according to the invention, only the coating of the closure component consists of a plain bearing material, the component can also be produced inexpensively.
The closure component according to the invention may be, for example, a closure box or a closure piece or a slider rod or a slider rod part or a closure clip or a clip or a reed clip (tongue block). These elements are usually in sliding contact with each other and / or with other elements of the Stellzungen-closure device and / or the switch and in the operation of the Stellzungen-closure device and thus exposed to high wear. In addition, poor sliding properties of these elements, ie high frictional forces on the contact surfaces with other parts, can lead to a considerable increase in the required actuating forces during operation of the closure device. The above-described effects of the invention can thus be used particularly advantageously in these closure components. Furthermore, the closure component according to the invention may be a component which fulfills the function of one or more of the above-mentioned elements.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the closure component core is made of a hard metal, preferably steel. This allows a particularly stable and robust construction of the closure component and thus ensures a long life of the positioning tab closure device. For example, it is particularly advantageous to combine a steel closure component core with a coating of aluminum bronze. These two materials can be reliably and simply joined together by build-up welding and offer a closure component with a high degree of stability and very good sliding properties.
In addition, the closure component core may be a forging, such as a steel forgings. For example, forgings have higher strength and material elasticity over castings, whereby a reduction in the susceptibility or frequency of closure component can be achieved.
A turntable closing device for turnouts according to the invention comprises at least one closure component as described above and thus offers the above-described advantageous effects of the invention, such as a high wear resistance, a long life, low required restoring forces and a simple maintenance. If the positioning tab closure device comprises a plurality of closure components according to the invention, the various components may comprise identical or different coating materials of urd or core materials. Here, the choice of materials, in particular of the coating targeted to the respective element or the respective elements of the Stellzungen-closure device and / or the switch, with which / which the corresponding closure component is in sliding contact, are tuned. In the case of two or more closure components which are in sliding contact with one another, it is particularly advantageous if they are each constructed in accordance with the invention and consequently have an application-welded coating with better sliding properties to one another at least at the contact surfaces. In this way, the frictional forces between the components are minimized, which results in a further reduction of the actuating forces and extension of the life of the locking latch device.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the locking device comprises a locking element for locking a positioning tongue and a slider rod, which cooperates with the closure element, wherein the closure element and / or the slide rod is a closure component according to the invention. Preferably, both the closure element and the slide rod are constructed according to the invention. Such a construction of the closure device offers the further advantages already described in detail above. The closure member may be, for example, a closure clip or the like.
Further, the post-closure device according to the invention may include a closure member (locking clip) for locking a positioning tab, a pusher rod cooperating with the closure member, and a fastener attached to a stock rail of the switches comprising, wherein the closure element and / or the slider rod and / or the closure piece is a closure component according to the invention. Preferably, at least two, more preferably all three, of these closure components are constructed in accordance with the invention, whereby the further advantages set forth above can be achieved.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the locking tongue closure device comprises a closure element (locking clip) for locking a positioning tongue, a slider rod cooperating with the closure element, a closure piece attached to a stock rail of the switch and a tongue block connected to the positioning tongue and the closure element Closure element and / or the slide rod and / or the closure piece and / or the tongue block is a closure component according to the invention. Preferably, at least two, particularly preferably at least three and better still all four of these closure components are constructed in accordance with the invention. In this way, the further advantages described in detail above can be achieved.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the slide rod is constructed as a closure component according to the invention and is slidably on a support with a flat support surface. Such a construction of the locking tab lock device allows the slide bar to be displaced relative to the low friction support. Furthermore, this configuration over embodiments of the closure device, which use rollers as a support for the slide bar, the advantage that the bearing surface between rod and support, since it is flat, is significantly increased. The support is thereby not in the closure of the locking tongues closure device in the Push rod support side pressed, as it may be the case with Rollenauflagern, which bear only a line contact on the slide rod. In the case of the shutter device according to this embodiment, since such indentation, which can result in considerable and lasting damage to the slider rod, is reliably prevented, the wear resistance and the life of the shutter device can be further increased. The support surface of the support may consist of a plain bearing material, which leads to a further reduction of the friction between the slide rod and the bearing surface. Here, the order-welded coating of the slide rod may consist of the same plain bearing material as the bearing surface of the support.
A switch according to the invention comprises a locking tongue closure device according to the invention as described above and thus offers the above-described advantageous effects of the invention, such as a high wear resistance, a long life, low required restoring forces and easy maintenance. When using such a switch in a rail network, the risk of an accident caused by a switch malfunction is also significantly reduced.

The simultaneous control of the two switch closures is done by two equal slide rod halves 14, which are connected via a e.g. insulated connecting

The control of the switch follows via the

In the opposite case, the
