Bei der Schieberstange 14, der Verschlussklammer 16, dem Zungenkloben 18 und dem Verschlussstück 22 gemäß der gezeigten Ausführungsform ist jeweils eine Beschichtung aus Aluminiumbronze auf den Gleitkontaktabschnitten eines als Stahlschmiedestück ausgebildeten Komponentenkerns auftragsgeschweißt. Die Dicke der Beschichtung liegt im Bereich von 1-5 mm. Somit können die bei Betrieb der Stellzungen-Verschlussvorrichtung zwischen diesen Verschlusskomponenten auftretenden Reibungskräfte minimiert werden, was zu einer hohen Verschleißfestigkeit der Komponenten und somit zu einer langen Lebensdauer der Verschlussvorrichtung sowie geringen erforderlichen Stellkräften führt.     the interlocking component (14, 16, 18, 22) has, in at least sections at which it is in sliding contact with at least one other element of the tongue interlocking device and/or the switch, a metal coating which is built-up welded to a core of the interlocking component (14, 16, 18, 22), wherein
    a material of the built-up welded coating has better sliding properties than a material of the interlocking component core, the material of the built-up welded coating is an aluminium bronze and the thickness of the built-up welded coating is within the range from 1 to 5 mm.
  2. Interlocking component (14, 16, 18, 22) according to claim 1, wherein the interlocking component is an interlocking box or an interlocking piece (22) or a slide rod (14) or a slide rod portion or an interlocking clamp (16) or a clamp or a switch tongue attachment (18).
  3. Interlocking component (14, 16, 18, 22) according to claim 1 or 2, in which the interlocking component core is made of steel.
  4. Interlocking component (14, 16, 18, 22) according to any of the preceding claims, in which the interlocking component core is a forging.
