Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for pumping gaseous suspensions, in particular pulp suspensions, with a fluidizing rotor with one or more blades and a pump impeller and a discharge nozzle, wherein the fluidizing rotor is arranged in the suction nozzle of the pump and having a hub, wherein the fluidizing rotor at the inlet end in the center is free and the wings act freely without stiffening or connection with each other.
- Such a device is from the U.S. 4,637,779 known.
- the US 5 039 320 and US Pat. No. 5,615,997 show fluidizing rotors in which at the outer end for stiffening between the wings a connection is created, which further comprise a bearing bushing. Here, the cross-section is greatly restricted and leads through the fibers very easily to blockages.
- the US 5 087 171 shows an apparatus with attached rotors that do not reach into the suction nozzle, the hub extends to the end of the suction nozzle. As a result, gas can neither be removed nor extracted from the pump without additional equipment.
- the present invention seeks to remedy the above disadvantages and thus to save an additional unit while maintaining the stability of the fluidizing rotor.
- An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that the fluidization rotor protrudes beyond the suction port of the pump. As a result, the suspension to be pumped can be more easily fed to the suction nozzle.
- a favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the fluidizing rotor has wide wings, whereby an overlap of Saugstutzenqueritess of more than 40%, advantageously more than 60% is achieved.
- the fluidization rotor has four wings. Thus, a good power distribution can be achieved.
- the invention also relates to a rotor as defined in claim 6. Due to the feature that the surface of the vanes at the entrance end is arranged substantially perpendicular to the axis, the entry losses can be greatly reduced.
- the fluidization rotor has four wings.
- a good power distribution can be achieved.
- Fig. 1 shows a pump 1 with fluidizing rotor 2, which has a hub 3.
- the surfaces of the wings 5 are arranged perpendicular to the axis of the fluidizing rotor 2.
- the fluidizing rotor 2 is arranged in the suction port 6 of the pump 1, wherein the fluidized suspension, in particular pulp suspension, is conveyed by the impeller to the discharge port 7.
- the fluidizing rotor 2 extends beyond the suction nozzle 6, for example, into the container from which the suspension is pumped out to be and thereby enables the suspension easier the suction nozzle 6 can be supplied.
- the hub 3 of the fluidizing rotor 2 is fastened to the pump shaft 9 by means of a screw 8.
- Fig. 2 shows a Fluidleitersrotor 2 of the invention a pump 1.
- the Fluidmaschinesrotor 2 is free at the inlet end 4 in the center and the wings 5 freely act without stiffening or connection with each other.
- This free end has a free length F l , which extends from the end to the hub 3.
- the ratio of the free length of the fluidizing rotor Fl to the fluidizing rotor diameter Dr is between 0% and 75%, advantageously about 40%.
- This configuration results in a fluidization rotor 2, which is very stable and can be used for virtually all applications.
- Fig. 3 is a fluidizing rotor 2 according to the invention shown, in which very well the four wings 5 can be seen, which then converge in the hub 3 in the center and further promote the suspension, in particular pulp suspension in the discharge nozzle of the pump.
- the wings 5 also have a strength that ensures the necessary stability.
- the chosen design ensures, above all, that with gaseous suspensions, in particular gaseous fibrous suspensions, the gas is separated from the suspension at the wings and removed, so that a complex and cost-intensive vacuum pump can be dispensed with.

Description
US 4 637 779 bekannt.
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf den Fluidisierungsrotor darstellt. -
Fig. 2 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Fluidisierungsrotor 2 einer Pumpe 1. - In
