Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Elektrohandwerkzeug mit einer Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung nach der Gattung der unabhängigen Ansprüche.
- Es ist schon ein Elektrohandwerkzeug mit einer Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung bekannt. So ist unter anderem aus
EP 1 312 448 A1 ein Bohrhammer mit einer Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung bekannt, an dessen Maschinengehäuse ein Handgriff und ein Zusatzhandgriff derart angeordnet ist, dass der Handgriff und der Zusatzhandgriff über ein Zwischensegment verbunden sind, welches zur axialen Aufnahme eines Akkumulatorgehäuses der Akkumulatoreinheit vorgesehen ist. Der Zusatzhandgriff bildet zusammen mit dem Akkumulatorgehäuse und dem Zwischensegment einen Schutzbügel. Ein Bohrhammer stellt auf Grund seines recht hohen Leistungsbedarfs große Anforderungen an die Leistungsfähigkeit, insbesondere die Ladekapazität, der Akkumulatoreinheit. Diese Anforderungen haben zur Folge, dass die Akkumulatoreinheit einen nicht unerheblichen Bauraum in Anspruch nimmt. Die Größe und geometrische Form des Schutzbügels sind dabei in Folge im Wesentlichen durch die Abmessungen des Akkumulatorgehäuses der Akkumulatoreinheit bestimmt. - Weiterhin ist aus
US 3,952,239 ein Elektrowerkzeug mit einem bügelförmiger Handgriff bekannt. Der bügelförmige Handgriff weist eine Handgriffzone mit Betätigungselement für die Inbetriebnahme des zugehörigen Elektrohandwerkzeugs, wobei der bügelförmige Handgriff in seiner Gesamtheit als Wechselkomponente für den Betrieb an verschiedenen Werkzeugmodulen ausgelegt ist. Die Werkzeugmodule verfügen dabei selbst über keinen eigenen Handgriff, sondern sind zur Aufnahme des bügelförmigen Handgriffs vorbereitet. GemäßUS 3,952,239 umfasst der bügelförmige Handgriff einen Kopplungs- und Verriegelungsmechanismus zur Kopplung des bügelförmigen Handgriffs an ein Werkzeugmodul. Im bügelförmigen Handgriff sind weiters ein oder zwei Akkumulatorzellen einer Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung aufgenommen, welche das Werkzeugmodul mit elektrischer Energie versorgen. Die Akkumulator-basierte Energieversorgung gemäßUS 3,952,239 ist aber auf Grund der beschränkten Anzahl an Akkumulatorzellen in Ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit eingeschränkt. - Das erfindungsgemäße Elektrohandwerkzeug mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat den Vorteil, dass die Akkumulator-basierte Energieversorgung leicht gemäß dem Leistungsbedarf des Elektrohandwerkzeugs ausgelegt werden kann. Als weiteren Vorteil ist dabei anzusehen, dass die Anordnung der Akkumulatorzellen im Handgriff und Zusatzhandgriff die Handhabung des Elektrohandwerkzeugs begünstigt.
- Durch die in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführten Maßnahmen ergeben sich vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und Verbesserungen der im Hauptanspruch angegebenen Merkmale.
- In einer besonders leistungsfähigen Ausführung einer Akkumulator-basierte Energieversorgung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs ist im Handgriff eine gleiche oder größere Anzahl von Akkumulatorzellen aufgenommen als im Zusatzhandgriff.
- In einer besonders leichten und zugleich leistungsfähigen Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs sind mindestens vier Akkumulatorzellen vorgesehen.
- Sind im Handgriff und im Zusatzhandgriff jeweils die gleiche Anzahl von Akkumulatorzellen aufgenommen, so ist das erfindungsgemäße Elektrohandwerkzeug in seiner Handhabung besonders ausgewogen.
- Eine besonders günstige Bauform eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs wird durch die eine hintereinander liegende Anordnung der Akkumulatorzellen in einer ersten Ausrichtungsebene im Handgriff erzielt. Die Akkumulatorzellen im Zusatzhandgriff sind ebenfalls hintereinander liegend in einer zweiten Ausrichtungsebene im Zusatzhandgriff angeordnet. Für eine besonders günstige Griffhaltung des Handgriffs und des Zusatzhandgriffs sind die erste Ausrichtungsebene und die zweite Ausrichtungsebene unter mindestens einem von Null verschiedenen Winkel W1, insbesondere rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichtet. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführung ist die erste Ausrichtungsebene parallel zu einer Maschinenachse ausgerichtet. Die Maschinenachse ist dabei durch eine Einsteckrichtung eines Einsatzwerkzeugs in einen Werkzeughalter definiert. Der Werkzeughalter ist vorzugsweise an einem stirnseitigen Ende des Maschinengehäuses angeordnet.
- In einer besonders montagefreundlichen Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs sind die Akkumulatorzellen, welche im Handgriff und/oder Zusatzhandgriff aufgenommen sind, durch mindestens ein Halteelement zu einer Zellengruppe zusammengefasst sind. Das Halteelement dient insbesondere der Fixierung der Akkumulatorzellen im Handgriff und/oder Zusatzhandgriff. In einer fertigungsgerechten und montagefreundlichen Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs sind der Handgriff und der Zusatzhandgriff am Maschinengehäuse angeformt.
- In einer besonders bedienerfreundlichen Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs ist ein Zwischensegment vorgesehen, welches den Handgriff und den Zusatzhandgriff an ihren vom Maschinengehäuse abgewandten Enden verbindet. Durch das Zwischensegment werden der Handgriff und der Zusatzhandgriff zu einem bügelförmiger Zweihandgriff für eine zweihändige Bedienung des Elektrohandwerkzeugs zusammengeführt. Der bügelförmige Doppelgriff kann aber auch wie ein Schutzbügel wirken. Dabei bilden das Zwischensegment und der Zusatzhandgriff einen vorderen Bügelschenkel. Dieser vordere Bügelschenkel schützt eine Hand eines Bedieners am hinter dem Schutzbügel liegenden Handgriff insbesondere bei einhändiger Benutzung des Elektrohandwerkzeugs.
- In einer besonders fertigungsgerechten und montagefreundlichen Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeug ist das Maschinengehäuse aus mindestens zwei, insbesondere vorwiegend längs der Maschinenachse symmetrisch gestalteten Gehäuseschalen aufgebaut.
- Eine besondere Leistungsfähigkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs wird durch die Ausführung der Akkumulatorzellen als Li-Ionen-Akkumulatorzellen erzielt.
- Eine leichte Handhabung des erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Akkumulatorzellen zur Aufladung nicht aus dem Maschinengehäuse entfernt werden müssen.
- Für eine besonders leichte Handhabung umfasst das erfindungsgemäße Elektrohandwerkzeug in seinem Maschinengehäuse eine Ladeeinheit zur Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen. Die Ladeeinheit ist so ausgeführt, dass die Akkumulatorzellen über eine kabellose Energieübertragung ermöglicht wird. Als kabellose Energieübertragung kommen insbesondere eine optische und/oder induktive Energieübertragung in Frage.
- Bei einer kostengünstigen Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs weist das Maschinengehäuse eine Ladebuchse auf. Über diese Ladebuchse kann die Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen erfolgen. Dazu wird die Ladebuchse über ein entsprechendes Verbindungskabel mit einem Ladegerät verbunden und der Ladevorgang gestartet.
- Zur leichteren Handhabung weist das erfindungsgemäße Elektrohandwerkzeug eine Signaleinheit in seinem Maschinengehäuse auf. Die Signaleinheit zeigt dabei einen aktuellen Ladestand der Akkumulatorzellen an.
- Vorteilhafterweise sind die Akkumulatorzellen austauschbar aufgenommen. Dies ermöglicht insbesondere eine einfache und kostengünstige Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten an der Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung. Dazu kann der Handgriff und/oder Zusatzhandgriff für den Austausch geeignete, verschließbare Öffnungen aufweisen. Auch können die Akkumulatorzellen in Zellengehäusen aufgenommen sein, die für den Austausch vorbereitet sind. In diesem Fall weist das Maschinengehäuse für die Aufnahme der Zellengehäuse geeignet Einschübe auf.

Fig. 1 ist ein Teilschnitt durch eine Seitenansichten eines Bohrhammers 10 als Beispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs gezeigt. Der Bohrhammer 10 weist ein Maschinengehäuse 12 auf. An dem Maschinengehäuse 12 ist ein bügelförmigen Zweihandgriff 14 angeordnet. Dieser bügelförmige Zweihandgriff 14 umfasst einen Handgriff 16 und einen Zusatzhandgriff 18. Der Handgriff 16 und der Zusatzhandgriff 18 sind über ein Zwischensegment 20 verbunden. Das Zwischensegment 20 ist jeweils an dem, einem Hauptsegment 22 des Maschinengehäuses 12 abgewandten Ende 24, 26 des Handgriffs 16 und des Zusatzhandgriffs 18 angeordnet. In der gezeigten Ausführung des Bohrhammers 10 sind der Handgriff 16 und Zusatzhandgriff 18 am Maschinengehäuse 12 angeformt. Das Maschinengehäuse 12 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel darüber hinaus zusammen mit dem Handgriff 16, dem Zusatzhandgriff 18 und dem Zwischensegment 20 aus zwei Gehäuseschalen aufgebaut, wie es am besten inFig. 4a und 4b zusehen ist. - Der Bohrhammer 10 umfasst ferner einen Werkzeughalter 28 zur Aufnahme eines hier nicht gezeigten Einsatzwerkzeugs. Das Einsatzwerkzeug wird in Richtung des Pfeils A in dien Werkzeughalter 28 eingesetzt, welcher so eine Maschinenachse 29 definiert. Der Werkzeughalter 28 ist an einer vorderen Stirnseite 30 des Maschinengehäuses 12 angeordnet. Im Hauptsegment 22 des Maschinengehäuses 12 ist mindestens eine, hier nicht dargestellte Antriebseinheit zum Antrieb des im Werkzeughalter 28 aufgenommenen Einsatzwerkzeugs aufgenommen.
- Der Handgriff 16 weist an seiner zum Werkzeughalter 28 gerichteten Stirnseite 32 ein Betätigungselement 34 auf. Das Betätigungselement 34 dient der Inbetriebnahme des erfindungsgemäßen Bohrhammers 10.
- In einem ersten Innenraum 36, der durch im Handgriff 16 gebildet ist, sind zwei Akkumulatorzellen 38 aufgenommen. Die Akkumulatorzellen 38 sind in der vorliegenden Ausführung hintereinander liegend in einer ersten Ausrichtungsebene E1 angeordnet. Dabei liegt die Ausrichtungsebene E1 in der Zeichnungsebene der
Fig. 1 . Über den Akkumulatorzellen 38 ist im Innenraum 36 des Handgriffs 16 eine Elektronikeinheit 40 angeordnet, welche mit dem Betätigungselement 34 zur Inbetriebnahme des Bohrhammers zusammenwirkt. - In einem zweiten Innenraum 42, der durch im Zusatzhandgriff 18 gebildet ist, sind zwei Akkumulatorzellen 38a aufgenommen. Die zwei Akkumulatorzellen 38a sind in einer zweiten Ausrichtungsebene E2 hintereinander liegend angeordnet, wobei die Ausrichtungsebene E2 senkrecht zur Zeichnungsebene der
Fig. 1 orientiert ist, so dass nur eine Akkumulatorzelle 38a inFig. 1 sichtbar ist. Dies ist inFig. 1 durch das Pfeilsymbol für E2 dargestellt. Die beiden Ausrichtungsebenen E1 und E2 schließen damit einen Winkel W1 von 90° ein, d.h. sie sind rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichtet. Deutlicher wird die Anordnung der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a in denFig. 3b ,4a und 4b . In diesen Abbildungen sind die im bügelförmigen Zweihandgriff 14 angeordneten Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a durch gestrichelte Linien dargestellt. In denFig. 4a und 4b sind die räumlich hinter den gestrichelt gezeigten Akkumulatorzellen 38a, 38 liegenden Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a als punktierte Linie dargestellt. - Die Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a werden im Handgriff 16 und im Zusatzhandgriff 18 durch jeweils ein Halteelement 39, 39a zu jeweils einer Zellengruppe zusammengefasst und in ihrer Anordnung fixiert. Die Halteelemente 39, 39a sind dabei als Haltebänder ausgeführt. Es können jedoch Klammerelemente, Formelemente oder Klipse als Halteelemente 39, 39a verwendet werden.
- Die Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a bilden zusammen die Akkumulator-basierte Energieversorgung der in
Fig. 1 nicht dargestellten Antriebseinheit. Der inFig. 1 dargestellte Bohrhammer 10 benötigt gemäß seinem Leistungsbedarf für seinen Betrieb minimal eine Akkumulator-basierte Energieversorgung mit mindestens vier Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a. Für eine möglichst lange Betriebsdauer können jedoch mehr Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a notwendig sein. - Die maximal sinnvolle Anzahl von Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a wird einerseits durch einen vorhanden Maximalbauraum im Maschinengehäuse 12, insbesondere im bügelförmigen Zweihandgriff 14 begrenzt. Andererseits nimmt mit jeder zusätzlichen Akkumulatorzelle 38, 38a auch das Gewicht des Elektrohandwerkzeugs ungünstig zu. Idealerweise sind daher im vorgeschlagenen Bohrhammer 10 als Beispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Handwerkzeugmaschine vier Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a vorgesehen. Abhängig von der konkreten Ausführung und den Leistungserfordernissen des erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs kann die Anzahl von Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a jedoch variieren.
- Zur Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a ist unterhalb der Akkumulatorzellen 38a im Zusatzhandgriff 18 eine Ladebuchse 44 angeordnet. Die Ladebuchse 44 kann zur Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a über ein geeignetes, hier nicht dargestelltes Verbindungskabel mit einem nicht gezeigten Ladegerät verbunden werden.
- Ein Bediener führt den Bohrhammer 10 bei einer einhändigen Benutzung mit einer Hand über den Handgriff 16, welcher als Haupthandgriff ausgeführt ist. Der Handgriff 16 ist dazu in seiner Oberfläche mit elastischen Griffzonen 46 ausgestattet, wie sie am besten in
Fig. 2 zu sehen sind. Zur Inbetriebnahme des Bohrhammers 10 betätigt der Bediener das Betätigungselement 34. Wird des Betätigungselement 34 betätigt, wird die Antriebseinheit über die Elektronikeinheit 40 mit der Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung verbunden, so dass das im Werkzeughalter 28 eingesetzte Einsatzwerkzeug angetrieben wird. Der Zusatzhandgriff 18 bildet zusammen mit dem Zwischensegment 20 einen Schutzbügel für die eine Hand des Bedieners. - Insbesondere für Bohr- und/oder Meißelarbeiten ist es darüber hinaus nützlich, dass über den Zusatzhandgriff 18 eine zweihändige Bedienung möglich ist. Dazu ist auch der Zusatzhandgriff 18 mit elastischen Griffzonen 46a ausgestattet, wie es in
Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. - In einer bevorzugten Ausführungen sind die Griffzonen 46, 46a aus einem Elastomer gefertigt. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführung sind die Griffzonen 46, 46a in das Maschinengehäuse 12, insbesondere in den Handgriff 16 und/oder den Zusatzhandgriff 18 des bügelförmigen Zweihandgriffs 14 eingelassen und vorzugsweise fest mit diesem verbunden.
- Vorteilhafte Weiterentwicklungen des erfindungsgemäßen Bohrhammers 10 sind in
Fig. 2 dargestellt. In einer bevorzugten Ausführung können die Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a austauschbar ausgeführt sein. Dies ist insbesondere für Wartungsarbeiten an den Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a vorteilhaft. InFig. 2 sind dazu zwei unterschiedliche Varianten für eine Austauschbarkeit gezeigt. - Im Handgriff 16 ist mindestens eine, mit einem Verschlusselement 48 verschließbare Öffnung vorgesehen, durch welche die hier nicht gezeigten Akkumulatorzellen 38 aus dem Maschinengehäuse 12 entfernt werden können. Das Verschlusselement 48 fügt sich im montierten Zustand formschlüssig in eine Oberfläche des Handgriffs 16 ein. Durch ein Verriegelungselement 50 wird das Verschlusselement 48 mit dem Handgriff 16 verbunden, so dass die Akkumulatorzellen 38 gegen Entnahme und/oder Herausfallen geschützt sind.
- Im Zusatzhandgriff 18 ist eine weitere Variante für die Austauschbarkeit der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a dargestellt. Dabei ist im Zusatzhandgriff 18 eine Aufnahmeöffnung 52 vorgesehen. In diese Aufnahmeöffnung 52 wird eine Akkumulatoreinheit 54 eingesetzt und mit einem Verriegelungsvorrichtung 56 gegen Entnahme und/oder Herausfallen gesichert. Die Akkumulatoreinheit 54 umfasst ein Akkumulatorgehäuse 58, in welchem die hier nicht dargestellten Akkumulatorzellen 38a aufgenommen sind. In der hier gezeigten Ausführung ist die Akkumulatoreinheit 54 als Einschubeinheit ausgeführt. Vorteilhafterweise können so standardisierte Akkumulatoreinheiten 54 in einem erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeug eingesetzt werden, wie sie insbesondere aus der Telekommunikation und/oder aus der Unterhaltungselektronik bekannt sind.
- Die vorgeschlagenen Ausführungen für die Austauschbarkeit stellen dabei nur Beispiele, die durch den Fachmann in geeigneter Weise ergänzt werden können. Insbesondere kann einer erfindungsgemäßes Elektrohandwerkzeug Vorrichtungen für die Austauschbarkeit der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a nach der ersten und/oder zweiten Varianten aufweisen.
-
Fig. 3a zeigt eine Ansicht eines Bohrhammers 10 nachFig. 1 von oben. Im Maschinengehäuse 12 ist eine Signaleinheit 60 angeordnet, welche einen Ladezustand der Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung, insbesondere der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a anzeigt. Die Signaleinheit 60 kann dazu eine LED- und/oder LCD-Anzeigeeinheit und/oder ein akustischen Signalgeber umfassen. - In
Fig. 3b ist der ausFig. 1 bekannte erfindungsgemäße Bohrhammer 10 in einer Ansicht von unten dargestellt. In dieser Ansicht ist insbesondere die Ladebuchse 44 zur Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a zu sehen. Die Ladebuchse 44 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel im vom Hauptsegment 22 des Maschinengehäuses 12 abgewandten Ende 26 des vorderen Bügelschenkels 18 angeordnet. In Abwandlungen eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs kann die Ladebuchse 44 auch an anderen, geeigneten Stellen im Maschinengehäuse 12 angeordnet sein. - Mit gestrichelten Linien sind in
Fig. 3b die im bügelförmigen Zweihandgriff 14 aufgenommen Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a gezeigt. - In besonderen Weiterentwicklung umfasst das erfindungsgemäße Elektrohandwerkzeug eine hier nicht dargestellte, im Maschinengehäuse 12 aufgenommene Ladeeinheit 62. Diese Ladeeinheit 62 ist zur Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen 38, 38a mittels einer kabellosen Energieübertragung ausgelegt. Insbesondere kann auf Basis einer induktiven Kopplung Energie von einer induktiven Energiequelle zur Ladeeinheit 62 übertragen werden. Auch stellt eine optische Energieübertragung, insbesondere auf photovoltaischem Weg eine geeignete Lösung dar.
- In
Fig. 4a ist der ausFig. 1 bekannte Bohrhammer in einer Ansicht von vorne dargestellt. Mit gestrichelten Linien sind in dieser Darstellung die Akkumulatorzellen 38a im Zusatzhandgriff angedeutet, die in der Ausrichtungsebene E2 angeordnet sind. Dadurch erscheinen sie inFig. 4a nebeneinander liegend. Die im Handgriff 16 angeordneten Akkumulatorzellen 38 sind inFig. 4a als punktierte Linien angedeutet, da sie räumlich hinter den Akkumulatorzellen 38a liegen. Ihre Ausrichtungsebene E1 steht dabei senkrecht auf der Zeichnungsebene vonFig. 4a . -
Fig. 4b zeigt den ausFig. 1 bekannten Bohrhammer in einer Ansicht von hinten. Bei dieser Darstellung sind die Akkumulatorzellen 38 gestrichelt und die räumlich dahinterliegenden Akkumulatorzellen 38a punktiert dar. - Das in
Fig. 4a und 4b dargestellte Maschinengehäuse 12 des Bohrhammers weist eine Stoßnaht 64 auf, welche die beiden Gehäuseschalen 66 begrenzt. Die Gehäuseschalen 66 sind dabei vorwiegend symmetrisch längs der Maschinenachse 29 ausgeführt. Auf diese Weise kann das Maschinengehäuse 12 kostengünstig zusammen mit dem bügelförmigen Zweihandgriff 14 als Spritzgussteil hergestellt werden. - Weitere Abwandlungen und Weiterentwicklungen des erfindungsgemäßen Elektrohandwerkzeugs sind durch Kombination der im Vorhergehenden geschilderten Merkmale und Eigenschaften zu erzielen.
Claims (12)
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, insbesondere ein Bohr- und/oder Meißelhammer, mit einer Akkumulator-basierten Energieversorgung mit mindestens einer Akkumulatorzelle (38, 38a) und einem Maschinengehäuse (12), mit einem Handgriff (16) und mindestens einem Zusatzhandgriff (18), wobei der Handgriff (16) und/oder der Zusatzhandgriff (18) als Aufnahme für die mindestens eine Akkumulatorzelle (38, 38a) dient, wobei mehrere Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) im Handgriff (16) und im Zusatzhandgriff (18) aufgenommen sind, wobei die Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) zur Aufladung nicht aus dem Maschinengehäuse (12), insbesondere nicht aus dem Handgriff (16) und dem Zusatzhandgriff (18) entfernt werden müssen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Akkumulatorzellen (38) im Handgriff (16) in einer ersten Ausrichtungsebene (E1) angeordnet sind, welche zu einer zweiten Ausrichtungsebene (E2), in welcher die Akkumulatorzellen (38a) im Zusatzhandgriff (18) angeordnet sind, in einem von null verschiedenen Winkel W1, der insbesondere rechtwinklig ist, ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) Li-Ionen-Akkumulatorzellen sind. - Elektrohandwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Handgriff (16) die gleiche oder eine größere Anzahl von Akkumulatorzellen (38) aufgenommen ist als im Zusatzhandgriff (18).
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insgesamt mindestens drei Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) vorgesehen sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Handgriff (16) und im Zusatzhandgriff (18) jeweils die gleiche Anzahl von Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) aufgenommen ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) im Handgriff (16) und/oder im Zusatzhandgriff (18) durch ein Halteelement (39, 39a) zu einer Zellengruppe zusammengefasst sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handgriff (16) und der Zusatzhandgriff (18) am Maschinengehäuse (12) angeformt sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zwischensegment (20) vorgesehen ist, welches den Handgriff (16) und den Zusatzhandgriff (18) an ihren vom Maschinengehäuse (12) abgewandten Enden (24, 26) verbindet und so einen bügelförmigen Zweihandgriff (14) bildet.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maschinengehäuse (14) aus mindestens zwei, insbesondere vorwiegend längs der Maschinenachse (29) symmetrisch gestalteten Gehäuseschalen (66) aufgebaut ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Maschinengehäuse (12) eine Ladeeinheit (62) vorgesehen ist, die eine Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) über eine kabellose Energieübertragung, insbesondere optische und/oder induktive Energieübertragung, ermöglicht.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Maschinengehäuse (12), insbesondere im Handgriff (16) oder Zusatzhandgriff (18) eine Ladebuchse (44) zur Aufladung der Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) vorgesehen ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Maschinengehäuse (12) eine Signaleinheit (60) vorgesehen ist, welche einen Ladestand der Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) anzeigt.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Akkumulatorzellen (38, 38a) austauschbar aufgenommen sind.
