Le support est réalisé en polypropylène ou polyéthylène expansé et présente une épaisseur comprise entre 1,4 et 1,7 mm. Claims (10)

  1. Lid (1) for closing a recipient including a sealing film (12) which, throughout its thickness, has one or several perforations and/or one or several pre-pierced holes (7) to which is applied at least one reinforcing film (4), without perforations and/or pre-pierced holes (7) and having with an extension forming a pull tab (6), while the sealing film (12) and the reinforcing film (4) are made integral with one another by means of an adhesive so that the reinforcing film (4) can be partly separated from the sealing film (12) when torn away by the tab, characterized in that the part of the lid with the tab (6) on its lower surface, opposite the area where the tab is placed, has an adhesive preventing the definitive separation of the upper and lower parts of the lid, thus forming a hinge, while the remaining part of the lower side, in particular the perimeter, has a relocatable adhesive.
  2. Lid according to claim 1 characterized in that there are two reinforcing films (4, 5) with printing possibly applied between the two films.
  3. Lid according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes between the reinforcing film(s) and the sealing film, a sheet made of conductive material (10).
  4. Lid according to claim 3, characterized in that the sheet made of a conductive material (10) is itself covered with at least one reinforcing film (8), possibly separated from said sheet by foam (9) having a thickness included between 0.4 and 4 mm.
  5. A lid manufacturing process according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:
    - the tabs are cut out of a strip of reinforcing film,
    - the entire surface of the tabs is turned over mechanically onto the upper face of the reinforcing film strip,
    - the lower face of the reinforcing film strip is then combined with the upper face of the sealing film, by differential bonding, to form the lid strip,
    - holes are pre-drilled into the thickness of the sealing film strip,
    - the lids of the desired shape, matching the tabs, are cut out through the total thickness of the lid strip.
  6. Process according to claim 5 characterized in that the lower face of the reinforcing film strip is combined with the upper face of a sheet of dielectric material itself applied to the upper face of the sealing strip.
  7. Seal including a support (16, 17) designed to be positioned at the bottom of a stopper associated with the lid (1) forming the subject of one of the claims 1 to 4 with the supports (16, 17) and the lid (1) attached by means of a temporary adhesive.
  8. Seal according to claim 7, characterized in that the entire surface of the tab (6) of the lid, designed to come into contact with the corresponding face of the support (16, 17), is folded against the upper face of the lid (1).
  9. Manufacturing process of a heat-sealed seal according to one of the claims 7 to 8, characterized in that
    - a lid strip is manufactured according to the method of claim 5,
    - in parallel, a support strip is prepared and the support strip is attached temporarily to the lid strip to form a seal strip,
    - the seals are cut out of the entire thickness of the sealing strip in the desired shape in order to match the tabs.
  10. Device including a recipient provided with an opening at the drinking edge (14) of which the lid (1) forming the subject of one of the claims 1 to 4 is arranged.
