Description

The invention relates to a method for producing an object whose surface is simulated to a surface of at least one existing object or part thereof, wherein the existing object at least partially negative impressions are created, whereupon the negative prints filled with a curable composition and cured the masses in the negative prints become, after which from the hardened masses the object is manufactured.

Methods of this kind are known from the prior art and z. B. applied to design in zoos or swimming pools natural appearing rock walls. According to the known methods, negative impressions are produced of at least one surface of a natural object, which subsequently are used for shaping curable compositions which are allowed to cure in negative molds. The individual masses, which are usually formed plate-shaped, are joined together after curing to an image of the natural object. This type of method can also be used for any other objects, in particular also artificial objects, eg. As ancient temples, are applied. A typical procedure is in the DE 90 06 708 U1 described.

It is often the case that an object to be created should have different details or motifs taken from several existing objects. For example, it may be desired that an object to be created has, on the one hand, an overhanging rock structure that corresponds to a first natural template and, on the other hand, replicates a part of a cliff-shaped cliff that corresponds to a second natural template, but which is located elsewhere. There are several problems: On the one hand, the object to be created by workers has to be set up in a different location than the existing objects, which is why the existing objects are not immediately available as a template. This can lead to workers being unable to properly assemble individual masses or panels because of a missing three-dimensional template and, ultimately, to reconstruct the parts of the existing objects that are not comprehensible and compatible with one another, which the client does not want. Although photos of the surfaces of the natural objects to be replicated would be conceivable as a template, a positioning and formation of individual plates from these is not spatially apparent, which is why their use is little is beneficial. On the other hand, there is the problem for a manufacturer of the object that this can not be sure or has no guarantee that the contracting builder accepts the object after the production as commissioned. In particular, it may happen that two or more motifs taken from existing objects are clearly recognized in the created object as being incompatible with a viewer, e.g. B. because a shift in a rock wall at a transition is abruptly interrupted, which is complained of the builder in the rule.

This is where the invention starts. The object of the invention is to provide a method of the type mentioned above, which allows a natural appearance imitation in particular of parts of several existing objects in an object and the contracted manufacturer of the object provides a security that the contracting builder created the object decreases or accepts as agreed.

This object is achieved in a method of the type mentioned fact that on the basis of the cured masses miniature moldings of the individual masses are created, which are assembled to form an overall model, based on which the object is produced.

The advantages achieved by the invention can be seen in particular in the fact that due to an intended production of miniature moldings of the individual masses or creation of an overall model during assembly of the cured masses on site and thus the production of the object a detailed scaled down overall model of the replicating surface of a or multiple existing objects or parts thereof is available, so that a faulty mounting or arrangement of individual masses or plates is excluded or at least substantially reduced, and the manufacturer of the object can remove the overall model from the client, so that the manufacturer can be sure that the manufactured object is accepted by the client, provided that this at least substantially corresponds to the overall model. In this regard, there is also the advantage that the miniature moldings can be flexibly arranged to an overall model, so that the overall model or the arrangement individual motives and in particular transitions between these can be determined or determined in advance.

Although the method steps additionally provided according to the invention in comparison with the prior art imply an additional effort at first sight, when several different but partially identical details or motifs are produced for different builders, the miniature shaped parts once created become one Variety of overall models can be combined, which can be presented to a client and come in acceptance as a template used. Due to the reduced overall models, an error and complaint rate and thus also any correction work to be undertaken are reduced so much that the total workload is less than with conventional methods.

In particular, the miniature molded parts can also be individually detachably joined together to form an overall model so that a worker can remove a single miniature molded part from the overall model on site and compare it exactly with a plate to be mounted. It can also be provided to further exclude possible sources of error that the plates and correspondingly the miniature moldings on a non-visible side, for. B. a back, numbered or otherwise marked.

The negative prints are preferably made with a moldable plastic such as latex, especially if the existing object to be imitated consists of a hard material such as rock or a hard plastic. The moldable plastic may be connected to the side facing away from the object with a support structure which consists of a non-deformable plastic.

As a hardenable mass, a concrete or mortar is preferably used, which can be cured in the form of plastic preferably readily maintaining or dimensional stability of the negative impressions, so ultimately with each mass individually a lifelike image of the surface of an existing, z. B. natural, object or a part thereof.

The miniature moldings or the overall model is expediently created on a scale of 1: 2 to 1: 100, preferably 1:15 to 1:50. For most reproducible surfaces of existing objects then results in a handy overall model that can be easily transported on the one hand to the installation of the object to be manufactured and on the other hand sufficiently detail details, which is also required for the acceptance of the overall model by the client.

It is preferably provided that three-dimensional structural information of the cured masses are determined, for example, by scanning, and images reduced by three-dimensional structural information are produced by three-dimensional printing processes, in particular by a rapid prototyping process. This allows in a simple way, for. B. by line scanning with a laser to come to detailed miniature negative forms for the required miniature miniature molded parts. It can be provided that using a plastic impression material and the miniaturized images miniature negative forms are created, which are then filled with or another curable material to create the miniature moldings. Here, a plastic or concrete or mortar can be used as a hardenable mass to obtain a scaled-down overall model with the most natural look possible. Once the miniature negative molds have been created, any number of miniature moldings can be produced, with the advantage that the individual miniature moldings can be combined to form a large number of different overall models. Since the negative impressions are also available for the corresponding masses to be cured or plates to be mounted, based on the miniature negative forms and negative impressions, overall models can be assembled for acceptance by the client in a short time and one or more corresponding objects can be created upon acceptance.

Further features, advantages and effects of the invention will become apparent from the embodiment of the invention shown below.

From two natural rock walls with different motifs, imprints were taken in each case over a continuous area of 20 m 2 by means of a plastic by covering or spraying the surface with polyurethane, whereby the polyurethane also penetrated into undercuts. On the polyurethane became a curable Applied plastic as a support shell, after curing, the plastics were cut into individual plates and removed. This molding process for a negative mold by means of soft and hard molding was carried out according to the prior art.

The hard molds with soft molds lying thereon, which were flattened on a side opposite to the impression side, were filled from above with a hardenable concrete. After curing of the concrete, the corresponding moldings or plates were removed from the negative molds and consecutively numbered on the back.

In a further step, the profiled surfaces of the front sides of moldings or concrete slabs produced in this way were measured by means of a laser by guiding the laser over the concrete slabs. For each surface, a three-dimensional height profile was obtained, which was stored digitally. The height profile data were then used to create three-dimensional miniature molded part originals from plastic using the 1:20 scale rapid prototyping process. Using plastic impression compounds, eg. B. silicone, then miniature negative forms were created. Thereafter, the miniature negative molds were filled with a curing molding compound not bonding with the miniature negative molds to obtain miniature moldings.

In a final step, the individual miniature moldings were numbered on a back corresponding to the plates and individually solvable assembled into an overall model, which represented a combination of the two rock walls including the different motifs, the motives not visually merged into each other. The overall model, which was taken by the client, was small and handy and could be transported without much difficulty to the site of an object to be manufactured. When the object was created using the model, it became apparent in particular that the individual masses or molded parts were mounted much more accurately on a 1: 1 scale if the workforce had the entire model as a control instrument. It was also advantageous that the models were numbered and could be compared with the numbering of the plates to be mounted.

Thus, it can be stated that the method according to the invention or its result permits deterministic work, since in particular an incorrect assembly of individual plates can be excluded or at least reduced to a considerable extent. In addition, there is also the advantage that the entire model can be presented to the client prior to the start of the work and can be detached from it, which entails an increased safety or a lower risk with respect to the acceptance of the object created for the manufacturer of the object , Furthermore, once created miniature negative molds can be used to make a variety of miniature moldings, so that finally a pool of miniature moldings is available, with the many different models can be designed or assembled as desired, without separately to create negative imprints of parts of individual nachzubildender objects ,
