Claims (16)

  1.   2. The writing device according to claim 1, characterised in that an engagement extension (23) is provided on the sleeve (3) or on the end member (7), frictionally engaging into a recess in the end member (7) or in the sleeve (3) in the non-use position.
  3. The writing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the end member (7) adjoins the sleeve (3) via an inclined bounding surface (9).
  4. The writing device according to claim 3 with claim 2, characterised in that the engagement extension (23) and the recess are provided on that longitudinal side of the sleeve and end member, respectively, on which the sleeve (3) has the longest axial extension.
  5. The writing device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the sleeve (3) and the end member (7) have a wall thickening (22, 22') in the region of the engagement extension (23) and the recess, respectively.
  6. The writing device according to claim 5, characterised in that the wall thickening (22') provided on the sleeve (3) has an insertion pocket (25) for a retaining member (24) of a clip (6).
  7. The writing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that on its rear face the sleeve (3) has a step (26) which engages a mating step (26') on the face of the end member (7) in the non-use position.
  8. The writing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the end member (7) is shaped tapering towards the rear end (8).
  9. The writing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that additionally a stamp pad (27, 28) is pivotably connected to the holder (11), with the pivot axis (29) of the stamp pad being closer to the end member (7) than the pivot axis (14) of the stamp plate (13').

The writing device according to claim 9, characterised in that, by means of a spring (30), the stamp pad (27, 28) is biased in a pivoted-out release position perpendicular to the axis of the elongate holder (11), but is pivoted to the stamp plate (13') when inserted in the sleeve (3) in the non-use position.
  11. The writing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the stamp plate (13) is a pre-inked stamp plate having an ink reservoir.
  12. The writing device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that at least in certain regions, the sleeve (3) has a circular cross-section.
  13. The writing device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that at least in certain regions, the sleeve (3) has an oval cross-section.
