Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of packaging bags.
- the present invention relates to the field of packaging bags comprising opening / closing means capable of multiple successive openings and closures, for example and not limited to the form of complementary profiles.
- closure assemblies known for this purpose comprise two complementary elements, for example of the male / female type or of the velvet / hook type, or else of complementary hooks, carried by respective support webs.
- FIG. 1 We can see on the figure 1 , the two main walls 10, 20 of the bag at the mouth of the latter. We can also see on the figure 1 attached a closure assembly 100 comprising two complementary closure members 110, 120 carried by respective webs 112, 122 respectively fixed on the films 10 and 20.
- attachment areas of the support webs 112, 122 on the films 10 and 20 are referenced 114 and 124.
- the area 114 for fixing the support web 112 on the film 10 is not superimposed on the male element 110 but shifted relative thereto. It could be an alternative of an offset of the zone 124 for fixing the support web 122 on the film 20 with respect to the female element 120.
- the web 112 forming a support for the male element 110 is articulated on the film 10 at the attachment area 114.
- the preceding arrangement prevents the internal pressure of the bag is applied to the closure elements 110, 120 and tends to separate them. Indeed, thanks to the provision previously described and shown on the figure 1 , the pressure inside the bag leads to a possible pivoting of the support web 110 at the hinge zone formed by its fixing, without risk of separation of the closure elements 110, 120.
- the pouches corresponding to the arrangement shown on the figure 1 have already rendered great service.
- the document JP-09077096 describes a variant of the closure assembly disclosed in the document FR-A-2628067 , according to which the articulated veil extends beyond the closure element that it carries.
- the present invention aims to improve the state of the art by proposing new ways to further improve the seal, especially with respect to a liquid content.
- a bag comprising a closure assembly comprising two complementary elements carried by respective webs, at least one of which is secured to a film at a non-localized area. superimposed on the corresponding closure element to allow the articulation of said web on the film, characterized in that the hinged web extends beyond the closure element so that when the elements are engaged closing, the end of the hinged veil bears against a facing structure and that it further comprises a biasing assembly between the walls of the bag, on the side of the closure assembly opposite the free end of the articulated sail.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 a pouch according to the present invention.
- the particular conditions of realization of such a bag, in its general structure, will not be described in detail later.
- the walls 10, 20 of the bag can be the subject of many embodiments.
- These walls can be single or multi-layer and mono or multi materials. If necessary, it may be a paper support coated with a layer of thermoplastic materials, or a metallized thermoplastic layer.
- the bag can be made using a single sheet folded on itself and welded on three sides or several sheets, for example two sheets welded together at their edges, preferably along edges connecting the walls. main.
- a closure assembly 100 comprising two complementary closure elements, one 110 of the male type, the other 120 of the complementary female type.
- At least one of the two elements 110, 120 of the closure assembly 100 is carried by a support web 112 articulated on a wall 10 of the bag.
- the hinged veil 112 is made of material, more specifically extrusion, on the wall 10 of the bag and connected thereto in a zone referenced 114.
- the hinged veil 112 could be carried by an auxiliary veil attached to the wall 10 and fixed thereto by any appropriate means, preferably by thermal welding.
- zone 114 for connection between the hinged veil 112 and the wall 10 of the bag does not coincide with the zone 111 for connecting the foot of the male element 110 to the hinged veil 112.
- the web 112 extends beyond the male closure member 110, relative to the connection zone 114.
- the foot 113 of the male closure member 110 is located between the zone d hinge 114 and the free end 115 of the web 112.
- an additional set 200 biasing between the walls 10, 20 of the bag aims to maintain a minimum gap between the walls 10 and 20 own to apply a lever arm on the walls 10 and 20 likely to urge the hinged veil 112 resting on the facing structure.
- the biasing assembly 200 is formed of two complementary profiles, one male 210, the other female 220, similar to the closure 100 previously described.
- the structure of such a set 200 is also known in itself, it will not be described in more detail later.
- biasing assembly 200 is formed not of two complementary closure elements 210, 220 but of two bead 230, 240 carried by the respective inner faces of the walls 10 and 20.
- the assembly 200 is adapted to define a spacing between the walls 10 and 20 at least substantially identical to the spacing defined by the closure assembly 100.
- the end 115 of the articulated support web 112 is directed towards the inside of the bag.
- the additional biasing assembly 200 is placed on the outside of the bag relative to the closure assembly 100.
- the reverse arrangement can be provided.
- the articulated support web 112 is directed not towards the inside of the bag, but towards the outside thereof, in which case the additional closure assembly 200 would be placed on inside the bag relative to the closure assembly 100.
- the biasing member 200 is preferably placed between the films or walls 10, 20 of the bag on the side of the closure member 100 opposite the free end 115 of the hinged veil 112.
- the biasing assembly 200 may be subject to numerous variants. It may be not only a closure assembly with two complementary elements as represented on the Figures 2, 3 and 5 or two complementary beads 230, 240 as shown on the figure 4 , but still, and not limitation, a single bead 250 as shown in the figure 6 .
- the closure assembly 100 and the hinged support web 112 as well as the biasing means 200 can be integral with the walls 10, 20 of the bag or carried by auxiliary webs 150, 160 themselves attached to the walls 10, And fixed thereto by any suitable means, for example by thermal welding.
- the articulated support web 112 carries the male closure element 110.
- the articulated veil 112 could carry the female element 120.
- the two complementary closure elements 110, 120 may each be carried by an articulated veil. In this case, it is the free ends of the two aforementioned hinged webs which come into contact when the closure assembly 110, 120 is engaged as seen on the figure 6 .
- the closure assembly 100, the associated hinged veil 112, and the biasing assembly 200 are made of thermoplastic material.
- At least the free end 115 of the hinged veil 112 and / or the zone of the abutment element placed opposite is made of a flexible material and / or elastomeric material having properties facilitating adhesion, to ensure an intimate contact between said free end 115 of the hinged veil 112 and the area of the support member placed opposite, to further strengthen the seal.
- closure assembly 100 and / or the biasing means 200 are associated with a slider facilitating their opening / closing.
- Such a cursor is known per se in its general structure and will therefore not be described in detail later. It will be recalled simply that generally such a slider comprises a sole that carries two side canvases and a central wall defining between them two non-parallel channels respectively receiving at least the top of one of the two support webs closure assemblies or walls 10, 20, so that in the direction of movement of the cursor, it seeks the closure assemblies 100 and bias 200 respectively at the opening and closing.
- the free end 115 of the hinged veil 112 and the zone of the support element placed opposite have complementary geometric shapes adapted to cooperate by engagement during closure of the bags to reinforce the seal.
- FIG 8 there is shown a free end 115 of the hinged veil 112 having a concave groove 117 and a zone facing the bearing element 20 having a convex bead 24 complementary to the groove 117. In the closed position the bead 24 enters the throat 117 as seen on the figure 8 .
- beads 116 or 24 and complementary concave grooves 22 or 117 illustrated on the Figures 7 and 8 may be replaced by any equivalent appropriate means.
