Fitting unit for a drive rod fitting system for a window or door wing, comprising a fore-end track (12) and at least one guiding element (26) fixed at said fore-end track (12) for a drive rod section (28, 30), said guiding element (26) passing through an associated guiding recess (78) in said drive rod section (28, 30) and guiding said drive rod section (28, 30) for movement along said fore-end track (12), the guiding element (26) having in its section (66) remote from said fore-end track (12) a support portion (68) extending over said drive rod section (28, 30) at its side (80) facing away from said fore-end track (12),
    characterized by
    said support portion (68) comprising a plurality of support notches (70, 72) biased to a support position, passing through said guiding recess (78) and engaging behind said drive rod section (28, 30).
  2. Fitting unit according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    for generating said support interaction of said guiding element (26) with said drive rod section (28, 30) the support notches (70, 72) are passed through the guiding recess (78) with their locking heads resiliently and spring-loaded engaging, and engage behind said drive rod section (28, 30) with the locking heads (74) when said locking heads (74) exit the guiding recess (78).

  6. Fitting unit according to claim 5,

    at least one clamping-fixing section (82, 84) being provided at each side.
  7. Fitting unit according to claim 5 or 6,
    characterized by
    said clamping-fixing sections (82, 84), in their region protruding laterally over said drive rod section (28, 30), extending towards said fore-end track (12) and being outwards curved at the side.
  8. Fitting unit according to one of claims 1-7,
    characterized by
    the fore-end track (12) comprising in at least one fore-end track end region (18, 20) a fore-end track end section (22, 24) displaced towards said drive rod section (28, 30) by bending, and by a guiding element (26) which at least partly extends over said fore-end track end section (22, 24) in the fore-end track longitudinal direction being provided in association to at least one fore-end track end region (18, 20).
  9. Fitting unit according to claim 8,
    characterized by
    the guiding element (26) having, in association to said fore-end track end section (22, 24), a depression (52) receiving the latter.
  10. Fitting unit according to claim 5 or one of claims 6-9, if depending on claim 5,
    characterized by
    said clamping-fixing sections (82, 84) being arranged between a fore-end track end section (22, 24) and the drive rod section (28, 30).
  11. Fitting unit according to one of claims 1-10,
    characterized by
    said fore-end track (12) being configured as a corner fore-end track with two fore-end track legs (14, 16) extending angularly to each other and by a guiding element (26) guiding a drive rod section (28, 30) being provided in association to at least one, preferably both, fore-end track legs (14, 16).
  12. Fitting unit according to claim 11,
    characterized by
    said drive rod sections (28, 30) provided in association to both fore-end track legs (14, 16) being coupled together by a flexible coupling element (36) which is moveable in a guiding channel (48).
  13. Method for manufacturing a fitting unit for a drive rod fitting system for a window or door wing according to one of the preceding claims, comprising the following measure:
    a) passing a guiding element (26) for a drive rod section (28, 30), with support notches (70, 72) provided thereon and biased in a support position, through a guiding recess (78) in a drive rod section (28, 30) until said support notches (70, 72), after locking heads (74) having emerged thereon from the guiding recess (78), engage behind said drive rod section (28, 30) with the locking heads (74).
  14. Method according to claim 13,
    characterized by
    the guiding element (26) being fixed at a fore-end track (12) prior to or after measure a).
