Bei diesem Staubsaugerbeutel 1 wurde jedoch zusätzlich ein Spunbondstreifen 10 aus Polypropylen mit einem Flächengewicht von 30 g/m2 in den Staubsaugerbeutel 1 eingefügt, so wie dies in dem Figuren 2A und 2B dargestellt ist. Der Streifen 10 wies eine Breite von 3 cm und eine Länge von 18 cm auf. Der Streifen 10 wurde zwischen den beiden Seitennähten in der Mitte der Seiteneinfaltung etwa 9 cm unter der Halteplatte 3 eingeschweißt. Claims (16)

  1. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) of non-woven material, with an interior space (8) which is surrounded by two layers of filter material welded together at an edge, wherein an inlet opening is formed in the filter material, wherein in addition at least one device (10) for limiting the spacing of two adjacent locations of the filter material is provided in the interior space (8) and is connected at opposite sides with the filter material, and wherein the device (10) is constructed to be shorter than the material section of the filter material arranged between the two locations of the device (10) at the filter material.
  2. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the device (10) is constructed to be shorter, preferably by at least 5%, than a side wall (2) of the vacuum cleaner bag (1).
  3. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the device (10) is constructed as a strip.
  4. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the strip (10) is fixed at opposite ends at an edge weld seam.
  5. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the vacuum cleaner bag (1) is constructed as a block base bag.
  6. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that a respective inwardly directed fold (6) is provided at opposite sides and that the strip (10) is connected with the folds (6).
  7. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the vacuum cleaner bag is constructed as a flat bag.
  8. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the device (10) is formed from a strip which is thermally shrunk.
  9. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the device (10) is produced from a resilient material, particularly a non-woven material, rubber, a plastics material film, or a knitted or crocheted fabric.
  10. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the device (10) comprises a loop fixable in a predetermined position.
  11. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the device (10) is produced from a stiff material, particularly cardboard or plastics material.
  12. Vacuum cleaner bag (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the device (10) is glued or welded, preferably by ultrasound, to the filter material.
  13. Method of producing a vacuum cleaner bag (1) particularly according to any one of the preceding claims, with the following steps:
    - feeding a first web-shaped layer of filter material;
    - arranging a device (10) for limiting the spacing of two adjacent points of the filter material at the first layer, which is connected with the filter material at opposite sides;
    - feeding a second web-shaped layer of filter material; and
    - welding the first and second layers at an edge and finishing the vacuum cleaner bag (1),
    - wherein for limiting the spacing of two spaced-apart locations of the filter material the device (10) is shortened after fixing to the filter material.
  14. Method according to claim 13, characterised in that the device (10) is produced from shrinkable material and is thermally shrunk after the fixing.
  15. Method according to claim 13, characterised in that the device (10) comprises a loop and the loop after fixing of the device (10) is enlarged for drawing together the filter material.
  16. Method according to claim 13, characterised in that the device (10) consists of a resilient material which is tensioned prior to fixing to the filter material and contracts after fixing.
