Fig.1C zeigt eine dritte Produktions-Konfiguration der erfindungsgemäßen Falztrichteranordnung 1 bei einer Bahnführung in Druckmaschinenmitte, wobei entlang der Bahnbreite, welche zwischen einer z.B. maximalen Bahnbreite b1 (gemäß der oberen Darstellung von Fig.1C) und einer z.B. minimalen Bahnbreite b2 (gemäß der unteren Darstellung von Fig.1C) variieren kann, vier Druckseiten nebeneinander angeordnet sind. In Fig.4 sind die Produktions-Konfigurationen gemäß Fig.1C in vergrößerter Ansicht dargestellt. Claims (7)

  1. A former arrangement (1) for processing a substrate web (PB) in a reel-fed printing press, comprising: at least three formers (10, 20, 30) arranged next to one another transversely to a web running direction (BL) of the substrate web (PB), and characterized by at least five longitudinal slitting devices (41 - 45) which are arranged in web running direction (BL) in front of the at least three formers (10, 20, 30) and offset to one another transversely to the web running direction (BL) for the longitudinal slitting of the substrate web (PB) into at least two part webs (T1 - T6), wherein both the formers (10, 20, 30) as well as the longitudinal slitting devices (41 - 45) are each separately moveable transversely to the web running direction (BL).
  2. The former arrangement (1) according to Claim 1, wherein the formers (10, 20, 30) are moveable into a plurality of predetermined positions corresponding to a four-page wide, a five-page wide or a six-page wide production.
  3. The former arrangement (1) according to Claim 1, wherein the formers (10, 20, 30) in the respective positions are each steplessly moveable in a predetermined range, so that the positions of the formers (10, 20, 30) are adaptable to the web widths (b1, b2) which are steplessly selectable in the predetermined range.
  4. The former arrangement (1) according to Claim 3, wherein for each former (10, 20, 30) an inlet roller pair (11, 21, 31) and a tension roller pair (12, 22, 32) is arranged downstream of the same and frames which are moveable transversely to the web running direction (BL) according to the predetermined positions in the predetermined range are provided, and wherein the respective former (10, 20, 30), its inlet roller pair (11, 21, 31) and its tension roller pair (12, 22, 32) are mounted in the frame, so that the former (10, 20, 30), the inlet roller pair (11, 21, 31) and the tension roller pair (12, 22, 32) are jointly moveable with the frame.
  5. The former arrangement (1) according to any one of the Claims 1 to 3, wherein at least two formers (20, 30) which are arranged adjacent to one another of the at least three formers (10, 20, 30) on sides of these facing one another are each provided with a comb section (23, 33) in an upper region of these sides, so that the two formers (20, 30) engage into one another comb-like in at least one of the predetermined positions.
  6. The former arrangement (1) according to any one of the Claims 1 to 4, wherein all formers (10, 20 and 20, 30), of the at least three formers (10, 20, 30) which are each arranged next to one another on sides of these facing one another are each provided with a comb section (13, 23, 24, 33) in an upper region of these sides so that the respective formers (10, 20 and 20, 30) which are each adjacent to one another engage into one another comb-like in at least one of the predetermined positions.
  7. The former arrangement (1) according to Claim 5, wherein a middle former (20) of the at least three formers (10, 20, 30) which is arranged between two outer formers (10, 30) of the at least three formers (10, 20, 30) on the sides facing the outer formers (10, 30) in each case are provided in the upper region of these sides with a comb section (23, 24) each, so that the middle former (20) in at least one of the predetermined positions is comb-like in engagement with the two outer formers (10, 30).
