Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Plattenwärmetauschers (1), wobei mehrere Wärmetauscherplatten (2) derart übereinander angeordnet werden, dass sie jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Wärmetauscherplatten (2) einen von einem Wärme übertragenden Fluid durchströmbaren Zwischenraum ausbilden, und dass Durchtrittsöffnungen (6), die in den Wärmetauscherplatten vorgesehen sind, miteinander fluchten, und wobei benachbarte Wärmetauscherplatten (2) fluiddicht gegeneinander abgedichtet werden, und wobei Verbindungselemente (5) durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen geführt werden und die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) in ihrem definierten Abstand zueinander halten, und wobei in den Verbindungskanal ein fließfähiges Verbindungsmaterial eingebracht wird, während die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) aneinander gepresst sind, welches Verbindungsmaterial anschließend erhärtet und das Verbindungselement bildet, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass in Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) der Wärmetauscherplatten (2) Distanzhülsen (7) eingebracht werden, bevor die Wärmetauscherplatten übereinander angeordnet werden, wobei die Distanzhülsen (7) miteinander fluchtender Durchtrittsöffnungen den Verbindungskanal schaffen, wenn die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) aneinander gepresst werden.
