Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Plattenwärmetauschers (1), wobei mehrere Wärmetauscherplatten (2) derart übereinander angeordnet werden, dass sie jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Wärmetauscherplatten (2) einen von einem Wärme übertragenden Fluid durchströmbaren Zwischenraum ausbilden, und dass Durchtrittsöffnungen (6), die in den Wärmetauscherplatten vorgesehen sind, miteinander fluchten, und wobei benachbarte Wärmetauscherplatten (2) fluiddicht gegeneinander abgedichtet werden, und wobei Verbindungselemente (5) durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen geführt werden und die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) in ihrem definierten Abstand zueinander halten, und wobei in den Verbindungskanal ein fließfähiges Verbindungsmaterial eingebracht wird, während die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) aneinander gepresst sind, welches Verbindungsmaterial anschließend erhärtet und das Verbindungselement bildet, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass in Durchtrittsöffnungen (6) der Wärmetauscherplatten (2) Distanzhülsen (7) eingebracht werden, bevor die Wärmetauscherplatten übereinander angeordnet werden, wobei die Distanzhülsen (7) miteinander fluchtender Durchtrittsöffnungen den Verbindungskanal schaffen, wenn die Wärmetauscherplatten (2) aneinander gepresst werden. In a method for producing a plate heat exchanger (1), wherein a plurality of heat exchanger plates (2) are arranged one above the other such that they each form a space between two adjacent heat exchanger plates (2) permeable by a heat transfer fluid gap, and that passage openings (6) are provided in the heat exchanger plates, aligned with each other, and wherein adjacent heat exchanger plates (2) are fluid-tightly sealed against each other, and wherein connecting elements (5) are guided through the passage openings and keep the heat exchanger plates (2) in their defined distance from each other, and wherein in the connecting channel a flowable bonding material is introduced while the heat exchanger plates (2) are pressed against each other, which subsequently solidifies bonding material and forms the connecting element, the invention proposes that in passages (6) of the heat exchanger plates (2) spacer sleeves (7) are introduced before the heat exchanger plates are arranged one above the other, wherein the spacer sleeves (7) of aligned passage openings provide the connection channel when the heat exchanger plates (2) are pressed against each other.
