Abstract

Cette invention concerne un emballage comprenant un ensemble refermable fait d'un élément formant fond (10) et d'un élément formant fenêtre (20). Lesdits éléments délimitent ensemble un espace pour produit conçu pour recevoir au moins un produit, en particulier un produit alimentaire. L'élément formant fond comprend un fond (11) à partir des deux côtés duquel s'étendent au moins des parties de premières parois latérales opposées (12) reliées au fond de manière au moins sensiblement librement pivotante. L'élément formant fenêtre comprend une feuille supérieure au moins sensiblement transparente (21), à partir de laquelle des parois latérales opposées supplémentaires (22) s'étendent des deux côtés qui sont supportés sur le fond. Les parties au moins des premières parois latérales (21) renferment mutuellement l'élément formant fenêtre et maintiennent une distance mutuelle sur laquelle la paire de parois latérales supplémentaires (22) est au moins largement transparente.

Claims (20)

  1. Emballage, comprenant au moins un contenant sensiblement en forme de boîte, lequel contenant comprend un ensemble refermable composé d'un élément formant fond (10) et d'un élément formant fenêtre (20), qui enferment ensemble un espace de produit (30) qui est prévu et adapté pour recevoir au moins un produit à l'intérieur de ce dernier, en particulier un produit alimentaire, dans lequel l'élément formant fond (10) comprend un fond (11) de chaque côté duquel au moins des parties des premières parois latérales (12) opposées du contenant s'étendent de manière pivotante, et dans lequel l'élément formant fenêtre (20) comprend au moins une feuille supérieure (21) sensiblement transparente, sur les côtés opposés de laquelle s'étend un ensemble de parois latérales supplémentaires (22) au moins sensiblement transparentes du contenant, dans lequel, dans la situation assemblée du contenant, les parois latérales supplémentaires (22) s'étendent au moins entre lesdites parties des premières parois latérales (12) et à cet endroit sont supportées sur le fond (11), dans lequel, dans la situation assemblée du contenant, au moins les parties des premières parois latérales (12) peuvent pivoter de manière au moins sensiblement libre par rapport à l'espace de produit (30) afin d'enfermer l'élément formant fenêtre (20) au moins entre elles dans une situation mutuellement fermée et afin de laisser l'élément formant fenêtre (20) au moins sensiblement dégagé dans une situation déployée, et dans lequel, dans la situation assemblée du contenant, au moins les parties des premières parois latérales (12) maintiennent une distance mutuelle sur laquelle l'ensemble de parois latérales supplémentaires (22) est au moins majoritairement transparent, dans lequel au moins les parties des premières parois latérales (12) comprennent les premières parois latérales (12) du contenant, et
    au moins les parties des premières parois latérales (12) comprennent sur au moins un bord libre, au moins une partie pliée (15, 16) qui s'étend au moins de manière sensiblement transversale par rapport à la première paroi latérale (12) qui s'y rapporte, caractérisé en ce que, dans la situation assemblée du contenant, les parties pliées (15, 16) respectives au moins des parties opposées des premières parois latérales (12) sont dirigées l'une vers l'autre afin de recevoir les parties de bord opposées de la feuille supérieure (21) au-dessous de cette dernière, d'une manière au moins sensiblement ajustée.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fond (10) et l'élément formant fenêtre (20) sont complètement amovibles l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  3. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales supplémentaires (22, 23) avec lesquelles l'élément formant fenêtre (20) est supporté sur le fond (11), s'étendent au moins sensiblement sur tous les côtés à partir d'une surface supérieure de l'élément formant fenêtre (20).
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que au moins les parties des premières parois (12) comprennent au moins une de ces parties pliées (15, 16) sur un bord libre au moins sensiblement de tous les côtés.
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les premières parois latérales (12) du contenant avec les parties pliées (15, 16) qui s'étendent à partir de ces dernières, sont contre les parties de bord adjacentes de l'élément formant fenêtre (20) d'une manière au moins pratiquement ajustée à la forme.
  6. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de fermeture (17, 27 ; 37, 48) sont prévus au moins entre les parties des premières parois latérales (12) et l'élément formant fenêtre (20).
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fermeture (17, 27 ; 37, 48) comprennent une fermeture refermable.
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la fermeture refermable comprend des moyens d'encliquetage (27) manuellement levables avec un élément d'encliquetage (27) et un espace d'encliquetage d'ajustement respectivement dans l'élément formant fenêtre (20) et au moins les parties des premières parois latérales (12) du contenant ou vice versa.
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'encliquetage comprend une languette élastique (27) qui s'étend à partir de l'un parmi l'élément formant fenêtre (20) et au moins deux des parties des premières parois latérales (12) du contenant et qui s'emboîte dans un espace d'encliquetage correspondant dans un autre parmi l'élément formant fenêtre (20) et au moins deux des parties des premières parois latérales (12) du contenant.
  10. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fermeture (17, 27 ; 37, 48) comprennent une fermeture cassable.
  11. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des parties pliées droites (13) s'étendent sur les cotés opposés à partir du fond (11) entre les deux premières parois latérales (12).
  12. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fond (11) est formé au moins partiellement à partir de carton.
  13. Emballage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fond (11) est plié complètement à partir d'une ébauche en carton.
  14. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des premières parois latérales (12) du contenant comprend une fenêtre.
  15. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fenêtre (20) est formé dans son ensemble à partir d'une matière plastique transparente.
  16. Emballage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique est prise dans le groupe comprenant le polychlorure de vinyle (PVC), le polyéthylène (PE), le polypropylène (PP) l'acide polylactique (PLA), le polyester, le polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET) et le polycarbonate (PC).
  17. Emballage selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fenêtre (20) est formé de manière solidaire.
  18. Emballage selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fenêtre (20) comprend une partie thermoformée.
  19. Emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant fenêtre (20) peut être emboîté dans un élément formant fenêtre (20) similaire.
  20. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins des parties des premières parois latérales (12) du contenant est raccordée de manière fixe à une paroi adjacente (23) de l'élément formant fenêtre (20).
