Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Rüsten eines am Hauptausleger eines Mobilkrans angeordneten Hilfsauslegers.The invention relates to a method for equipping a jib arranged on the main boom of a mobile crane.
Hilfsausleger müssen derzeit durch Einsatz eines Zusatzkranes aufgerichtet werden. Betrachtet man den Aufrüstvorgang, so läuft dieser folgendermaßen ab:
- Zunächst wird die untere Wippstütze durch einen Zusatzkran angehoben und auf einer Stange abgestellt. Der Kranbediener muß dann auf dieser angehobenen Wippstütze entlang laufen, um die Anschlagmittel des Zusatzkranes auszuhängen. Diese Tätigkeit ist nicht ungefährlich, weil die Wippstütze in der angehobenen Position sich bis zu 6 m über dem Erdboden befinden kann. Nach diesem Aushängen der Anschlagmittel des Zusatzkranes kann der eigentliche Aufrüstvorgang, den der aufzurichtende Kran ausführt, fortgesetzt werden.

Die Erfindung, insbesondere die Schrittfolge des Rüstens (bzw. Abrüstens) soll nachfolgend unter Bezug auf die Darstellung in den Zeichnungen näher erläutert werden, wobei diese schematisch einen Mobilenkran in den einzelnen Rüstpositionen zeigen.The invention, in particular the step sequence of setting (or disarming) will be explained in more detail below with reference to the representation in the drawings, which show schematically a mobile crane in the individual setup positions.

Derverstellbare Hilfsausleger 3 wird beispielsweise über einenAdapter 4 an denKopf 6 desHauptauslegers 5 angebaut, wobei allerdings der Adapter für die Erfüllung der Aufgabe nicht zwingend nötig ist. Der Anbau erfolgt durch geeignetes Hilsmittel, z.B. Hilfskran oder Stapler. Die beidenWippstützen 8 und 9 liegen dabei aus Transportgründen flach auf demHilfsausleger 3.
Das Hubseil 14 wird vomHaupthubwerk 15 des Mobilkranes abgewickelt und mit derVerbindungsstange 13 verbunden. Diese Stange ist dauerhaft mit derunteren Wippstütze 9 verbunden.
Beide Wippstützen sind untereinander durch ein Zugkraftgliedstrang 17 (Fig. 2 ) verbunden. Durch Aufwickeln des Hubseiles 14 auf dasHubwerk 15 richten sich jetzt dieWippstützen 8 und 9 auf (Fig. 2 ).
Anschließend wird dieVerbindungsstange 13 mit der fliegenden Traverse 11 verbunden (Fig. 3 ). Wird das Hubseil 14 abgewickelt, richtet sich die Traverse 11 entlang einer Linie von der festen Traverse 12 zurSpitze 18 derunteren Wippstütze 9 aus. DerFlaschenzug 19 ist gespannt. Das Hubseil 14 kann in dieser Lage von derVerbindunsstange 13 entkoppelt werden. - In
Fig. 4 ist der nächste Arbeitsschritt dargestellt.
DerHauptausleger 5 wird über denWippzylinder 7 angehoben. Gleichzeitig wird dasVerstellhubwerk 16 abgewickelt, so dass sich der Abstand zwischen fliegender Traverse 11 und fester Traverse 12 vergrößert. Abschließend kann ab einer vorher festgelegten Hauptauslegerwinkelstellung dasVersteilhubwerk 16 wieder aufgewickelt werden, so dass sich der Abstand zwischen fliegender Traverse 11 und fester Traverse 12 verkleinert. Dadurch hebt sich derverstellbare Hilfsausleger 3 vom Boden ab, da er mittels einesweiteren Zugkraftgliedstranges 10 mit deroberen Wippstütze 8 verbunden ist (Fig. 5 ). -

Derverstellbare Hilfsausleger 3 wird über einenAdapter 4 an den Kopf desHauptauslegers 5 angebaut (der Adapter ist für die Erfüllung der Aufgabe nicht zwingend nötig). Der Anbau erfolgt durch geeignetes Hilfsmittel, z. B. Hilfskran oder Stapler. Die beidenWippstützen 8 und 9 liegen dabei aus Transportgründen flach auf demHilfsausleger 3. Das Hubseil 14 wird vomHaupthubwerk 15 des Mobilkranes abgewickelt und mit demmehrgliedrigen Verbindungsstangenstrang 13 verbunden. Dieser Strang ist dauerhaft mit derunteren Wippstütze 9 verbunden. Beide Wippstützen sind untereinander durch einenZugkraftgliedstrang 17 verbunden. -

Durch Aufwickeln des Hubseiles 14 auf dasHubwerk 15 beginnt sich derAufstellbock 20 selbst aufzurichten, derVerbindungsstangenstrang 13 beginnt sich zunächst rechts vomAufstellbock 20, dann auch links vomAufstellbock 20 zu spannen, bis auch dieuntere Wippstütze 9 angehoben wird. -

DasHaupthubwerk 15 wickelt weiter auf, derZugkraftgliedstrang 17 zwischen denWippstützen 8 und 9 beginnt sich zu spannen. DerAufstellbock 20 wird in seiner Lage nach hinten durch die Anschlagschrauben am Zurückfallen gehindert. -

DerVerbindungsstangenstrang 13 ist in seiner Endlage vor demHaupthubwerk 15 angelangt, dieWippstützen 8 und 9 stehen in Endstellung, der Arbeitsgang ist beendet.
Das Abrüsten erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. -

Diese Figur zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel für denAufstellbock 20, und zwar besteht dieser aus einer Schweißkonstruktion, die drehbar (schwenkbar) auf der unteren Wippstütze gelagert ist. An den Lagerfüßen sind Anschlagmittel vorgesehen, die ein Umschlagen des Aufstellbockes verhindern. Am oberen Ende des Aufstellbockes befindet sich eine Gabel, in der der vorher beschriebene Verbindungsstangenstrang 13 - wie aus den ersichtlich - abgelegt werden kann.Figuren 6 bis 9

Subsequently, the connectingrod 13 is connected to the flying crosshead 11 (Fig. 3 ). When the hoistrope 14 is unwound, thecross member 11 is aligned along a line from the fixedcross member 12 to thetip 18 of thelower rocker support 9. Thepulley 19 is stretched. The hoistrope 14 can be decoupled from theVerbindunsstange 13 in this position. - In
Fig. 4 the next step is shown.
Themain boom 5 is raised above the luffingcylinder 7. At the same time theVerstellhubwerk 16 is unwound, so that the distance between the flyingcrosshead 11 and fixedcross member 12 increases. Finally, theVerstellhubwerk 16 can be wound up again from a predetermined main boom angle position, so that the distance between the flyingtraverse 11 and fixedcrossbar 12 is reduced. As a result, theadjustable jib 3 lifts off from the ground, since it is connected by means of anotherZugkraftgliedstranges 10 with the upper rocker support 8 (Fig. 5 ). -

Theadjustable jib 3 is attached via anadapter 4 to the head of the main boom 5 (the adapter is not absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the task). - A method of equipping an auxiliary boom (3) arranged on the main boom (5) of a mobile crane with an auxiliary device, wherein- in the vicinity of the head (6) of the main boom (5) a support is mounted on it, by means of which the lifting cable (14) of the main boom (5) may be guided to a pivot point on the auxiliary boom (3),- the support consists of two luffing supports (8, 9) whose feet are situated close to one another and whose free ends are connected together,- the two luffing supports (8, 9) are permanently connected together by a tension force link strand (17),- the auxiliary boom (3) is connected to the head (6) of the main boom (5) via an adapter (4), on which the luffing supports are situated,- the upper and lower luffing supports may be laid flat on the auxiliary boom for transport purposes,- a multi-element connecting rod (13) is permanently connected to the lower luffing support (9),- the connecting rod (13) is connectable to an adjustment lifting gear (16) via a pulley (19),characterised by the following method steps:the auxiliary boom (13) is mounted on the head (6) of the main boom (5), wherein the two luffing supports (8, 9) lie flat on the auxiliary boom (3),the lifting cable (14) is unwound from the main lifting gear (15) of the mobile crane and connected to the connecting rod (13), which is permanently connected to the lower luffing support (9),wherein the two luffing supports are connected together by the tensional force link strand (17),a winding up of the lifting cable (14) onto the lifting gear (15) occurs, whereby the luffing supports (8 and 9) rise up,the connecting rod (13) is then connected to a flying beam (11) and the lifting cable (14) is unwound so that the beam (11) rises up along a line from the fixed beam (12) to the tip of the lower luffing support (9),the pulley (19) is thus placed under tension so that the lifting cable (14) can be uncoupled in this position from the connecting rod (13),the main boom (5) is then raised by means of the luffing cylinder (7) andthe adjustment lifting gear (16) is simultaneously unwound so that the distance between the flying beam (11) and the fixed beam (12) increases,the adjusting lifting gear (16) can then be wound up again from a previously fixed main boom angular position so that the distance between the flying beam (11) and fixed beam (12) decreases, whereby the adjustable auxiliary boom (3) rises up from the ground since it is connected to the upper luffing support (8) by means of a further tensional force link strand (10).
