Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ventilsystem für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen insbesondere zur Abgasrückführung mit mindestens einem Gehäuse, indem eine Antriebseinheit mit einer Antriebswelle und einem mit dieser Antriebswelle verbundenen Exzenter, der in Wirkverbindung mit einer Kupplungseinheit steht, und mindestens zwei Ventile angeordnet sind, wobei die Ventile jeweils zumindest aus einer Ventilstange, einem Ventilschließkörper und einem Ventilsitz bestehen, derart, dass die rotatorische Bewegung der Antriebseinheit in eine lineare synchrone Bewegung der Ventilstange umwandelbar ist. Ein derartiges Ventilsystem ist beispielsweise aus der
DE 102 21 711 A1 bekannt. Ein derartiges Ventilsystem ist für die synchrone Bewegung der Ventilstangen geeignet. Um eine derartige synchrone Bewegung jedoch zu gewährleisten, ist eine relativ kompliziert aufgebaute Kupplungseinheit notwendig. Diese besteht aus mehreren Bauelementen und bedingt damit eine kostenintensive Montage des Ventilsystems. - Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Ventilsystem zu schaffen, dass die o. g. Nachteile vermeidet und zudem einfach aufgebaut kostengünstig herzustellen ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass die Kupplungseinheit aus einem Lagerelement, indem der Exzenter gelagert ist, und einem Koppelelement besteht, wobei die Ventilstangen in dem Koppelelement gelagert und im Gehäuse zwangsgeführt sind und wobei im Bereich des Lagerelementes eine Führungsstange vorgesehen ist, die ebenfalls im Gehäuse zwangsgeführt ist.
- Ein derartig gestaltetes Ventilsystem benötigt also zur synchronen Betätigung der Ventilstange lediglich eine Kupplungseinheit, die im Wesentlichen aus den Bauteilen Exzenter, Lagerelement und Koppelelement besteht. Auf besonders einfache Art und Weise sind die Ventilstangen durch Haltescheiben im Koppelelement axial fest angeordnet. Auch ist es möglich, das Koppelelement und die Führungsstange einteilig auszuführen.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines derartigen Ventilsystems ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend beschrieben, hierin zeigen:

Figur 2 eine Schnittansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Ventilsystems. - Gemäß
Figur 1 besteht das dargestellte Ventilsystem aus einer Antriebseinheit 1, welche einen Elektromotor 2 mit einem in einem Motorgehäuse auf bekannte Weise angeordneten Planetenstandgetriebe 3 und einer aus dem Motorgehäuse 4 austretenden Antriebswelle 5 besteht. Am Ende der aus dem Motorgehäuse 4 austretenden Antriebswelle 5 ist ein Exzenter 6 fest angebracht. -
Figur 2 zeigt das erfindungsgemäße Ventilsystem in einer Schnittansicht. Der Exzenter 6 ausFigur 1 ist dabei über einen Stift 7 mittels eines Lagerelementes 8 in einem Koppelelement 9 angeordnet ist. Die Kupplungseinheit besteht also aus dem Exzenter 6 mit dem dazugehörigen Stift 7, dem Lagerelement 8 sowie dem Koppelelement 9. - In dem Koppelelement sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Ventilstangen 10 und 11 axial fest angeordnet. Hierzu greifen jeweils zwei Haltescheiben 12, 13 unterhalb und oberhalb des Koppelelementes formschlüssig in die Ventilstangen 10, 11 ein. Die untere Haltescheibe 12 dient dabei außerdem als Anlagefläche für einen Federteller 19, der wiederum eine Feder 14 führt, welche die Ventilstangen 10, 11 in Richtung des Koppelelementes 9 in der Offenstellung der mit den Ventilstangen verbundenen Ventiltellern 15, 16 unter Vorspannung hält, damit bei einem Ausfall des Elektromotors 2 die Ventilteller 15, 16 immer in eine geschlossene Stellung gebracht werden.
- Um nun eine axiale Bewegung der Ventilstangen und damit ein sicheres Öffnen und Schließen der Ventilteller 15, 16 zu gewährleisten, weist das Koppelelement 9 im Bereich des Lagerelementes 8 eine Führungsstange 17 auf, die in einem Gehäuse 18 zwangsgeführt ist. Auf diese Weise wird eine einwandfreie Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung der Ventilstangen gewährleistet. Zusätzlich können auch noch die Ventilstangen 10 und 11 im Gehäuse 18 zwangsgeführt sein. Darüber hinaus ist auch denkbar, im Gehäuse 18 noch eine Wasserkühlung vorzusehen.
Claims (3)
- Ventilsystem für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen insbesondere zur Abgasrückführung mit mindestens einem Gehäuse, in dem eine Antriebseinheit mit einer Antriebswelle und einem mit dieser Antriebswelle verbundenen Exzenter, der in Wirkverbindung mit einer Kupplungseinheit steht, und mindestens zwei Ventile angeordnet sind, wobei die Ventile jeweils zumindest aus einer Ventilstange, einem Ventilschließkörper und einem Ventilsitz bestehen, derart, dass die rotatorische Bewegung der Antriebseinheit in eine lineare synchrone Bewegung der Ventilstangen umwandelbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kupplungseinheit aus einem Lagerelement (8), in dem der Exzenter (6) gelagert ist, und einem Koppelelement (9) besteht, wobei die Ventilstangen (10, 11) in dem Koppelelement (9) gelagert und im Gehäuse (18) zwangsgeführt sind und wobei im Bereich des Lagerelementes (8) eine Führungsstange (17) vorgesehen ist, die ebenfalls im Gehäuse (18) zwangsgeführt ist. - Ventilsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilstangen (10, 11) durch Haltescheiben (12, 13) im Koppelelement (9) axial fest angeordnet sind.
- Ventilsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Koppelelement (9) und die Führungsstange (17) einteilig ausgeführt sind.
