Definitions
- the invention relates to a trigger mechanism with a lockable moving contact, a plunger and a release lever. Furthermore, the invention relates to a switching device with such a trigger mechanism.
- Magnetic releases or magnetic release systems are used in switching devices, for example, to prevent the melting of current-carrying contact surfaces at higher currents or to ensure a safe shutdown when a resulting arc could damage the switching device.
- short tripping times are advantageous, in particular because the range of application of the circuit breaker can be limited by a too long tripping time.
- a magnetic release mechanism can be used with both normally closed and normally open contacts.
- the moving contact which ultimately produces the electrical contact, locked in the contacted position.
- the plunger of the trigger mechanism must first meet the release lever, which releases the lock and transmits the actuation movement from the plunger to the moving contact.
- the inclusion of the release lever is essential, especially since the moving contact in the locked state can not be moved.
- a triggering mechanism which provides a trigger chain as described above.
- the object is achieved by a trigger mechanism mentioned above, wherein the plunger is provided both for actuating the provided for unlocking the moving contact release lever and for actuating the BewegWalletes itself by the plunger in a first phase of its actuation movement for direct action over a first effective area of the plunger is provided on the release lever and is provided in a second phase of its actuation movement for direct action via a second effective surface of the plunger on the moving contact.
- the object is likewise achieved by a switching device which has a triggering mechanism according to the invention.
- the operation of the trigger mechanism according to the invention differs from the conventional action chain plunger trigger lever moving contact in that no chain of action of this kind is present, but the plunger is provided to act directly on both the trigger lever, as well as on the moving contact directly.
- the order of effect transmission is paid particular attention, because this must first ensure a power transmission to the release lever to ensure timely unlocking of the moving contact before the plunger can continue to act on the moving contact itself and provokes an opening or closing a contact ,
- the first active surface and the second active surface of the plunger are formed in the actuating direction at different points of the plunger. This ensures a time-delayed action on the release lever or the moving contact, at the same time the relative position of the release lever and the moving contact is taken into account in relation to the respective effective area.
- the plunger is electromagnetically movable by means of a coil. With the help of the coil, an optimal operating force can be generated for both active operations.
- the release lever for releasing a mechanically connected to the moving contact pawl is provided on actuation.
- the inventive arrangement of the components of the trigger mechanism of the release lever is not actuated on one side by the plunger, but with several, possibly symmetrical, arranged active surfaces, which voltages and friction of the release lever are reduced in the device housing.
- the triggering time is decisively reduced by the direct action of the plunger on the trigger lever or the moving contact, especially since less acceleration energy is applied and fewer effective surfaces are involved.
- FIG. 1 shows a partially sectioned, three-dimensional view of a triggering mechanism shortly after the action of the release lever 3 by the plunger 2 on the two active surfaces 8 (first phase).
- the plunger 2 acts along the direction of movement B on the flat release lever 3 in such a way that tilting or increased friction of the release lever 3 is avoided by the symmetrical action of the active surfaces 8.
- a single effective surface pair 8,13 is sufficient for the actuation of the release lever 3.
- FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional view of the trigger mechanism FIG. 1 in locked, unactuated condition. This condition corresponds to the ground state of the triggering mechanism. Neither a movement force transmission of the active surface 8 on the active surface 13 of the release lever 3, nor the Bewegkraftübertragung from the active surface 9 of the plunger 2 on the active surface 14 of the moving contact 1 have occurred so far.
- a pawl 4 is provided in the basic position of the release lever 3 for releasing or locking the moving contact. From the basic position out of the plunger 2 is actuated. The plunger 2 moves the release lever under the Kinke 4 away, so this leaves the sphere of influence of the Kinke 4. With the operation ends the first phase, namely the release of the trigger mechanism, at the end of an intermediate state is reached, as in the FIGS. 1 and 3 is described.
- FIG. 3 shows a three-dimensional view of the trigger mechanism FIG. 1 with a coil 5 and a mating contact 6 before acting on the unlocked moving contact 1.
- the mating contact 6 is contacted via the contact surface 7 of the moving contact 1. This contacting is interrupted in the following sequence by the impending action of the plunger 2 on the active surface 9.
- the release lever 3 has moved away from the pawl 4.
- the trigger mechanism is currently in the transition from phase 1 to phase 2, wherein the continued movement of the plunger 2, still propelled by the coil 5, a further actuation on the active surface 9 is converted to the active surface 14 of the moving contact 1, the opens the still closed contact on the contact surface 7.
- the plunger 2 causes both the unlocking on the release lever 3, as well as the actual movement of the moving contact 1. To ensure that the operation of the moving contact 1 takes place only after unlocking, it is important to pay attention to the distance in the production of the plunger 2 occupy the active surfaces 8 and 9 to each other. If the unlocking requires a certain amount of time, a greater distance between the active surfaces, taking into account the arrangement of the moving contact 1 and the triggering lever 3, must be provided within the triggering mechanism.
- the invention relates to a trigger mechanism with a lockable moving contact 1, a plunger 2 and a release lever 3.
- the plunger 2 is both provided for actuating the provided for unlocking the moving contact 1 release lever 3 and for actuating the moving contact 1 itself.
- the plunger 2 is equipped with a first 8 and a second 9 effective area, which are integrally formed at different locations of the plunger 2 and are provided for actuating the release lever 3 and the BewegWalletes 1. Because of the first release to be triggered, the release lever 3 is actuated first and after unlocking in the connection of the moving contact 1 itself.

Description
- FIG 1
- FIG 2
- eine dreidimensionale Ansicht des Auslösemechanismus aus
