Description

The invention relates to a support frame, in particular shelf, with upright, profiled support means or supports and attached to these via connectors, transversely oriented elements, in particular with horizontal shelves, support bars and the like.

The invention is broadly concerned with a three-dimensional support system of upright supports and horizontal elements connected to the upright supports. The latter are in particular shelves, clothes rails or other horizontal organs of a shelving system.

The document EP 0 864 273 A1 relates to stands or supports for a modular furniture with horizontal elements, which are attached to the uprights or columns.

The invention has the object of providing such a shelving system in such a way that the items can be assembled or mounted in particular on site in a simple manner, but nevertheless a heavy-duty, three-dimensional structure is created.

To solve this problem, the invention is defined by the features of claim 1.

The peculiarity is that the connection between the uprights and the horizontal transverse organs takes place by means of connecting elements which are completely housed inside the supports and / or crossmembers. The connection is therefore not visible from the outside.

Another special feature is that the upright supports are designed as hollow profiles, in particular as drawn extruded profiles of metal or aluminum alloy with the molded-edge groove. In particular, the supports or the hollow profiles are dimensioned relatively wide with a relatively small depth.

Another special feature is that the uprights are connected to cross members, preferably also made of hollow profiles in the same design and dimension as the supports, the cross member are connected via fittings with the uprights, with a portion within the cross member formed as a hollow profile and lie with another portion within the mutually facing grooves of the supports to be connected, such that the cross member directly abut the upright supports, preferably flush with the supports.

Further connecting means are used for attachment of support profiles, which are also arranged between the uprights and connected via special connectors with the support members of the support profile within the grooves.

Another special feature is the formation of a clothes rail, which is used in conjunction with the shelving system or independently of this.

The structure consists of (two) lateral support frames 10, 11 and of transverse elements, which are connected to the lateral supporting frames 10, 11. The transverse elements are, for example, transverse, horizontal plates, namely shelves 12. These may also be other parts of the device, for example a clothes rail 13.

The support frames 10, 11 are formed in a special way and in Fig. 1 shown in view. These are on the one hand upright support members, namely supports 14, 15. These are designed in a special way, namely as hollow profiles made of plastic or in particular of extruded aluminum profiles or of aluminum alloys. The cross-sectional shape of the supports 14, 15 results in an advantageous performance 4 and FIG. 5 , The supports 14, 15 are therefore very deep in relation to the profile width.

The supports 14, 15 and the hollow profiles according to Fig. 4, Fig. 5 are designed in a special way to the connection with other support elements as well as for the attachment of transverse components. An important design feature is formed on at least one edge of the hollow profile or the supports 14, 15 groove 16, in particular a U-shaped Has cross-section and extends over the full length of the profile or over the full height of the support 14, 15. The groove 16 is bounded by large side walls 17, 18 of the hollow profile, which are formed on the edge as a projecting, free profile legs. A (first) transverse wall forms a bottom 19 of the groove 16. This or the transverse wall is here provided with a central slot 20.

Within the hollow profile more (two) transverse walls 21, 22 are formed. These serve to stabilize the wide hollow profile and / or for attachment of cross-sectionally annular profile lugs 23, 24. These also extend over the entire height or length of the hollow profile and are formed so that connecting screws in the longitudinal direction in the round profile lugs 23, 24 can be introduced for attachment of other elements. On the opposite side to the groove 16 edge side of the hollow profile, a transverse end wall 25 is formed, which is connected to edges of the side walls 17 and 18.

The groove 16 formed on at least one side of the profiles or supports 14, 15 serves to receive connecting means for the connection of transverse components, such as rims, support elements, etc., such that the connecting means or fittings after installation of the relevant parts completely lie within the groove 16.

The inventive type of connection of elements of the support system, in particular a shelving system is the use of separate profiles with connecting members, which are positioned as a separate part or on the support profile. According to the invention, a supporting profile 26 is used which has an exposed supporting web 27 extending in the region of the groove 16. At this suitable connection means are arranged. According to the invention, these are transverse support bolts 28, which are arranged in corresponding recesses of the support web 27. Preferably, the support profile 26 made of plastic as a strand part. The support bolts 28 are suitably made of metal and are fixed non-positively in corresponding holes of the support web 27. The length of the support pin 28 is slightly less than the free inner distance between the side walls 17, 18 of the hollow profile or the groove 16.

The support profile 26 is fastened with a widened base part on the hollow profile or on the support 14, 15. In the present embodiment ( Fig. 5 ) is provided a positive attachment. The support profile 26 has a transverse web 29, is therefore formed in cross-section continuous T-shaped. The crossbar 29 is secured to the hollow profile, in a over the full length of the hollow profile extending channel 30, which is bounded by the bottom 19 of the groove 16 on the one hand and by the transverse wall 21 on the other. The channel 30 corresponds in dimensions to the transverse web 29. The appropriately sized support web 27 passes through the slot 20 in the bottom 19 into the region of the groove 19 and is located centrally within the same. The support profile 26 is provided with a plurality of preferably equally spaced support members, so with the transverse support pin 28. According to the number of these support means organs can be stored by means of suitable Stürzteile on the support pin 28 in a corresponding height or relative position.

The system parts to be connected to the support frame 10, 11 or the supports 14, 15 can be provided with different fittings for connection to the respective support profile 26. The fitting parts should be designed such that they completely disappear in the groove 16. An embodiment of the connecting parts is advantageous such that an obliquely directed, slot-shaped recess 31 is formed in a coupling part. The recess 31 fits to the support pin 28, so that the relevant connection part passes under its own weight in a stable anchoring position on the support pin 28, with the effect that the connector is pulled into the groove 16 in consequence of the inclined recess 31.

A first embodiment of a connector 32 shows Fig. 9 , This is particularly suitable for the support of plate-shaped system parts, so for example for the support of a board 12. The connector 32 is connected to the part to be supported, so for example with the board 12, in each case in the region of (four) corners of plate-shaped structure. A coupling part 33 of the connecting piece 32 is provided with the obliquely directed recess 31 which is formed to match the supporting bolt 28. Furthermore, the coupling piece 33 is fork-shaped, namely with two spaced apart legs, each with a recess 31. The coupling part 33 therefore has a central gap. As a result, the two legs of the coupling part 33 in connection with the support profile 26 on both sides of the support web 27 with the exposed portions of the support bolt 28 come into engagement.

The connecting piece 32 is connected via profile pieces 34, 35 to the board 12, namely with opposite side edges of the board 12. The two profile pieces 34, 35 are connected in a central region of a side surface of the board 12 with this ( Fig. 3 ). The two composite profile pieces 34, 35 together form a downwardly open cavity into which the connecting piece 32 enters ( Fig. 14 ). The profile pieces 34, 35 are therefore as a unit on the profiled top of the connecting piece 32, and that outside of the coupling part 33. The profile pieces 34, 35 are dimensioned so that they fit between the associated supports 14, 15 recording, so in this area the profile pieces 34, 35 forms the outside of the board 12 between the supports 14, 15. Furthermore, the profile pieces 34, 35 are dimensioned so that when the board ( Fig. 3 , Back) flush with outer surfaces of the supports 14, 15 complete.

Another type of connector 36 is angular ( Fig. 8 . Fig. 11 ). This piece is also suitable for the storage of Borden 12 replacement. In the present embodiment ( Fig. 3 ), the connecting piece 36 serves for fastening in each case a cross member 37 on the supports 14, 15 or between them. The opposite cross member 37 of the two support frames 10, 11 are used for attachment of any support members, in the present case for attachment of the clothes rail 13th

The cross member 37 is also formed as a hollow profile with a (downwardly or upwardly directed) groove 16. In the arrangement according to Fig. 3 . Fig. 11 the groove 16 is directed at the cross member 37 down. A leg 38 of the connecting piece 36 enters into the groove 16 of the cross member 37 and is anchored in this, for example by a screw 39. An upright supporting leg 40 of the connecting piece 36 is provided at the upper end with a coupling part 41, analogous to the coupling part 33 of the Connecting piece 32. In particular, the coupling part 41 has an obliquely directed recess 31. This can be fixed in the manner described on or on a support pin 28. The coupling part 41 is further provided with a thickening, in the area of which connecting means for fastening the connecting piece 36 or the upright carrying leg 40 with the cross member 37 takes place in the region of an end face thereof, in particular by means of screws which are guided through the thickening of the coupling part 41 therethrough. The upright support leg 40 is completely disposed within the groove 16 of the support 14, 15 and the horizontal leg 38 within the groove 16 of the cross member 37. The cross member 37, such as the board 12, due to the described embodiment of the connecting piece 36 with the coupling part 41 releasably connected to the upright supports 14, 15 and therefore removed from these again or be mounted in different height positions.

The supports 14, 15 are connected as upright support elements of the support frame 10, 11 by transverse profiles, here by an upper cross member 43 and a lower cross member 44. These form together with the supports 14, 15 a closed framework.

Die Querholme 43, 44 liegen oben und unten bündig an den Stützen 14, 15.The transverse bars 43, 44 have at least one edge of a groove 16 of the described embodiment. In particular, the transverse bars 43, 44 are formed as hollow profiles, preferably in the same design as the supports 14, 15 and with the same dimensions. The arrangement of the transverse bars 43, 44 is selected so that in the upper cross member 43, the groove 16 upwards and at the lower cross member 44, the corresponding groove is directed downward. The transverse bars 43, 44 are flush with the supports 14, 15 at the top and bottom.

The transverse bars 43, 44 are connected to the supports 14, 15 by means of special connecting pieces 45, which are formed in a similar manner as the connecting pieces 36 for the cross members 37. A horizontal leg 38 of the connecting piece 45 is respectively fitting within the up and down facing horizontal grooves 16 of the transverse bars 43, 44 and connected to the profiles by at least one screw 39. The upright carrying leg 40 of the connecting piece 45 is fixedly connected to the respective support 14, 15. For this purpose, a head piece 46 is arranged at the free end of the support leg 40, which lies with the support leg 40 in the upright groove 16 of the support 14, 15. In the region of the head piece 46, the connecting piece 45 is fixed permanently to the support 14, 15 by means of transverse screws 42. The screws 42 pass through the slot 20 and are anchored in particular in the transverse wall 21. Also, this connecting part, ie the connecting piece 45, lies completely within the contour of the hollow profiles, that is, the supports 14, 15 on the one hand and the transverse bars 43, 44 on the other hand. The support profile 26 is preferably dimensioned such that it ends at the connecting pieces 45 above and below.

Another special feature is the formation of the supports 14, 15 in the lower area. It is about the attachment of adjustable support feet 47 at the lower ends of the supports 14, 15. The support leg 47 is adjustable by an upright threaded bolt 48. This passes through a support plate 49 and is adjustable by turning in the height position. The support plate 49 is fastened by means of screws on the underside of the hollow profile of the support 14, 15, wherein the screws in the profile approaches 23, 24 occur.

Thus, regardless of the adjusted height position of the supports 14, 15 these (optically) reach down to the ground, at the lower end of each support 14, 15 a collar 50 is placed, which consists of a U-shaped profile and the lower end of the support 14, 15 is pushed, such that the cuff 50 rests on its own weight on the ground. The lower end of the supports 14, 15 is thereby covered.

Die Halterung 51 ist mit einer Klaue 52 versehen, die die wandseitige Stütze 14 teilweise umfasst, nämlich unterhalb des oberen Querholms 43.Furthermore, according to Fig. 3 provided that the support frame 10, 11, namely the support 14, 15 having frame, is fixed with an adjustable support 51 on a building wall or on another support member. The holder 51 is provided with a claw 52, which partially surrounds the wall-side support 14, namely below the upper transverse bar 43.

Another special feature is the clothes rail 13. This is designed as a round hollow profile, in particular as a circular hollow profile. Within this tubular structure channels 53, 54 are formed, which are delimited by profiled partitions 55 against each other. Thus, for example, an upper channel 53 and a lower channel 54 are formed. Within the channels, functional organs can be accommodated which enable novel or additional functions of the clothes rail 13. For this purpose, over the length of the clothes rail 13 extending open area are provided, namely at the top of a longitudinal slot 56 and at the bottom of a longitudinal recess 57. The clothes rod thus formed is made as extruded profile, in particular of metal (aluminum alloy).

In the present example, a preferably made of plastic support profile 58 is disposed in the region of the upper channel 53. This sits positively within the channel 53. An upright web 59 protrudes through the longitudinal slot 56 and over the contour of the clothes rail 13 away. This results in a projection of elastic material, which acts as a support means for hangers, etc.

The lower channel 54 is according to the embodiment Fig. 15 provided with a cover 60 to close the longitudinal recess 57. In the execution according to Fig. 16 is in the lower channel 54 another functional organ arranged, namely a light system 61, consisting of extending in the longitudinal direction of the clothes rod 13 light cables and in particular a plurality of downwardly directed lighting elements 62, in particular in the embodiment as diodes. The light system 61 is connected to a power source, in particular in the embodiment according to Fig. 3 over the cross members 37 and the supports 14, 15.

The clothes rail 13 can be integrated into the described support system, namely, for example, connected to the correspondingly arranged cross members 37. At these special support members 63 are mounted, which enter the downwardly facing recess, ie in the longitudinal recess 57, the clothes rail 13.

Kanäle ausweisende Querschnittsform gekennzeichnet,A simpler design of a trained as a hollow profile clothes rail 13 is in Fig. 17 shown. Again, a round profile (circular) is predominantly provided with a slightly curved flattening 64 at the bottom. The lower channel 54 is formed as a closed hollow body with circular sub-channels 65 at about half the height of the profile. These circular cross-sectional sub-channels 65 are used to introduce connecting means, in particular screws or bolts at the ends of the clothes rail for connection with cross member 37. Also, the upper channel 53 is simpler compared to the previous embodiment, namely by a transverse partition wall 55 from the lower channel 54 demarcated, wherein in the region of the partition a cross-sectionally C-shaped longitudinal groove 66 is formed, in which a simple, T-shaped profile 58 is retracted. The profile 58 also protrudes with a web 59 from the profile of the clothes rail 13. The embodiment according to Fig. 17 is therefore characterized by a simple, two chambers or channels exhibiting cross-sectional shape,

The recess 31 is here provided with an upwardly directed short leg 67, in the region of the support pin 28 rests. Furthermore, the coupling part 33 may be formed of two thin-walled, spaced-apart webs.

This works together with profiles or profile pieces which are arranged on transverse elements, namely rims, cross members, clothes rails or the like. Fig. 19 shows an example in which a connection profile 69 is formed as a closed hollow profile. This connection profile is - as an alternative to the profile pieces 34, 35 of Fig. 3 - At the free edge of a cross member, here attached to the free edge of a board 12. The connector 32 according to Fig. 18 serves to make the connection with the upright support members, namely the supports 14, 15 and the support profile 26. The connecting web 68 enters a free end of the connection profile 69 and is held in a guide within the profile 69, here between the lower and upper , inner guide webs 70.
